I visited for the first time today and was truly impressed. The salon itself is a nice open space with lots of natural light and Kim gave me an INCREDIBLE pedicure. Not only do my nails look amazing, she gave me the absolute best calf massage! I will DEFINITELY return and highly recommend Kim. read more

This was a very disappointing experience. The quality of work was extremely poor, and the service left much to be desired. The older gentleman was unresponsive and dismissive when I asked questions, He is for certain in the wrong business. This place will not be around for long and the environment was not clean. Unfortunately, I would not return. read more

The royal pedicure was nice. They rubbed my feet, head and hot stones. Service was good and massage chairs were great.

I got there 3hours prior to closing. I was the only person in the shop and still received rush service. Worst pedicure ever. A man did my fill and polish was clumpy and ugly look like a kid polished my nails. read more

They can improve on everything, they're not attentive, they neglect you. The vibes are way off you feel unwanted. I'm waiting a very long time for a service that didn't end up happening, not only did they sit my child down but they left her hanging and never came to let her know how long things would be or to even get started. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE SHOWING HERE FOR SERVICES!!! read more

Atrocious customer service. I went there today for a French manicure. They did a horrible job. Firstly the lady only did the top coat and forgot to do French tips. Then she came back and did it , but it was such a thin layer that it was invisible. When I told her that she told ' your nail too small cannot do'. Not a sorry for forgetting or tell me how to do it better... Then when I insisted to get it fixed there were ho hums and she told an another person to do it. The other person who is a man usually does a good job but was very rude and did shoddy work. $105 and 1.5 hours later all I got was a lousy French manicure and rude service. Anyone can do mistakes that is acceptable, what is not is rude service and exorbitant costs for lousy work. read more

My husband took my little girl in the get her feet done they sat her down and left her hanging!!! she was sitting there for so long, that he left!!!!! This is never okay in business!!! YALL NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER!!! I do not recommend anyone coming here!! I don't usually leave reviews unless it's something that's necessary to bring u!!! this isn't it!!! If you wondering if it's worth going and trying to weigh your options find a different spot!!!! They barely greet you and have no communication at all if you are left waiting. Even if you are busy, you weren't attentive at all and the vibes were leaving my child and husband feeling unwante. They treat you like you're unwanted and it's ridiculou!!! How do you open up shop to then treat people like that, you pick your favorites and then everyone else don't matter. I'm reporting this business because there is no way anyone no matter who they are should feel so small walking into a place that supposed to help them feel and look beautiful!!! read more

Horrible customer service, nails lift in 1 week, can't do nail art, made my nails thin and brittle, MOLD grew underneath my mothers nails. Would NOT recommend or come back read more

They were really good about 10 years ago. Now they have rude staff and poor quality. Unfortunate to see decline of good businesses with influx of people. read more

My first time coming here and I was happy with my $40 Pedicure. I don't pay much attention to some Yelp reviews and prefer to form my own opinion after the service. In this case I was again, glad that I did. I was a first time walk-in at 11:00am on a Saturday and they seated me in a massage chair with my feet in nice warm water. Even though they couldn't get to me for 15 minutes, I was relaxed just sitting their getting my massage and watching TV. I'm definitely coming back again and bringing my husband with me. read more

TT Nail Spa - They insert your feet into a bag with warm gel in it. OMG this feels so good. - Nail Salons Near Me - Boise, Idaho

It was my first time visiting TT Nail Spa and I had the best pedicure ever! Beautiful polish choices, wonderful leg massage and hot wax treatment. I highly recommend this salon! read more

I hate to say bad things about any business trying to survive during these times; however, I feel that I need to say something In hopes they will correct in the future. The MAN that works or owns this place is so RUDE! I wanted gel polish removed and then my nails buffed . He looked at me like I was crazy and was pissed for the whole removal. He in fact did NOT remove all of the gel so he just painted a clear over it. He got up and walk to front desk not making eye contact and said $15.00 Never looked and me or said thank you. I hope if you go DO NOT GO TO THE MAN! read more

Came in as a walk-in for a polish change. We travel pretty much full time as retired and I get my nails done wherever we are. I soak once a month and change as needed. Normally I pay about $10 for a change and I tip really well. It takes about 20 minutes. They were pretty busy. I didn't mind waiting 25 minutes. Took about 20 minutes. They weren't very friendly to say the least. Went to pay and insisted on cash for a $15 charge which luckily I had or they would have had to take my card. Not sure if I'd recommend them as my first choice. read more

If I could give a negative star, I would. They don't even deserve 1. Literally the worst manicure I have ever had. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I had a really odd schedule one day and my normal place was booked for a wedding party, so I went here. So bad!!!!! I cannot stress it enough how bad it was. This was after I asked her to fix them. I went back the next day and had the gel removed and asked for clear. She filed my nails down so thin, I have not been able to do anything for the last MONTH without them tearing and splitting. read more

TT Nail Spa - Gel manicure - Nail Salons Near Me - Boise, Idaho

My wife just came home crying after she went to this "spa"to have her acrylic nails removed. Instead of trying to ease them off one of the male employees just started cutting and pulling at the nail. It ripped off so much that we can feel the skin beneath her nail. On top of all of this they made her pay on the pay out and said, "sorry come back when it doesn't hurt." Unbelievable that I can't give 0 stars, should be reported to some sort of authority. read more

Literally the worst nail spa in Boise! Charged $15 to rip my daughters nails off in 2 minutes rather than soak the acrylic off properly. This also caused my daughters natural nail to tear. Not only was it extremely painful but it can also damage a persons nail bed! Being a licensed cosmologist I know the proper process of removing nails without risking damage. If we wanted them ripped off we could have done that at home on our own not pay a wanna be professional for 37 seconds of their time. Completely inappropriate and high risk. -10 stars. Would not only NOT RECOMMEND, But would STRONGLY caution against patronizing this establishment. read more

From out of town and stopped by with my husband to get a pedicure. The man who did my foot was extremely rough with my cuticles, scrub and hot wrap. When I told him too rough he only stopped for a minute but continued hurting me. I was waiting for my paint to dry and he began to rush my husband and I out of the salon. There were no new customers coming in and I was afraid I would mess up my paint in the car. Upon check out and me handing him my credit card he told me the credit card machine was broke. (Yeah right) and directed me to the ATM inside his shop. There were no signs, and no one told us in the beginning the credit card machine wasn't working. I'm always skeptical about pulling money out in cash in different states, and especially a shoddy nail place. Now I'm forced to monitor my bank account because he made me feel like I couldn't leave. Horrible experience. read more

Walk in's allowed. They were able to fit my daughter and me. Amazing customer service & pretty nails. Win-win! BTW...the photo is a week later! read more

Lacy did my pedicure and it was genuinely one of the best pedicures I've ever received. I don't normally get the hIgher price point pedicures but I did today to treat myself and it didn't disappoint. Sugar scrub, cooling scrub, paraffin wax, and each leg was massaged twice with hot stones. 62$ for all of that was such a good price. Lacy also did an amazing job cleaning my nail beds and trimming everything to perfection. Her polish application was perfect as well. I've gotten plenty of pedicures all over the US and they're mostly forgettable but today's was really enjoyable I felt Inclined to post a review. read more

Wow! This place is horrible! The lady doing my nails (Tammy) was extremely rude. My fingers hurt after tshe was done. She seemed upset and rushed. I was extremely unhappy with my results and I expressed them to her. She sent over the man in the shop to " fix them". He didn't help at all. I am paying for a full set and a pedicure. It will be expensive, so I want to be happy with what they give me. $77 later. I'm walking out of there completely furious from how I was treated. The lady Tammy stared at me horribly the whole time I was there. If you want a relaxing environment and good results, this is not the place to go. read more

I usually promote good things about this place until recently I'm realizing they'll screw you over without giving two shits. The lady grabs my hand while talking stuff to the guy doing my toes, and chops my nail half way off even tho I was growing them out. It takes patients and money to grow nails but this lady didn't care! The massage sucks most of the time, but they have good color options. Don't sleep on these people bc they just want money and could care less about their customers. read more

Very nice, clean and good quality mani pedi. One of us did regular Polish and one did gel. Everything was quite good. They may do your hands and feet at the same time and this makes it efficient but less relaxing. I do recommend this place. We asked for callous removal with a razor tool or 'cheese grater' but they don't use them. Apparently, Idaho has been impacted by government rules you see in other states. We need this revoked! My heels need aggressive summer time care! read more

Won't be going back. The guy here is so incredibly rude! Make sure when you call to make your appointment you're clear on exactly what type of appointment you want. Didn't realize there was a major difference between a Gel polish change vs a Gel manicure on natural nails. Good God. He will ream you and make you feel so incredibly uncomfortable, sitting in the chair if you requested the wrong type of appointment. Been here for a few pedicures and they do a great job with those. First nail appointment was with Lacy. Best polish/manicure I had. Came back today for second and about walked out after the way he treated me. I'm not the type to leave bad reviews but felt this was warranted. So unacceptable. read more

Awful. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service, consistently. Literally every time I come in here, I leave feeling like I just spent 45 minutes bothering them with my business. Never again. Pedicure was fine I guess if you're ok with them making faces at you for not upselling to the gel. Literally anywhere else in Boise is better than this joint. Spare yourself the indignation. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! I have had several clients get FUNGAL nail infections on their fingers and fungal infections on their feet. The worst part is the owners and techs refuse liability. Ridiculous this place should be put out of business. They are UNSAFE for the public!!! read more

Absolute WORST. While there are plenty of bad nail salons in town this one makes them all look good . Not only was I was disgusted at how rude the people who run this establishment are ( They move people around from station to station like it's an assembly line and have them walking barefoot all over the filthy floor ) , but the what ended up being an actual two and a half hour wait only to get a half assed pedi and manicure. Saying The vibe of this place is off would be an understatement. I wonder if they are actually fraudulent as I herd them overcharging customers including myself . Perhaps they Can take some math lessons from the neighbors next door at that math gymnasium place. My main question is : how and why in earth is this place so busy !? It's like the crustiest nail place in history. I also think it's fair to say that They need to be shut down . The end . read more

I went there for the first time for a mani/pedi.. The building was very clean with an updated interior design. The massage chairs for pedicures were VERY nice! In pristine condition and gave a great massage. I chose the Deluxe Pedicure. It was wonderful! The massage was great. There is nothing worse than having someone rub your chins & the balls of your feet for 30 minutes. The massage at TT nails was far from that. It was absolutely relaxing and wonderful. The cooling mask was very refreshing too. I chose the basic manicure, it didn't have all the frills but was very nice as well. Perfect for a quick in and out and look great service. I will definitely go back for mani/pedi's in the future! read more

I have been a customer for many years. They are are always polite and do a great job with manicure and pedicure.

They usually do a pretty good job, especially with gel nails. I've been here a few times. My most recent experience - even after taking an appointment for gel nails I had to wait for 1 hour. Yes! One full hour. After getting the nails done I was at counter to pay. Cashier: $25, do you have cash? Me: no Cashier: (looking at my purse, she could see the cash) you have cash. Me: yes I do, but I need it. Can I not pay using my card? Cashier: I like cash. Me: I'm sorry, what!? Cashier: pay by cash. Me: I cannot. I need the cash that I have. Cashier: you can go to ATM and get more cash. Me: we don't have BoA ATM in Idaho. Cashier: (looks unhappy) okay. I paid and left. read more

10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Please do yourself a favor and use your hard earned money elsewhere. This place was awful, the staff was incredibly rude and pushy and the service wasn't great either. Only good thing is they massage for a long time and that was literally the only good thing about this place. They filed way further than they should've, to the point it made my toes sore! Extremely pushy on the sale of gel polish and once you say no they get really rude then. Guy at the checkout counter was also extremely rude and made me feel stupid for not having cash when they didn't have any sort of sign up saying they didn't except cards. Basically paid $40 for an hour of feeling like I was bothering them. It was awful, again save your money and go elsewhere! read more

They don't use proper blood safety and sanitation practices. The lady doing my nails was wearing dirty gloves that already had multiple colors of polish on them when she started doing my nails. She then cut me and drew blood with the file. Without changing her gloves she proceeded to rub them all over the cut and when it didn't stop bleeding just put glue on top of it. She then put the bloody file back into the drawer she took it out of.. she didn't throw it away, she put it back to be used again on another client WITH BLOOD ON IT. That's a great way to spread bloodborne pathogens. They also lied to me about the price they would charge me (saying $35 when I asked them online and then charging me $45 when I got there.. well $40 since they cut me) and also did a generally terrible job since all of my nails were different lengths and shapes. I HIGHLY recommend that you go elsewhere for your nail services. read more

This place overbooks! I had an appointment for noon. I sat for a half hour before I was put in a chair for to sit for another half hour. When my mani pedi started 1 hour after my appointment time the owner (who is the only decent nail tech) started my manicure but left in the middle, turning me over to another staff member to start my pedicure. Then her husband took over. Three staff to do the job of one. I felt like I was getting an oil change instead of a mani pedi. After my appointment as I was paying, the owner asked me to pay in cash. When I told her I didn't have cash she pointed at the ATM machine behind me. When I said I don't have an ATM card with me she turned on her heel and walked away. The quality of the work was good but I won't be back as the customer service is so very poor. read more

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL...they will try to up-sale you on a different service. I wanted a simple manicure and had to practically argue with the girl as to why I didn't want gel or a dip, she just kept going. My mom and I had gone here once before and had an okay experience as the salon was not busy. In fact, I think it was us and one other client. So, we decided to go again for pedicures yesterday. WOW! The other reviews that give one star are spot on. I would give zero after our experience yesterday. Now, I can understand a bad day, short staff, etc... but, when you are in the service industry you have to treat a paying customer with some decency and respect. Neither are done here. Rude, condescending, and unprofessional sums it up quite nicely. Would never go back if this was the last nail place open on earth! Sad! read more

If I could give no stars I would. I took my three-year-old daughter to get her first ever pedicure and manicure and they were rude try to hold her down at the wrist and ankles so she would call " stop fidgeting " had no patience for her, I got my own nails done and they are flat no Natural shape to them they are lumpy the lady was super rude kept burning me with her tool and when she would ask me does it hurt I would say yes and she would keep on using the tool in the same spot Then file my nails down to the point where on the sides you can see my real nail instead of acrylics then when it came time for check out they asked if I had cash I said no they wanted me to use the ATM I said no and I wouldn't and she got super mad half an attitude and then took my card and when I didn't leave her a tip for the horrible service she started talking crap. my friend and I and my daughter will never be going back there read more

I really like this close to home salon....its clean, the staff is friendly, and they do the best gel nails! Recently, I had my nails done at a salon in So. Cal....they were pretty, but broke constantly! I went in to TT's for a repair...and they did it for no charge! I later returned 45 mins before closing with 2 more broken nails and decided to just have them do a full set rather than break any more. They had no problem taking me in and fixing me right up! Thank you, they look great and are strong like I'm used to! (I'm a mom...I have things to do!) read more

Out and about running errands yesterday I saw TT Nail Spa and looked down at my almost one month old pedicure. I usually don't go so long between pedicures especially in the summer but being new to Boise I haven't yet found all my "new" places for stuff yet. I opened the door and found TT Nail Spa to be busy which I took as a good sign. It was clean and they had a great selection of polish...even better than my salon in Seattle. They carry OPI and a second line I can't recall the name of. They offer their clients a choice of beverages (bottled water, soda, etc...) Even though I had a short wait I was seated in a pedicure chair so I got to soak my feet and enjoy the massage chair as well as catch up on the latest celebrity gossip. TT Nail Spa has a range of pedicure packages. The most basic one is $25 for 25 minutes. The next step up was a 35 minute pedicure for $35 which included your choice of a hot (paraffin) or cold treatment. I opted for this package. The other packages increase in price and time from the base. The cool treatment was super refreshing on my feet and legs...tingly, peppermint bliss. The foot/leg massage was good, not epic. The pedicure is definitely pricier than most places I went in Seattle and since this is the first place I have visited in Boise I can't say if it's the norm or high for prices. Service was good. If I happen to be in the area again I would pop in but not sure if I would drive across town for a pedicure. They take walk-ins as well as appointments. read more
