Was informed after calling for the appointment we could get the service requested from the offer. I specifically informed them I didn't want to pay more and only wanted this service if it could be purchased for the advertised price. I was told yes I could get the $169.95 service as advertised. When the day came the technicians said to complete the service it would cost more than $800. Definitely a BAIT and SWITCH for the up charge! Just a very dishonest way of doing business, advertise what one will realistically be paying or put a disclaimer on when it would cost more. Don't be surprised as you won't get what's offered for the advertised price! Buyer beware...you'll be charged more than you think after they show up if you think you're getting a "deal!"

I finally decided to do it and couldn't have been happier with the work. Ductastic & Brian specifically were fantastic! He showed up on time and explained what they were going to do. He even showed me a place where my exposed duct work had a leak and made some great suggestions on resolutions (not that they handle but something for me to look into). He also even fixed my vent cover that holds my filter...since it was very loose and could have fallen down....absolutely above & beyond! He cut the original quoted rate down since with the way my ducts were set up it was easier to complete the job. Brian even showed me that my ducts were not that bad so I would not need to do this again for a while. This is an extremely honest company who did not try any upsell whats-so-ever (which I hear can be common with these companies). I highly recommend!

This is the third time I've used Ductastic at our house, plus we used them previously for many years in a condo association, and they've always been five stars. They come with my highest recommendation.

On my last two jobs I solicited bids and Bogdan had a fair price, came recommended and I could tell he knew his stuff and was committed to doing a quality job. He confirmed my suspicion on both jobs that the existing furnace and AC units were substantially oversized. So he installed properly sized units, saving me money on operating and the cost of installation. His team showed up when he said they would, did the job efficiently, cleaned up and left. I was happy with the work and the value rendered. I would recommend Bogdan company for any HVAC job. Paul Mchugh, licensed general contractor, City of Chicago

When the team of three came inside my house, I was a bit concerned by their very casual attire and tattoo's but I told myself not to judge as that would be wrong. the entire furnace tune up and roto brush cleaning, among one other service, took them about 4 hours. My BIGGEST COMPLAINT AND ISSUE is that about two weeks after I had them service my furnace, it started making this horrible extremely loud noise whenever the heat was on. I live in Chicago where it gets awfully cold and running my furnace now wakes me up in the middle of the night because of this new noise. My 60 plus year old mother got on her back and opened the intake vent to see what was wrong, only to find that they did not properly tighten up whatever part of the vent that needs to be tightly closed as to avoid that awful noise. Right now we have it help together with duct tape and the noise persists still. My furnace never made that type of sound until I had these people mess with it, and now they won't return my calls or emails. Freaking pathetic.
