With smart HVAC I called about 730pm after obtaining the appointment notification through the warranty company to confirm my appointment. Not only did they answer, the narrowed my appointment window. Victor was our service technician. He arrived on time and was able to process payments via phone. I am an active Solider not in the area that was extremely important to me. Ultimately I had a clogged drain and it was not covered by my warranty as it's considered maintenance. Really enjoyed the experience of company. I've never had such a great experience. I also inquired about their service plans and decided to purchase the service plan to conduct the regular maintenance for the furnace and A/C units. Highly recommend.
