They have no…read moreproblem installing whatever you need. 4.8/5 Couple points to start: 1) This was for a 2021 Santa Fe that I use for my business (Office Network Online). I don't have a Jeep - doesn't matter because they work on all cars. 2) I needed a left foot pedal conversion installed. This is not typical for any of the car places on Yelp. I believe it falls under "Auto customization" but most places that responded were places that installed stereos. Pros: They installed the left foot pedal and it's working great. I took the vehicle to many places that would not install it. Gustavo @ Jeepers took a look and said no problem. As they installed, he explained that they needed different bolts and to remove some of the floor insulation to get it even and stable...and asked me before doing any changes. Cons: 1) Price was a little higher than I was expecting. $300 but I was thinking under $200. However, they are the only ones who were willing to install it, so I don't have another price to compare. 2) Not a big deal, but they could have cleaned up a bit after install. Just a shop vac to clean up any carpet pieces. Not enough of a con to detract from the rating though.

It took 8 months to get the car back and they would not answer our phone calls or what's app messages when we reached out for a status update. We had paid upfront most of the bill so we were pretty uncomfortable with the lack of communication. We went over to the shop multiple times in person to check on the car, it became the only way to get an update. Additionally, when we finally got the car back, there were car accessories/items missing from the car. We asked them about those items and they never appeared. They lost them. I…read morewas helped by Victor who is a knowledgeable and patient guy, after a couple of weeks deciding the best way forward I chose to pay out of my pocket instead of using the insurance. Victor asked me to drop off the car on Monday 12/07 and the next morning I got the first updates, they sent me a link with a bunch of photos and notes of what they did to that point. Another part was needed so this may have delayed the process by a day, so yesterday 12/10 I got a call from Victor saying that the car was going to be ready before the end of the day, around 2pm I got a text and a phone call from Yani saying that the car was ready. I checked the link and it was a new photo showing the car completed. When I arrived to pick up and pay I got a total of $1475 (which was shown in the last update received) but I had an estimate of $1030, I understand when you are working with insurance you send them a "preliminary work" and then you can add a few or several "supplemental" and the insurance usually pays them, but this money was coming out of my pocket, so I was definitely expecting the $1,030 figure or a little less... all in all Victor explained to me the extra work done and reduced a bit the final number. Conclusion: I'm a hard person to please type of guy, I believe they did a really good job, the 3 days to finish the work is appropriate and the way they kept me informed with calls and photos is top notch! I highly recommend them, just be open to pay a bit more than originally expected...
