They have no problem installing whatever you need. 4.8/5 Couple points to start: 1) This was for a 2021 Santa Fe that I use for my business (Office Network Online). I don't have a Jeep - doesn't matter because they work on all cars. 2) I needed a left foot pedal conversion installed. This is not typical for any of the car places on Yelp. I believe it falls under "Auto customization" but most places that responded were places that installed stereos. Pros: They installed the left foot pedal and it's working great. I took the vehicle to many places that would not install it. Gustavo @ Jeepers took a look and said no problem. As they installed, he explained that they needed different bolts and to remove some of the floor insulation to get it even and stable...and asked me before doing any changes. Cons: 1) Price was a little higher than I was expecting. $300 but I was thinking under $200. However, they are the only ones who were willing to install it, so I don't have another price to compare. 2) Not a big deal, but they could have cleaned up a bit after install. Just a shop vac to clean up any carpet pieces. Not enough of a con to detract from the rating though. read more

Got by oil cooling system fixed , revived it my jeep jk back with High oil temp sensor codes. Ended up opening up to get to the sensor myself and found damaged wires and loose connections. On top of nuts found in my engine that I luckily got out myself. Don't recommend. read more

Great price and attentiveness but not sure about going back for the same job (especially because they're a bit far). I've never had brake work done where the inside dust cover is meshing when doing a sharp turn. I went back and it was quickly corrected. There's also the squeaking which they were unable to fix. I was told by the brake manufacturer that the squeaking can happen from not breaking in the brakes after installation. read more

I received a quote for $125 to fix a bent rim. Took it in at 9 AM was told that by 5 PM will be ready. Showed up at 5 and the owner said that nobody told him that the rim was there so nothing was done. In addition, he looked at the rim and said that it will need to be done with the mcahine so the quote now was $240. Of course it needs to be done with the machine how were they planning to fix it for $125? It all BS to bring yo in and then change the price to rip you off. Add to that the lack of reliability meeting deadlines and it is a STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! read more

Went to jeepers for a 2 inch suspension lift and a 1 inch body lift to get installed. Quoted me 1 day worth of labor... took 2+ days. Installed was so poorly done I had to take my truck to Rocos and have the entire thing reinstalled. To top it off. The absolute joke of an owner said my body lift didn't come with all the parts (I took a pic of everything in my back seat when I dropped it off and it was all there). He clearly lost a piece. AMATEURS!!! I get the name is Jeepers, I get that. But based on their website and social media, I thought I could bring my Ram 1500 in. I called for a quote and the lady quoted me "x" amount. It was a good deal, I thought maybe they were hurting due to the corona virus. My friend had recommended them so I was like wow, okay why not. They closed due to the corona virus and I later was able to book my appointment. Again, same lady quoted me the same price, I made sure. DODGE/RAM 1500. 4 INCH SUSPENSION LIFT. Gave them the part number and everything. Yup, okay great. I get there and I am greeted by a different person than who I spoke with. He's like, oh wait; this job is going to take us between 8-10 hours. Mind you, I am well aware of this. This I why I made the appointment. Because they told me they were going to install that part on my truck for "x" amount . Apparently they did not know how long the installation would take. The lady who originally quoted me comes in and says, yeah we were reviewing it online last night; we are going to have to quote you now a different price. I understand it's a quote but the difference in price was by a few hundred dollars. Not sure if they do this often, quote you one thing to get you in the door and then when you're there switch it on you. But the fact they were not aware how long a suspension lift would take, yeah I don't want them working on my truck. Maybe they need someone more knowledgeable quoting people, but I spoke to two different people and they had no idea. I told them I would have to reconsider and the guy was ecstatic! He was so happy to not have to work on my truck. Again the name is Jeepers, maybe they are good at that. But, I wouldn't trust them with anything else. read more

This asshole tried to tell me a bunch of things were wrong with my front end. Tried to sell me a steering stabilizer I already already had. When I told him I already had one he tell me "I need to check it to see if it's still good" long story short he wanted to screw me $2200. Took it to a respectable and honest shop. The guy put my truck up, fixed the problem that all it was was something loose and aligned it for under $200. These guys are thieves and scumbags. read more

In this case, not only did I show up before closing time and they didn't hesitate to say yes we can balance your tires right now, but they got them on point the first time! You would be surprised how many shops can't balance a 37" tire. I came in with a lateral imbalance from the previous shop that rotated/"balanced" my tires 2 weeks ago. And after I drove out from Jeepers, it rode like I had new tires. I always wrench on my jeep myself, lift, SS brake lines, fenders,...
