This is my second time getting my car reupholstered with Rivero. The first time was over 20 years ago when they were on bird road. I am beyond satisfied with the great job they did with my 67 VW bug. This is a family run business that truly caters to their customers and treats you like family. I mainly dealt with Gabriel and he was excellent. Sergio was also excellent in putting my car together and was proactive in trying to solve any issue that came up. Gabriel even waited for me until 7 pm on a Saturday for me to pick up the car. It is this great service and dedication that has kept them around for so long.

Infamous door panels were falling apart from the heat and took my 07 Mustang GT here. Not only did they get the factory vinyl, they did an amazing job, same day! Would recommend to anyone that has any interior upholstery needs!!

I called maybe 5 different places in Miami to get leather in my car, and one of the places were offering what Rivero was. They were giving premium leather to the front seats, back row, upholstering the side panels and center console for a reasonable price. They are also the only company amongst the ones I called offering a Five year warranty. I dropped off my car at 8am and they had it ready the same day at 6pm. If you want a job well done... call them.

I loved the service, I loved the atmosphere, and most importantly I loved the price! Definitely recommending to my friends and family. As a matter of fact, I even have another project in mind!

RiveroAuto did an amazing job on my seats. I have a 2013 GL 450 and the front seats were really worn and ripped. The dealership recommended changing the seats , which made no sense. My husband called here spoke with Gabriel, and he gave him a quote over the phone. Here brought the car in on Wednesday at 9:00 gave him 2 options and left the car. At 4:00 pm he called and said the car was ready! I will say I was concerned. We picked up the car and the seats look like I just bought the car from the dealership. BEAUTIFUL, AMAZING OUTSTANDING WORK!! I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone! read more

Sent them an email with some pictures for a quote to reupholster the falling door inserts on my Volkswagen and the center armrest that was a bit faded. They provided a fair quote within a couple of hours and I made an appointment right away. The facility is new and I could see some luxury cars they were working on. If they're good enough for those Rolls Royce's then it's good enough for my VW! Dropped off the keys and the car was ready the following day. The owner showed me their work and it was even better than when it came out of the dealer. Highly recommend! read more

Went to get a new top for my Honda S2k. They did a fantastic job. Very responsive to my phone call and question. The manufacturer of the top had an issue and they communicated there would need to be another top ordered. I had no issues with this as the customer care is fantastic. Highly recommend for convertible top replacement. read more

After calling the owner and expressing our disappointment with the results of our car, he went above and beyond to correct what was wrong and was very apologetic regarding the whole situation. A new light bezel was ordered and installed, he also had his crew fix the dash so it would flush and applied a material to correct the missing chunk off of the dash. He even went as far as offering to pay for a rental car while the repairs were being carried out. Rivero Auto Interiors is a great example of professionalism (which is very hard to come by in Miami). Although my initial experience wasn't what I had hoped for, they made a huge comeback and have won my husband and I over. read more

Wow, what a great experience! My 2013 Nissan Titan pickup truck had a worn section on the steering wheel which was driving me absolutely nuts, nothing worse than a rough texture on something that you touch all day. I searched the interweb looking for solutions and ended up calling my local mechanic to ask for advice, they recommended I call Rivero as that is where they send their vehicles that need interior work. I called, explained the problem, was told that it is a simple repair that consists of basically smoothing and respraying the rough part of the wheel. Admittedly, I had my doubts, but thought it was worth a shot before coughing up $750.00 on a brand new part. I dropped the truck off at 10am, since I couldn't pick it up on time, had the shop lock the keys inside. When I arrived to pick it up at 8pm, I didn't know what to expect, but after opening the door, was blown away, my steering wheel looked like new again! Disclaimer; you can tell where the repair was done, but as far as a repair is concerned, I can't imaging things getting much better. This was one of those wonderful experiences where I got more than I expected, and in a no hassle friendly way. Don't hesitate to have your interior work done at Rivero, if my experience was this great, I'm sure your will be too. read more

I have a 1992 Ford F150 flare side pick up truck which has great sentimental value since It belonged to my late father. Rivero did a magnificent job on restoring the dash and the doors as well as installing new carpet. My wife was tremendously impressed when she first saw the work. It now looks like a new interior. The work was also completed reasonable amount of time and their customer service was extraordinary. I highly recommend them. read more

Gabriel and crew did phenomenal work on the interior trim of my mustang doors. The hot Florida weather causes the vinyl trim on the interior of the car doors to peel away with time. I brought my car in and had the stock trim replaced with suede lining in the original color as pictured. Great price and attention to detail. The car was ready the same day I brought it in, and the result was better than I expected. Very pleased with the work and would recommend this establishment highly. read more

I was having difficulty with my late model Saturn sunroof and wasn't quite sure how to repair it. Rivera was very helpful in helping me sort through the problem and correct my drain lines. They didn't make a lot of money off of me but they were extremely helpful and I have since gone back to have them help me unclog the drain lines from the debris coming off the trees near my driveway. read more

Gabriel at Rivero was a pleasure to deal with. I had some stains on my light colored leather seats in my G-class truck and brought it to him yesterday. He told me it would be about 5 hours to repaint the 2 front seats and dry them and make them look totally brand new again. When I picked up the car everything he had said he delivered. I couldn't be happier. Such a nice man to deal with and a great family owned business. I wish all businesses in Miami were conducted like this. read more

I Just had this guys put a two tone custom leather interior in my 2012 Chevy Volt. It looks better than anything coming out of the factory. They used GM OEM factory patterns, perforated leather, Dove Greay and Dark Graphite with Chevy Volt logos embroidered on the headrests. Absolutely beautifull. Three year unlimited mileage warranty. I highly recommend these guys. They not only do excellent work, but they are nice guys to boot! read more

I cant speak for the quality of work but their prices are definitely HIGH. I called for a quote to have my own leather installed on 2 arm rests. Small 2 covers, small job since i already had the fabric pre cut when i bought it. They quoted me $80 for each side at first with their own leather but when i told them i had my own leather and already pre cut to fit, he said he could do $50 for each side so that's a total $100. I called another place 3 miles away from them and the guy there quoted me $40 ($20 for each side). I went there and i was literally in and out in 10 mins since all they had to do was use a UPHOLSTERY STAPLER to attach the leather to the arm rest which took 5 mins on each side. $40 i was out the door in 10 mins. I'm so glad i called the other place or else i was gonna pay $60 extra for a 10 min job. If you really think about it they were charging me $10 A MINUTE :/ . I'm giving them 2 stars because at least he responded right away. read more

I'll start by saying he was a little early which is an anomaly in miami with most of the apts you make with companies of all sizes let alone a small privately owned business. David is a polite well spoken guy that can deal with anybody. He found a spot where he could work on the cars without causing any overdraft to land on my neighbors cars. I asked about his services to make sure my expectations would be met even to the level of seeing the products he uses. I didn't want to bother him while he was working so I told him to let me know when he was done or if he needed anything to drink or just come in from the intense heat. A while later , he called me to let me know he was done and I can't say enough how nice and clean the cars looked and felt. Each car had a vibrant shine and the interiors were cleaner than the day I bought them new. They even smelled great with the complimentary airfreshener he provided!! Who dies that anymore. He pointed out some area that he recommended I take advantage of some addl services he offers to make our cars stay looking their best inside and out. No pressure sales job but good technical information shared as a solution to certain areas of the car that need more work. All I can say is that I found my new mobile car wash and Detailing service that I will continue to use in Miami for the rest of the time I remain here. He is fairly priced and is very knowledgeable regarding your cars cosmetic health from bumper to bumper. David is a professional and punctual polite business owner who I have no doubt will be very successful in his field. I recommend you ask questions and address any areas you consider important so he can offer remedies and suggestions along with the pricing for those services. It took 8 months to get the car back and they would not answer our phone calls or what's app messages when we reached out for a status update. We had paid upfront most of the bill so we were pretty uncomfortable with the lack of communication. We went over to the shop multiple times in person to check on the car, it became the only way to get an update. Additionally, when we finally got the car back, there were car accessories/items missing from the car. We asked them about those items and they never appeared. They lost them. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone.

From my initial call to them and throughout our week-long communication, E&C provided excellent customer service via calls, texts and emails. They expeditiously picked up our Louis XVI Loveseat; provided sample pictures of not only beautiful patterns, but also the proper fabric to use; and completed the project in no time! They offered to do a double-welt trim that turned out to be flawless and much nicer than the original patterned trim and surprised me with a roll-style cushion of the same fabric! Their phenomenal service, quality craftsmanship and competitive prices are beyond impressive. I highly recommend them hands down :)

Staff was very friendly and I am satisfied with the outcome! HID's are bright and white. Will definitely go back for any HID needs. Note: Their storefront doesn't have the name Miami HID, but some form of that (Miami Auto something I believe). Just park where the address takes you and you'll be fine.

Fast forward to today and I couldn't be more impressed with Carlos's work. Dropped the truck off around 1:30 pm and got a call back at 4 pm to pick it back up. Couldn't be happier with the job he did super clean wiring and made sure to save all original components for me. (even some bulbs that weren't being used anymore by the new headlights) I highly recommend contacting Miami HID!

I needed an auto upholsterer for a car I was restoring and did a quick google local search and found Rivero Auto Interiors was very close to my home. After seeing very positive Yelp reviews I decided to give them a call. Gabriel the owner was extremely professional throughout the whole process. He and his team went above and beyond and made me feel my car was the most important project they had. The end results were great, the price quoted was what I was charged even though they ended up doing much more. It was a great experience which left me wishing I had more cars needing their service. The owner made me welcome and feel confident in them as soon as we spoke. They re-upholstered the two front seats of our 1998 Camaro and matched perfectly with the stock back seats. The quality of the stitching and the fit was beautiful. They were done quickly and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone with anything from a high priced luxury car to an inexpensive daily driver. Thanks guys. read more

I had my son's 2003 Chevy Tahoe seat upholstered, carpet, and headliners at Rivero Auto Interiors. I was beyond impressed with the quality and overall transformation it brought to the car. I have a VW convertible beetle that the dealer want to charge me WAY to much for fixing. My top got torn and I had water damage to the interior. Did some research online and found some great reviews on Rivero Auto. They are conveniently local for me and gave me a great deal. Will be defiantly recommending their services! read more
