I walked into the nail salon and was not greeted but looked at like I was a zombie. I was given a harsh tone to why I was here and what I needed. After being pleasant and smiling and mentioning I wanted a refill, I was given a dead look. After that another woman walked in and he asked what she needed and then proceeded to ask her to pick a color of gel and completely ignored me. The racism and discrimination was clearly there, and for someone who has grown up in the suburbs and in the high end community I am very disappointed and will NEVER go there or even drive by there again. read more

She didn't remove all the gel off my nails either and they are all uneven and thin. Her hands had cuts all over and didn't look clean. The techs are all nice and the price is really affordable BUT I went in just for an acrylic fill and was there for almost 4 hours. I was seated 40 minutes after my previously scheduled appt time and was traded around to 3 different techs. Originally the work they did was fine other than I could see my real nail under the acrylic and it looked weird with the tip painted on. Usually salons use a light pink for the under color but they just used clear. But the main reason I am giving 2 stars is because one of the nails broke just hours after I got them done (i wasn't doing anything to cause it). I went for a french mani and pedi. Pedi was done by Evan and I am very pleased with, she did a great job and finished quite fast. Thank you Evan. My mani was done by Henry. I have never been in a chair for 2 hours for a french manicure. I have never had such horrible nails, sooo thick and wrongly shaped! I hate, hate, hate them. When I spoke up about their shape I was told that I can add nail polish on top if I don't like the french. I payed $80 for the mani, pedi and I left with a manicure that I never in my life hated more. I also asked for square and round shape...which obviously it is not. I usually like to come here, but with my last visit I am disappointed. I got my toes done on Tuesday and they're already chipped on several toes only 3 days later. I'm accustomed to my pedicure lasting at least 2 weeks before chipping. Either the quality of the polish was poor or the pedicure itself. They have a hard time managing reservations and you can often wait 15-30 minutes for your appointment. Which, obviously, defeats the purpose of the appointment. read more

Nasty attitude & talking bad in other language. Went in for a pedi & a GEL X manicure. A lady came to my chair to do my GEL X manicure, shoved/kicked my shoes to the side & had a very ugly attitude when approaching. She asked if I wanted "long nail" and I said not too long and I don't want too much cut from my natural nail when it's added on. Somehow, there was a miscommunication and she thought I wanted just my natural nail after I asked 2+ times if she was prepping my nails for a gelx manicure. After correcting her in a nice way and confirming over 3x I wanted GEL X, she got mad, starting speaking bad about me, in front of me to her coworkers. I knew she was bad mouthing because she was making motions towards me and other workers were coming to my chair. She then proceeded to do my nails with an upsetting face, and yelled at her coworker to go get one of her machines in front of me. She then got even more upset when I let her know that the nails she applied were crooked (and still are). I just wanted to leave and not be around her negativity anymore I didn't even want her to fix what she did wrong. I was NOT relaxed at all, and I was stressed the entire time and should've walked out the moment I saw her approach because her vibe, her face and body language was all the way negative. No smile from her at all.. the guy that did my pedicure was nice and tried to keep me calm but unfortunately, that still wouldn't get me to return to this establishment. I don't know what happened to this place. Our first time there was amazing. Now things are rushed. My mom and I went in for mani pedis and they didn't even ask me which one I wanted. They gave me the basic with no massage. When I went to check out, they said their card machine was down and made me take out cash from an ATM they had hidden around the corner behind a pedicure chair. When I questioned them about it, they said they would refund me the service charge from the ATM. The whole thing just seemed very sketchy to me. I guess I will be looking for a new place to get my nails done. read more

This place is absolutely pathetic. We came here several times, and the first few were okay. All of the girls seem like they're discussing you behind your back and cackle so loud it physically hurts. My friend once waited for HALF AN HOUR just so the lady would come up and begin her manicure. I've been cut several times, and this time it resulted in an infection. My nails are usually chipped within the first days or so. The only good thing is their selection of nail polishes. They have a lot of good shades and a selection which lines up against two walls. Also, only a few workers there actually speak English. It's extremely hard when you're trying to explain that you DON'T want a massage, and they end up giving you one and charging your card anyway. If you want to get your nails done, go somewhere else, or just do your own. Trust me, anything is better than this. read more

I got the WORST gel manicure ever here. I get gel manicures pretty often (at least once a month) and this was by far the worst I've ever had! The list for how horrible manicure turned out is a long one. The application of the polish was bizarre. She painted two fingers on one hand, then two fingers on the other...alternating between hands. At one point she lost track of where she was at and ended up putting an extra coat on all of my fingers resulting in thick clumpy polish. The polish didn't cure properly either. Several nails looked wrinkled and are yellowing on my light pink polish. She didn't paint to my cuticle, so my polish looks like it's a week old already. Worst of all, she cut me!! Not once, but three times!! As soon as I got home I put alcohol on my cuts, I hope I don't lose a finger nail! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! read more
