This nail salon is clean and the staff is friendly. They helped me find my perfect color choice of gel, which is not the standard OPI. The massage chairs are nice and they work swiftly to get you in and out. Recommend! read more

I walked into the nail salon and was not greeted but looked at like I was a zombie. I was given a harsh tone to why I was here and what I needed. After being pleasant and smiling and mentioning I wanted a refill, I was given a dead look. After that another woman walked in and he asked what she needed and then proceeded to ask her to pick a color of gel and completely ignored me. The racism and discrimination was clearly there, and for someone who has grown up in the suburbs and in the high end community I am very disappointed and will NEVER go there or even drive by there again. read more

new to the area and walked in to ask for menu of the salon - rude man sitting at the front desk didn't even look at me- and talked to me with his head turned. Rude and disrespectful that's not how you run a business? then i asked him what time they close he said NOTHING - too bad he lost 15 people for a wedding party in December that I wanted to schedule. read more

I've gone here for years and have never had a bad experience except for today when I went in to get my gel x removed. The lady ripped them all off and it hurt a lot. She didn't remove all the gel off my nails either and they are all uneven and thin. Her hands had cuts all over and didn't look clean. My nails look and feel terrible and I will never go back there again. read more

The person who did my nails was clearly untrained. It took forever partly because she had to redo part of it after she put my flip flops on too early. I told her I didn't think they were dry and she did it anyway. Other people who work at the salon could tell there were issues (that she was struggling) and no one helped. It was pretty frustrating. read more

The techs are all nice and the price is really affordable BUT I went in just for an acrylic fill and was there for almost 4 hours. I was seated 40 minutes after my previously scheduled appt time and was traded around to 3 different techs. Originally the work they did was fine other than I could see my real nail under the acrylic and it looked weird with the tip painted on. Usually salons use a light pink for the under color but they just used clear. But the main reason I am giving 2 stars is because one of the nails broke just hours after I got them done (i wasn't doing anything to cause it). AND under 2 weeks later and they already look like this. Really not happy about it. read more

I went for a french mani and pedi. Pedi was done by Evan and I am very pleased with, she did a great job and finished quite fast. Thank you Evan. My mani was done by Henry. I have never been in a chair for 2 hours for a french manicure. I have never had such horrible nails, sooo thick and wrongly shaped! I hate, hate, hate them. When I spoke up about their shape I was told that I can add nail polish on top if I don't like the french. I payed $80 for the mani, pedi and I left with a manicure that I never in my life hated more. I also asked for square and round shape...which obviously it is not. I am trying to do my hair and my square nails get stuck into it, they are square and thick. Just horrible! read more

I usually like to come here, but with my last visit I am disappointed. I got my toes done on Tuesday and they're already chipped on several toes only 3 days later. I'm accustomed to my pedicure lasting at least 2 weeks before chipping. Either the quality of the polish was poor or the pedicure itself. They have a hard time managing reservations and you can often wait 15-30 minutes for your appointment. Which, obviously, defeats the purpose of the appointment. read more

Just ok. Was looking to be in a more relaxed environment with a working massage chair. Felt a bit rushed.

Price is pretty decent, but service is mediocre. I've gotten acrylic fills here twice, but quality is mediocre. First time I got my fill, the guy who did my nails made the fill very thick and uneven. For the second time, I had an appointment, but had to wait 15-20 minutes. My nails were better this time, but the finish was dull an not very shiny. Although price is similar to other nail salon's ive been to, quality of job and staff profession is not great. read more

I made an appointment for 10:30am and wasn't seated until an hour later. I saw many people walk in and get seated immediately so that was very frustrating. Once I was finally seated, I asked for a simple French manicure (or so you would think). It turned out terrible and after asking to fix the lines many different times, nothing ever looked better. I would not recommend coming here. read more

I use to go here years ago but it's gone downhill big time. I just had such a rough pedicure. :( The water was cold too... I asked a couple different times to have water warmer. Very careless. No TV on or anything except they all just talk to each other and laugh, makes for a very uncomfortable environment. She only massaged me feet for five minutes also... I will be trying Beauty Nails & Spa next time that is also off pico. read more

Took my daughters and niece not even a week ago and both my girls full sets have come off. come to find out, they glued a pre shaped box set on each of my daughters and charged me $65/each. not stoked. been trying to get a hold of them and unable to over the phone. i would very much like my girls nails redone for the price I paid. read more

Nasty attitude & talking bad in other language. Went in for a pedi & a GEL X manicure. A lady came to my chair to do my GEL X manicure, shoved/kicked my shoes to the side & had a very ugly attitude when approaching. She asked if I wanted "long nail" and I said not too long and I don't want too much cut from my natural nail when it's added on. Somehow, there was a miscommunication and she thought I wanted just my natural nail after I asked 2+ times if she was prepping my nails for a gelx manicure. After correcting her in a nice way and confirming over 3x I wanted GEL X, she got mad, starting speaking bad about me, in front of me to her coworkers. I knew she was bad mouthing because she was making motions towards me and other workers were coming to my chair. She then proceeded to do my nails with an upsetting face, and yelled at her coworker to go get one of her machines in front of me. She then got even more upset when I let her know that the nails she applied were crooked (and still are). I just wanted to leave and not be around her negativity anymore I didn't even want her to fix what she did wrong. I was NOT relaxed at all, and I was stressed the entire time and should've walked out the moment I saw her approach because her vibe, her face and body language was all the way negative. No smile from her at all.. the guy that did my pedicure was nice and tried to keep me calm but unfortunately, that still wouldn't get me to return to this establishment. I believe Tina was the one that was working on my nails, that's what it said on the UV lamp she was using. Worst customer service ever. read more

I just had the worst manicure I've ever had. There is no way this guy has a manicurist license. He sawed my nails back-and-forth, left rough edges and dirt under my nails. Then to top it off I said I asked for clear polish and he puts one coat of topcoat on it calls it a day. I went to beauty school and there's no way he did a manicure even close to what they teach you read more

I don't know what happened to this place. Our first time there was amazing. Now things are rushed. My mom and I went in for mani pedis and they didn't even ask me which one I wanted. They gave me the basic with no massage. When I went to check out, they said their card machine was down and made me take out cash from an ATM they had hidden around the corner behind a pedicure chair. When I questioned them about it, they said they would refund me the service charge from the ATM. The whole thing just seemed very sketchy to me. I guess I will be looking for a new place to get my nails done. read more

Made an appointment on Saturday for Tuesday. Arrived and they were unaware of my appointment (two people, mani/pedi) and no one was available for nails. We waited 15 minutes and one person become available. No experience w/ ingrown nails (which I specified by phone) before making the appointment. In the time I was there someone else walked in claiming they had an appointment & again the staff was unaware. They told her to sit down and it would be 5 minutes despite two people ahead of her for mani/pedi. No apologies when I told them I had a newborn in the car and couldn't wait any longer. Do not go here! read more

Absolutely no respect or concept of time. Even if you make a reservation... Today I decided to give them a third chance since they are so close to my house and I really wanted it to work... and sad to report that after waiting for 50 minutes. Had to walk out and leave frustrated for having wasted valuable time... previous experience and nates mani pedi. Made a reservation to have both don't at the same time. still waited for 20 minutes only to get my feet done. I was told the manicure would start shortly. My feet got ready and then they informed me that I had to wait more? Honestly The service per is bad, but not good enough to offset the total disrespect to our time . read more

Only few girls are great, rest are bad esp the pedicure one! This was a 4th bad experience in a row. Pedicure girl is horrible always. Ben did my nails this time and he made my dip thick and in-even. When I complained then Mindi put the fault on me that I was talking and that's why. Ben hadn't mentioned anything while getting the bails done. Also, the girl I was talking with was also getting nails from other girl. Hers wasn't spoiled. Pedicure girl had cut short and her massage were also horrible! I had to make her stop. read more

No concept of time. Look at all the one- and two-star reviews. I was a walk in for a manicure and pedicure. I asked how much and was told $45.00. Very fair. I asked how long the wait just a few minutes. OK Take any empty chair. I did. 10 minutes go by nobody acknowledges me. Fifteen minutes go by I ask one of the operators, "how long? She says right away. "How long is right away?" Maybe 15 minutes. I put my shoes and socks on and left. The owner walked by holding a pack of Marlboros. One minute later he was lighting up in the back of the shop. Stunk up the whole place. Another reason to avoid this place. They had several other people waiting. PT Barnum said: There is a sucker born every minute." I should have looked at the reviews first. read more

They open at 9am yet do not have anyone working. I made an appointment for 9:45am and they had one person working. This is unacceptable. I had to wait 30 minutes for people to show up who were supposed to be there at 9am. I wasn't the only person waiting, the lobby was full. read more

I got the WORST gel manicure ever here. I get gel manicures pretty often (at least once a month) and this was by far the worst I've ever had! The list for how horrible manicure turned out is a long one. The application of the polish was bizarre. She painted two fingers on one hand, then two fingers on the other...alternating between hands. At one point she lost track of where she was at and ended up putting an extra coat on all of my fingers resulting in thick clumpy polish. The polish didn't cure properly either. Several nails looked wrinkled and are yellowing on my light pink polish. She didn't paint to my cuticle, so my polish looks like it's a week old already. Worst of all, she cut me!! Not once, but three times!! As soon as I got home I put alcohol on my cuts, I hope I don't lose a finger nail! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! read more

A friend and myself were driving down the 405 and there were multiple accidents so we decided to yelp some nail salons. This place has great reviews so we called and asked how much a gel mani and pedi would cost, the lady on the phone said $30, we thought that was low so I repeated myself and she said yes $30. We got there and reconfirmed the price, it was now $50, we mentioned we spoke to someone just a few minutes before, the front desk girl said "yes that was me but its $50." We thought it was weird buy at that point we were there. The manicurists did an awesome job! This is why we are giving them 4 stars. Fingers and toes at the same time and amazing massages! Then it was time to check out, we used the coupon on their website, the front desk girl said it was not valid. I said its in your website now I want to use it. She finally agreed and we paid and left. My nails look awesome, but the front desk girl is obviously very confused about prices and customer service. So be warned of this! read more
