I had an excellent experience here today with Max and got the builder gel for longevity to last me into the new year! My color of choice was DND's viral Cherry Mocha which is already a similar to shade to what I wear year round so I was ecstatic to find one that I loved. I got 3 coats of it for a darker effect and it's perfect. Max was careful with my cuticles and gentle while doing a pristine job. The salon is bright and clean and all equipment is opened in front of you in sterilized packaging which is so important to me. Parking is ample in this plaza! Will def be my new go-to spot! i had high hopes for this place after seeing the reviews, but unfortunately left with an injured nail and disappointment. I called initially to see if Ivy had availability, they said no, and then i asked who from their staff had availability that day (i wanted to choose someone who i had seen good reviews of) to which his response was "we have other workers".... So i took a risk, went to an appt later that day with whoever they chose for me, and was sitting there for 20 minutes after my scheduled appt time. Then, during my actual manicure, they took off soooo much skin during cuticle removal, and cut my finger pretty badly. I left and it was still bleeding and hurt for a whole day afterwards. I came in on Saturday for a mani pedi The guy doing my pedicure was really rough and clearly in a bad mood. The woman next to me kept making a face because she felt bad about how he was treating me. They came out okay, but I typically get pedicures as a treat/to relax and it was really stressful. I got gel x on my hands from Ivy who was highly suggested. My nails weren't prepped when, my cuticles weren't done so a few days later they look really grown out. One of the nails put on is way too small/short, and another finger is really crooked, which I mentioned at the appointment but was laughed off and not fixed. The underside of the nails weren't cleaned after/full of dust & pieces that weren't fully filed off. I planned on coming to get them fixed but ended up just taking them off today and will be going elsewhere. Places like this can't get you out fast enough & the quality shows. I called the salon to inquire about the pricing for a gel pedicure. The gentleman over the phone told me that it was $45 for a GEL PEDICURE, so I went ahead and came in during my lunch to get a pedicure. The nail tech was wonderful and he did a great job unfortunately when I went to check out I was charged $60. When I asked why, the gentleman at the front counter told me it was $45 for the pedicure and an additional $15 for GEL. That was not what I was told over the phone. I've never had to pay extra for gel ever. I was lied and swindled to by them. Make sure you know that you have to pay extra for gel. Which seems ridiculous because gel is the standard polish nowadays. Sadly, I won't be going back. Side note- I tipped the nail tech $10 but the guy at the register (yes,same swindler) only gave him $5. I know this because I heard him say in Vietnamese, "she gave you $5". Oh and I understand and speak Vietnamese fluently so it was shocking to hear that the guy at the register kept $5 for himself for doing absolutely nothing! Beware of the scam. read more

My friend had recommended Ivy, so I got a gel French manicure and a 15 minute shoulder massage. She is truly an artist! She free hand painted the tips and they're absolutely perfect.
