This is my all time favorite nail salon! I love coming here, all of the nail techs are incredibly helpful and talented, and they make sure I never leave unsatisfied. The salon itself is super cute, the stations are consistently wiped down after every use so everything is always spick and span. Everyone who works here is super friendly and welcoming, and it's always fun to chat with them! I come here every month or so and regardless of whether the design is simple or complex, my Gel X always looks amazing, I get tons of compliments and rarely have any issues with chipping or a tip falling off. And if there ever is a problem, the nail techs are always super helpful and quick to sort it out. I recommend this salon to everyone who asks me where I get my nails done because it is just that good! read more

I have always had a wonderful experience at Bellagio!! As someone who gets very nervous with attending new nail salons or voicing my opinion with what I want when doing my nails, this salon has been the first place where all those worries have gone away. Not only are all the nail technicians kind and thoughtful, but they create such good conversation and ensure through the whole process that you are happy with your nails or if you want to go in a different direction, all with kindness and gratitude as well. I'm not one to give reviews like this but I feel like people who are thinking about coming need to know it's worth it! I've gotten around three nail sets so far and they get better every time and last a very long time, my last set lasted me a month and a half without any breakage or chipping. If you are thinking about coming, you definitely should! read more

Best nail salon in San Clemente! Henry does the best nails, whether I do something plain or a fun design. Lynne and Louis give the best pedicure and massage. It's easy to make appointments and they are open late. Love the decorations for each season/holiday. Highly recommend! read more

Dillon is new to the salon and did a 10/10 job. I requested this complicated design and he did it perfectly. Nails are also the exact shape and length and not chunky or lumpy. I'm very picky. Not everyone does this good of a job. I'll be going back to him. read more

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience here. I got a middle range pedicure from their list that included a scrub and 7 min massage. I didn't get to put my feet into the water to soak, my nails weren't filed at all after they were partially trimmed (like the middle was trimmed but not the edge/corner of the nail), the scrub was applied and rinsed off (not scrubbed), and I got shorted time in my massage. It's been two days and the polish is also already coming off that I was charged extra for when I checked out without being informed about it. My chair arm also became the work station for everyone that worked there so I lost all personal space. read more

Its dirty. I have taken other people with me and they have all said why is it so dirty. The towels have left over like crust on them. Its gross end of day. I kept with it bc one manicurist made her work last forever but the gross part was hard to ignore. Always dirty towels etc. The other problem is one pedicure person takes an obscene amount if time to do the pedicure and yet your foot looks barely cut or touched. It's an art form to look busy but barely cut or do anything. I wanted to stick with the manicurist even though my own husband was appalled by the dirty salon at night but I had the long pedicure two times too many. Im posting bc I hope they see and make changes. read more

My daughter went to get her nails done. Henry does do a good job. But he did chrome when my daughter never asked for it and they don't give itemized receipts and she went to pay and it was $92!!! This place is a racket. They just rely on Talega customers not asking and over charge. read more

this is my go-to nail salon! the atmosphere just makes you want to relax. they have calming music, or for the World Cup this year, they put it on but lowered the volume. if you ever find a small mistake, big or small, the employees always make sure to get it right! I always love my nails, and would recommend this place to everyone! read more

I went to have my gel nails removed without making an appointment. The lady who manages appointments also helped me with the removal. However, while she was assisting me, she spoke loudly to a co-worker across the room. While I was waiting for the removal solution to soak into my nails, she went to the back and returned to the front while eating an egg roll. She greeted guests with her mouth full and an egg roll in her hand. I'm not sure if this is a cultural difference, but I found it very unprofessional. When I was checking out, I knew the cost was $10, and I wanted to pay with my credit card to earn mileage points. However, she asked me to pay in cash. I don't understand this, as I am the one who pays a 2% fee, not them. It feels wrong when they offer the option to pay with cash or credit card but encourage guests to pay in cash. I will never go back for service again. read more

Exceptional service and attention to detail. This was a great salon experience. The ambiance was nice, it's well maintained and the massage chairs are great. Both of the women doing my pedicure, manicure and massage were very thorough and did great work. She completely got rid of a knot in my shoulder. I left feeling relaxed and pampered. read more

Everyone was super nice here! I came in this Wednesday, it is now Saturday. I got a pedicure and it is in perfect shape and still looks great! However, my gel manicure (was like 40$ or something and tipped 10$) is already diminishing so quickly. I'm not sure what happened but it's unacceptable. This is the reason I never want to waste money on my nails. Super disappointed :( read more

Henry does a wonderful hob always!!! Will not go any where else!! I have tried other solo s but never the same

a lot of their folks are new or not trained and it's cost my wallet and my nails :/ Even when someone senior checked on it, it didn't get better (you can't blame the newbie if you saw it too). They cut my long nails to put fake ones on a few months ago. Then just removed them, even though I asked for them to be filled with design. I'm not sure how they were planning to put the design on my real weak nail after removing them. the manicure was adequate at best and was cracking off same day. Their staff is very nice and attentive otherwise. very clean and nice space. I just need to go somewhere else for consistency and design. read more

Called in the morning for an appointment with Eric. Showed up on time and was ignored then, they put me with some other person who flew through my pedi. Start to finish, 18 minutes. 4 issues....appointments don't matter, fastest pedi EVER, unless you upgrade to a higher service, you're treated like a homeless person and lastly, they talk in a foreign language behind your back, look at you and laugh. Very disrespectful, inconsiderate and unprofessional. Never again! read more

Absolutely worst pedicure manicure I've ever had. Rushed and half a**. My toes are so uneven it looks like a child painted them. Very outrageous for such a cheap job. The gel adhesive was oozing out under the gel x nails and looks like a mess. I could've done a better job at home. Very disappointed. read more
