The gal that did my pedicure was amazing! I believe her name is Selena. She even took care of an ingrown toenail. The gal that did my manicure, I am currently redoing the mess she made. I do not know her name. She used the brush with nail polish remover to clean up the sides; she took a layer of polish off. read more

Don't waste your money. Terrible experience with an unprofessional nail neck with an attitude. I requested special attention to the cuticles and dry skin with a full set of acrylics. My requests were ignored multiple times and I was told rudely "this is how we do it here" and also told her to lighten up on her grip and very heavy had with the tools. After being cut and bleeding there was no apology but a striking attitude toward me. I had also noticed how dirty the tools were and said something. I received the most uncomfortable aggressive work done on my nails ....that I had to stop service and LEAVE. read more

The lady I had was kind but I was surprised to see that she was cutting down the side of my toe nail which I've never had anyone do. She didn't ask, and I kind of jumped when I noticed and immediately saw it was bleeding. She laughed and continued. I left with blood still around the outside of my toe, and now two days after I can't walk on my foot. My big toe is so swollen and bleeding still, I believe it's infected. Just noticed another comment sharing they had a similar experience. Wish I would have read it beforehand ): read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I bought a brand new set of acrylics which took two hours and they didn't touch my cuticles once. I took this picture after the nail tech had completely finished my nails besides the polish on top she told me there was nothing wrong with my cuticles and I just had dry skin. Never have I ever left a salon with nails looking this disgusting and the manager even said that's how it's done. So apparently, when you buy a full set of acrylics- They will let you leave the salon without touching the cuticles. I'm so flabbergasted I even asked the manager is this how you let your clients your business? read more

This is the best nail salon in Orange County and Trin does the best nails I have ever seen in my life. They NEVER break, her skills with the paint brush are amazing and her very good prices always make me happy. Trin is kind, patient and listens to what design you want with our arguing or trying to talk you out of a complicated design. She says yes to everything and it always comes out incredible. Lisa is the owner of Pro Nails on Crown Valley and Hillhust. This nail salon is fabulous. Love Tammy and Mary and all the nail techs for my mani/pedi needs. My nails are real and grow very long, some days not on both hands at the same time but gel does keep them looking great for so long. Salon is so clean and polishes are beautiful. Parking is easy. Techs are great and Lisa is wonderful. You'll love this salon just say Lenore sent you and enjoy self caring read more

Pro Nails is a wonderful salon. Amy and Salina, they are sisters, are fantastic. I always try and see one or the other.

The woman who did my pedicure started to cut my toenail away from the nail bed on the side. I asked her to stop and she seemed genuinely surprised. I rarely get pedicures and have very healthy nails so there was no reason to mutilate my nails. She then drew blood and I jumped and she said sorry sorry. Needless to say my toe is still red, swollen, and hurts 5 days later. There are plenty of other nail places in the area- don't go here. read more

Ask for Selina - she is the best, does not cut corners even if people are waiting. Best pedicure!!!

Just had to worst experience here. I normally come here and it's been fine and they do a good job but today it was slightly busy and they totally rushed through everything and I asked for a pedicure and all they did was put my feet in the water paint my nails and that's it, no massage or anything. Lastly, the manicure was the worst I think I've ever had. Hey didn't remove any of the dirt underneath my nails and I'm not coming back. read more

DO NOT come here!! I went in for a basic clear coat manicure however I had previously had Dip on my fingers. When they noticed it was as if they had never removed dip before. The woman with the blade continuously cut me with the blade and every time she would reach for a tool I got scared. Very dirty too. I did not feel as if this place was cleaned and the tools were not cleaned. Once she got to cutting my nails I said I wanted a slight trim... she cut my nails to the core and once again made me bleed. At this point 7/10 fingers have bled. Also this was done a week ago and I have never had so many hang nails in my life. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! read more

Jessie and Ritchie are both experts at gel manicures as well as being super nice guys to spend 45 minutes with. The salon can get noisy when the ladies who work there talk across the room at each other, but other than that I am always happy with my nails! read more

This was the worst experience I have EVER had in my life! The lady rushed through my service. I asked for short but not all the way down the where my real nails are. She was scissors happy. Did not even cut a little and then ask if that was good. She just went in and cut all down and just kept going. Never once did she ask me if it was okay or looking good. The work was so rushed and she didn't give once ounce of care to her work. After she was done she just said okay your done. I went to the front to pay where the manger was standing I asked if he was in charge. To which he stated yes. So I said just to let you know I'm very disappointed in the way these nails look and it was so rushed. Before I could even finish my sentence, the women came and started yelling at me telling me I should have told her. I let her know I wasn't trying to argue with her. All I wanted to do was pay and leave. After her yelling at me for a good 3 minutes. Which Rich was just trying to make things right. Saying to let him fix the nails. But who the heck would want to sit there for longer after being yelled at by one of the employees. At this point I was just so upset and needed to get out of there. And to top it off these nails are suppose to be for my wedding day! Never will I go back here! read more

I have been here before for waxings; not nails.. during Covid-19 nothing is open and I desperately needed my nails done! They are open and COVID-19 compliant. When your first walk in the take your temperature, have you sign a waiver and have you wash your hand right away. Jesse was the one who did my nails and I couldn't be happier with the results! Prior to coming in I had my acrylics done at a shop by my house and they were TERRIBLE!! Jesse fixed my TERRIBLE nails and I am in love! I highly recommend this place read more

This shop is very close to my house. But the staff and at times the other customers are rude here. I've walked out because of being ignored by the staff. I came in today because I really wanted a pedicure and it is so close. The staff and customers seemed to be staring at me. I'm not sure what the deal was. I felt like I wasn't wanted in there. It was a very uncomfortable feeling but I wanted my toes done. So, I stared back at them, then they would get embarrassed and look away. Very strange... read more

I'd do zero if I could. I got the dip and asked it to be very thin. It was so thick it peeled off within a week, even though they promised 3. But the real kicker was when I came back to get it all the way removed and after discussing with problem with them-they made me pay to take it off! It also smells like chemicals very bad. I will not be coming back. read more

Went with a friend today to get manicures. They were 15 dollars, which seems like a lot for just a basic manicures. Did not receive very friendly service and had a very awkward interaction when I did not receive change (I gave the woman a 20) and had to ask for it before leaving. She gave it to me, but was clearly not happy. Overall, it was not a very good experience and not a good manicure, especially for the price. We definitely will not be returning. read more

This is the place I always go!I have been going here for 10 years. I even drive down from Irvine. I get my nails done by one of the male manicurist, he is awesome. I don't go any where else. I get acrylics with gels and the way that he does them makes them look like my real nails. Not big and chunky. Some of the people that come in can be nasty though. Just communicate and they are happy to try fixing anything they can if you do not like what you got. read more

I will never never never ever go back here again! The manicurist had no idea what she was doing so I requested someone new. Then the second person had the first person sit and watch what she was doing and it was super awkward (practice on each other.. Not in front of customers!). The woman doing my pedicure started to pull out my toe cuticle/skin so hard I actually yelled out loud in pain "ouch please don't do that!" and she awkwardly started to laugh and stopped. That toe still hurts :( And she also tried picking off a small mosquito scab from the top of my for with her finger nail. Like WTF are you doing??? And top of everything, anytime I [very politely] requested something regarding the manicure/pedicure I was getting, they all started talking amongst themselves in their language. Which is totally cool for me under most circumstances that they talk with each other but I know they were sitting there talking sh*t about me. Just all around awkward, unpleasant, not enjoyable, horrible etiquette, bad business, bad manicure job, bad manicure job and waste of my money and time. Update: It's been a few days since my manicure and all the polish came off and the cuticles have never looked worse. read more
