Do not get hard gel here!! These are my nails less than a day after getting them done. Quality is awful, my nails have a bubble/disfigured shape, super sloppy and thick, and yellowing. Cuticles completely neglected and paid over $60. Giving them 3 stars because the pedicure was good.

Tina did an amazing job on my daughter's nails for her bday They are super friendly and took there time. Prices are about the same as other places but totally worth it... you get snacks and drinks while your there. Thank you guys for takingsuchgood care of us while we were there.

This salon made us feel comfortable and didn't have to wait too long on a Sunday mid day. Lynn took great care of my pedicure. She was a good vibe and very attentive!

I get that a matching mother daughter mani is not the most exciting but the salon was empty when we arrived. My kid's nail art was also questionable but ok she's 5 maybe she moved or whatever. There's no excuse for the weird streaky flowers on my nails. They asked me to pay when they were done with hers but hadn't started mine and I couldn't even see hers, so I tipped 20%, but wish I hadn't. I'm visiting from out of town and maybe we just have higher standards in Vegas but this salon is NOT it.

Kelly and Vivian were both wonderful! They did an excellent job on my manicure and pedicure. They were gentle, attentive, and took their time to make sure everything was done perfectly. I never felt rushed, and their attention to detail really showed. They were also friendly and made the experience very relaxing. Love this spot! I came here with a girl friend an hour before closing and they were so kind and accommodating!! I got an acrylic full set and she got dip, they did such a clean and detailed job we will for sure come back. I stopped in for a pedicure before my vacation tomorrow. I realized it was not the place I went to previously but the chairs were packed, I had little time and they could take me. The women was digging so deep into my cuticle and side of big toes they were bleeding. I asked her to stop and she did...... now my toes are throbbing and I leave for vacation tomorrow. It is about 7 hours later and already red around the sides. I hope it doesn't get infected! The polish is also not good. It looks like I got them done 2-3 weeks ago because doesn't go down to my cuticle and not full coverage. I don't recommend. The place on the other end of the plaza I went to last time was amazing .... lessons learned! read more

Lynn gave me a pedicure and it was such a great experience. She was so kind and gentle which resulted in one of the best pedicures I've had in a long time. I have been going to Professional Nails for several years and am very happy with them. Hannah, the owner, is always very accommodating and greets clients by name. The salon is always very clean and comfortable. They offer you bottled water and always have free snacks if you like on the way out. I personally have used Vivian for many services, including Lashes. She is absolutely perfect in her nail artistry and lash artistry. However, all of the nail technicians at Professional Nails are excellent and take pride in their work. Their prices are on par with other salons but their superior service is why I prefer them. read more

Good price for an acrylic fill with gel color (45) and all the technicians are really sweet. If you wanna go on a weekend, I suggest making an appointment as they are completely packed on Saturdays and Sundays. Helen does mine and she is awesome. I never go for bright colors, but today I was talked into it and I have no regrets. I haven't had a pedicure here yet, but I really really want to. It's very popular. My daughter came in with an intricate design and Vivian did an amazing job! Not only did she nail it design wise, she was gentle but efficient cleaning up the cuticles and making the whole experience wonderful. She was patient and kind, asking my daughter to check each step and when there was a minor adjustment, she didn't take it personally at all. I am very happy I found professional nails. I listened to the other reviews and tried Hana. She did my acrylic nails and they lasted a long time. I work at Salt Strands salon down the street and my hands are in and out of water all day, these have really held up. Shes a great listener and very nice. She used a variety of great-smelling waxes, oils, and scrubs, which made the whole experience feel extra luxurious. I also really appreciated that all of the tools came out of a sealed sanitary bag. I can't wait to come back!

I paid $85 for the Deluxe Mani/Pedi combo. The full service itself was completed, but when the polish was applied, the nails looked uneven and streaky. I originally asked for black toenails and nude nails. After I pointed out the issue, another color was tried, but it ended up looking almost white. At that point, I felt uncomfortable continuing to ask for corrections and finally just said it was fine and that I didn't need color. Most of the polish was removed, cuticle oil was applied, and I was checked out. With tip included, I spent $100 total and left without nails I can realistically wear to an important work meeting this week. I now have to pay again tonight to have them redone elsewhere. I truly don't like leaving negative reviews, especially because the staff has always been pleasant, but for the price paid, I expected a much better final result.

I have been going to Professional Nails for 15 years. Jan is absolutely the best manicurist. Jan's skills reach much farther than just nails, she also gives the best massages. Jan is the only professional that does my nails exactly as I want (I'm fussy.) The salon is under new management too which appears to be positive for all. i stopped in the other day for a manicure.....my goodness, this is why I usually go to a real day spa for services... The girl cut my cuticles so badly and as for the polish- eekkk!! My dog could paint better with her tail!! I will never go back again and would advise all you women to pay extra and go to a real salon. read more
