So I went back again recently & I wish I would have stuck with my original not so great feeling about this place. From what I observed of a couple of other customers, it's great for the people who are their long time returning/higher paying customers, but as a new customer, you really are taking a gamble if they don't know you. I booked an appointment and had to wait almost 50 minutes to be seen, because they took someone that was going to have more work than what I was scheduled for aka they took the client that they would make more money off over my scheduled appointment. Then I was taken by somebody that I think it was her first day, so she cut four of my fingers & one of my toes when cutting my cuticles. At checkout - I was given a 5% discount for the "troubles". I had a feeling from the main chick in charge that I wasn't really welcomed & I will make it a point to never come here again nor recommended to anyone (I definitely understand why they advertise a large discount for those who post a 5 star review, because just going there for the first time it's really not that great) - I'm just going to continue with my press ons b/c spending my hard earned money at places like this just is not worth it anymore.

Everything was going well and felt relaxing at first, but things took a turn when she placed very hot stones directly on top of my feet they were uncomfortably hot and actually burned for a moment. I had to ask her to stop right away. I was also a bit disappointed because the VIP pedicure didn't seem to match what was described. I didn't receive the mud treatment, and the "10-minute massage" focused more on my calves than my feet.
