I called and asked for a quote, was advised price, texted my exact location and where I needed to go, and bam, they were on scene within the promised 20 minutes. OF course, OC has the freeway service trucks to help but they can only tow you literally off the freeway, I was like, no thanks, they're already on the way no need to move it twice. Only thing is that I was in a lowered car and I did wish I had asked for a flatbed, but it's ok, it survived . Driver was nice and professional.

Described his little truck. I waited to cancel my roadside request, just in case. Stuardo came in the time he indicated. He had to rush to another car, said he would provide me with the invoice later (so I can get reimbursement by my insurance). Within an hour or so he texted and emailed me the receipt!

Don't take risk! Don't park your car after 9pm. Your car will be towed!Watch Out if you see the sign of Ko Towing when you park! They charge you $710 for towing fee.
