My car
Fast F.

Had Freddie to my Ferrari 599. He took extreme care while loading and unloading the car. Car is lowered which adds to the difficulty. He also was careful strapping down the car via the barrels of the wheels. Nice friendly guy as well Highly recommend this operation.

Adding more damage to my car!

Wouldn't recommend! They messed up my car all because they didn't bring the right equipment. I literally let my insurance know before hand and I called them personally to let them know. Then the driver lied to my insurance company saying the shop was closed. He had my car up by 4:00 the shop is down the street and they close at 5:30.! How is that possible! Then I get a random call the next day saying my car was at the yard and the man told me the shop had denied my car (which was a lie)! I called the shop to complain because I had let them know before hand to ask if it was okay. She let me know that he never tried to drop off my car and this is a thing that tow companies do to scam the insurance company for more money. He just made my whole situation a lot harder! All because the man was lazy and a scammer!

Vehicle loaded onto flat bed

Unfortunately had to get my vehicle towed do to a faulty clutch, I've always had horrible experiences with other companies but today was different. KO towing dispatch was as helpful as I could ever ask for and the driver Rodney was so great, called me to give me his time of arrival to my location. Great service and also his truck was very clean and shiny. Will definitely request them again, they are sports car and low car friendly. THANK YOU KO

You can see the timeline! Pathetic customer service!

I have USAA Roadside assistance and requested service for a flat tire at 9:41pm. This company was assigned to me and quoted a 60-90 min wait. I called them to see if there was a possibility to improve ETA as I had my 4 year old toddler with me. The lady who I spoke to said no and that's the best timeline. I waited the entire 90 min and call her and the lady again tell me that they had a priority call and will be another 30 min. After that I called USAA again and told them the situation they apologize and said they will get in contact. Now it's past midnight in a neighborhood I don't know and junkies roaming around, I get this text that they no longer will come help me. This company should be ashamed of themselves and should've of reported my insurance company that they do not have the capabilities of completing this service as soon as they got their "priority" call. I waited in vain for 2+ hours and at the end I had to find a towing company on my own that can help me get safely home. Beyond disappointed and if customer service isn't their priority then they don't need to be in business!

My truck still here 4 hours after ordering a tow!

I really had high hopes for this place! Anthony N was so quick, and had such a great attitude! I couldn't believe how fast they arrived! Edit: Turns out they were unable to tow the vehicle and said a larger truck would arrive in 20 min and was just down the street. It's been 2 hours and my truck is still here! I'm honestly pretty pissed! Was hoping these guys would be better. The two gentleman I talked to were nice but it's unacceptable that a replacement has not arrived yet! Edit 2: I made a call an hour ago and they said they would finally be here in 35 min. It's now been 3 and a half hours and no one has towed my truck! Who dropped the ball? Who's fault is it that I had waited for nearly 4 hours and no one is here yet! Unacceptable! Edit 3: 5 hours later my car was finally towed. I called at 1:30pm, it's now 7pm. While I'm angry at how long it took and whoever it was that kept giving me wrong updates, I will say that the man that towed my vehicle was very nice and helpful. They just really need to be honest about how long it's going to take. I wasted a lot of gas driving back and forth to check if my truck was towed and gas is $5.50 a gallon right now in my vehicle. I probably spent $20 in gas just driving back and forth every time they said the would be there. Fire your dispatcher.

All of the negative reviews are accurate. It says something when so many people have the same exact experience. Battery died and my insurance roadside assistance assigned KO at 10:50pm. Initial estimate was 45-65 mins. At midnight, I called KO directly for an update. The unsympathetic guy that answered said someone would be there within 45 mins. At 1am, I called again and the same guy said it would be another 45 mins. I said that was the same time we were told, an hour ago. He cut me off and said "that's an estimate". Called the insurance back and they were surprised that we were still waiting. They offered to call KO directly and explain that we have an uncomfortable 3yr old and we just wanted to get to the hotel. She said the guy acknowledged we had just spoken and said someone should be there in 30mins. The lady at our insurance company said we could see if another company would come out, but that would be starting over. She didn't know why a company so close was taking so long. I looked up the company address and they are less than 5 miles away. At 1am with hardly any traffic, it shows an 11 min distance. At 2am, we called again and the same guy said "let me call right now". Low and behold, I receive a text alert from my insurance that a driver is on their way. So for 3 hours, KO sat on this simple request for a car jump. Oh, and the dispatchesdriver was 30mins away. The guy that finally came out was nice enough, but our pleasant 3 minute interaction was far overshadowed by everything prior to. Horrible experience, extreme lack of honesty and accountability. With so many similar reviews, it's a wonder they are still operational.

They set tramps to tow cars. They remove cones to make people park at places and then tow cars.

They tried to scam me out of $300 and should be reported to AAA. When I told them I couldn't pay them, they dropped the scam.

And the new driver Oscar was just as good as the previous driver Robert. He went out of his way to help in anyway that he could to make sure the job was done right and he was very fast efficient and safe with the vehicle. Would highly recommend this business to anyone once again they have great prices, great personnel, and just great service all around.

Right away we told them the car was a BMW M4, completely dead, could not go into neutral. They confirmed the $195 quote. At the 1 hour mark (2:30 am), we hadn't heard anything, so we called. They said the driver was finishing another job and would call us shortly. At 3:00 am, we called again, frustrated because we could've paid $50 more elsewhere and been home already. They said he'd be on his way soon. We finally got a text saying the driver was en route from Santa Ana, 15 minutes away. He arrived around 3:45 am, over 2 hours after our original call. The driver loaded the car onto the flatbed with no issues. Then came the surprise, he told us the price was now $325 a $130 increase because he had to use "extra pieces" since the car couldn't go into neutral. Hector (tow truck driver) was a nice guy and knew what he was doing, just disappointed in the bait and switch. :/ We had explained the car's condition in detail when we first called and were quoted $195. Nothing changed between then and the tow. The price hike only came up after the car was already on the truck. Unprofessional from start to finish. Late by 1.5+ hours beyond the estimate, terrible communication (we had to chase them), and a shady price increase while the car was being loaded. There were other companies that quoted $230-250 with much shorter wait times. I should've gone with one of them.

Unlucky for us, our car was not drivable so the police called for a tow truck which arrived within 10 minutes of the call. The tow truck guy was super friendly and made the process very easy for us. We visited them the following day, per our insurance request, and asked for the car to be released so that our insurance can tow it to the car shop. The entire experience with them was very easy and friendly. If you're having trouble finding their tow lot for the Fullerton location, you'll have to go all the way in towards the back past the warehouse. You'll find their office is a shipping container converted to be an office.

A lot of people end up here desperately trying to get their car back with no money on their pockets, the least they could do is answer a simple question so we could proceed and solve the problem. They should really change the public agency, this has been going for years now.

I learned there's an extra fee for holiday pickup, but waiting until Tuesday would cost the same due to an additional day's storage. The total to retrieve the car was $546--steep, but we had no choice. Thankfully, we called ahead and discovered the car was at their Anaheim location not Santa Ana were they told us. Upon arrival, they only allowed my daughter inside after verifying her driver's license. She couldn't find her current registration in the glovebox, and they refused to release the car despite us providing proof of insurance and past payment statements. We were stuck for 40 minutes with the AAA tow truck waiting. Fortunately, my wife found a copy of the car title, texted it to me, and they accepted it.
