The main reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because the floor mopping felt rushed at the end. When I came back to do a final walkthrough, I noticed the floors still had quite a bit of residual dirt and didn't feel like they had been thoroughly mopped. I also noticed one of the cleaners dumping what appeared to be mop water into my front lawn, which I didn't love. I paid $530 for a move-out cleaning plus interior oven cleaning and for that price,I was hoping for a more thorough final result. To be fair, I should have asked them to revisit the floors before they left, but by the time I finished checking everything, they were already packed up and ready to go, so it felt a little awkward to ask them to unpack and redo it. Everything else was handled well, but the rushed mopping and dumping mop water in the yard kept this from being a 5-star experience. Overall, I'd say they were friendly and easy to work with, but I think a little more attention to the final floor cleaning would have made a big difference.
