    Managers number. Useless

This business is completely unfair. The customer service from the employees and the manager is astonishing! I think it's completely unfair to serve spoiled drinks and when you're called out about it, you don't offer any other solution but free donuts. When you already paid for donuts this morning, you just want a beverage to wash down the donuts you already purchased.... Do not order any of their smoothies. I'm not sure how to explain it because they're not used with milk, but the powder is spoiled and disgusting. I ordered four drinks, three separate flavors and they all tasted like crap. The donuts are decent if you need a donut, please pull up, but don't expect good customer service and god forbid if there's an issue with your food or drink DONT expect it to be resolved. I hate that I usually only use Yelp to call out businesses, but I'm tired of us spending our hard earn money at places who treat their customers like sh*t. Going home $30 short AND empty handed. SMH. & this donut shop made my daughter's birthday donuts this year.....never coming back.

Now I have yet to visit the shop, but my sister who is a big fan of this bakery has sent me pictures of the shop and the aethetics closely ties in with the packaging I have pictured. It is sweet, cute, bright and whimsical. The Loaf Bakery is produced by Okayama Kobo, a bakery chain founded by Tsunetaka Kawakami, that is open in Anaheim, DTLA, Honolulu and Laguna Niguel. The Loaf has the same quality of baked good, made with flour from Hokkaido, Japan, having no additives or preservatives. It is recommended that you eat it the day of since it has a shelf life of a couple of days. Talk about freshness! I recently visited my sister and her family and she had a box to share with me. We had the following: Red Bean Salt & Butter Roll: Simple and delicious. Highly recommend, especially to those who like red bean filling. Not to sweet (a high compliment given by Asians when talking about desserts.) Chocolate Emoji: Soft bun with custard inside Amande: Croissant with a cookie topping, topped with chocolate chips. Textures are crispy but not as flaky where it would be a mess. Matcha Azuki An Pan: Earthy tea taste with sweet read bean filling. Overall, I love what I have tried. I would love to visit the spot for their savory pastries and coffee.

So, we tried a bunch of items, and the only reason I'm giving this place 3.5 stars is because I think around here it's probably the best you're going to get. The custard buns were 3 stars. Didn't really like the bun very much. Custard was average. Yuzu tart wasn't very good. The pastry wasn't very flaky and the yuzu was meh. Didn't like this pastry at all. The best thing our group had was the strawberry croissants. That was 4 stars. Fresh strawberries and the cream was good and the croissant was flaky and buttery unlike the tart. I also had the matcha tiramisu, not pictured because I ate it but then threw it away. It came in a little plastic cup. Overly sweet and just not very good. That was 2 stars.

I absolutely love breakfast burritos and felt this is a place where I could get a good one. I was wrong. The menu said the burrito contained bacon, sausage, egg and hash brown potatoes. Apparently, what they did was blend all the ingredients together into one bland concoction and wrap it in a tortilla. Not a single ingredient was identifiable. Also, the burrito arrived blazing hot so I assume it was also microwaved. It was served with a small bowl of salsa. I was with a fairly large group and it had taken awhile to get our orders taken and food delivered. To send back my food and order something new would have had me receiving my new order as the rest of my group were getting ready to leave, so I ate about half my burrito and kept my mouth shut. Everyone else at my table seemed to be pleased with their meals, so apparently I had selected a poor choice from their large menu. If you want a good breakfast burrito, I recommend getting one from a food truck and at half the price.

The outside looked quaint, it had an outside patio and a beautiful interior. The waitress at the front was pleasant to talk to and I had a great time asking about the menu and what was popular. I ordered the ravioli pasta with butternut squash filling, it was about $20 and to be honest, I did not enjoy it personally. However my friend ordered the linguini pasta for $26 and it had chicken and shrimp in it with a creamy Parmesan sauce. It not only had a better taste, but quality and quantity were higher. I gave that dish a perfect score, I bought it again later the following week myself so I didn't have to share it this time around and my goodness, best pasta dish I ever had in my life although I shouldn't be eating it. Overall, the service was spectacular, food was delicious except the ravioli, and the selection of other things I'm willing to take a shot at in the future. Lovely spot for drinks and dinner in Santa Clarita…read more I was in the area running errands and decided to grab dinner nearby on a Thusday evening around 6:30 pm. I found this place on Yelp and dropped by for dinner. My party of 2 was seated immediately. Personally I thought the menus were hard to read. The gray lines in the background were quite dark and clashed with the actual menu items. My suggestion to the restaurant would be to reprint the menus with lighter background. They have an extensive cocktail menu with a lot of gin-based drinks. They also have good selection of wine and NA drinks as well, including some mocktails. I got the I'm Driving mocktail ($13), which I really liked. It had good passion fruit flavor without being too sour. Felt like a really nice tropical juice. My friend really liked his drink Bramblin' Man ($17), which had strong notes of bourbon and blackberry. I wasn't super hungry, but the braised short rib looked amazing so I got that for $43. It was very tender, but I personally found it bland especially on the inside. I asked for additional sauce so I could drench each bite in the sauce. My favorite part of the plate was surprisingly the potato croquette, which was perfectly crispy and well flavored. My friend got the chicken club ($23), which he enjoyed. I stole a bunch of his seasoned fries since they were so good. I would've loved to get dessert but was too stuffed. Next time!
