This is our favorite donut shop. Donuts are always fresh and service is always great. I love that we have such a gem in our community

We LOVE this lil donut shop! They don't only serve donuts & their croissants are large & ALWAYS hot & yummy! I picked up a dozen of plain glazed donuts for a soccer team snack yesterday that I was going to transform into vampires w/ fangs and faces and while I was there early (5am) there were a few items that weren't out just yet. When I asked about these items one of the attendants went in the back immediately and prepared for me what I asked for - on spot! My son also loves lemon and when I didn't see anything lemon flavored in the case I inquired if they had anything "lemon" and again the attendant offered to fill a couple that would normally be jam-filled with lemon instead for me! I have lived in Castaic for many many years and yes there are many donut shops that I could drive further to go to but this place is always so fresh, friendly & accommodating! We've been going here for the past 16years and it has always been really good donuts and breakfast sandwiches. Today we went and everything was terrible the donuts, cinnamon rolls and breakfast sandwiches were all made differently than they have been in the past. I'm thinking they changed ownership. Either way sad to say we will not be back it was that bad. read more

Stumbled upon this place on labor day as everything was practically closed being a holiday. Customer service was wonderful, and the donuts were not bad at all. Overall it was a good experience and my family devoured the donuts. I have yet to try the rest of their menu as I saw they offered breakfast items. I will definitely be returning. read more

I was never a donut person however, when we moved to Castaic this place was around the corner, we can smell them making the donuts like at 2am! Of course we had to try it and have been hooked the last 9 years! These are truly not your average donuts, they are made fresh every day, yum! The closest donut shop to my house... Nothing special. The donuts are so so, make your mouth itchy with processed sugar but still good enough to grab some when you're just wanting something quick. Been coming here for a year and fine we have cash on me. No big deal, 3 donuts for my minimum 2.50 for a card s d not cash (even though I only want one, I'll save the rest). Now the minimum is 10 bucks to use a card... At a donut shop. I'll drive a few extra minutes to get donuts equally as mediocre without having to buy a whole dozen for one person. I will never stop back in, even if you lowered the minimum again. I'll never know. Without the minimum being raised I would give the place 3 stars for the food. Not the worst donut but certainly not the best. read more

This review is strictly because of the customer service I had today. First, the (owner) I'm assuming is very very VERY rude! I always get the nicest people here and this time was the complete opposite! There were two girls working, a younger girl (who was very very sweet) and an older lady who was plain rude!!! She rushed every single customer, she yelled repeatedly for someone to pick up their sandwich, she rushed younger kids to pick a donut. C'mon lady, it's a donut shop! There's no need to start someone else's day so horribly if you don't like where you are. I can only assume she was the owner because she was wearing much different clothing than the other young girl (who by the way takes a lot of B.S from her "boss"). However, at least she knows how to hire genuine people aside from herself! That's probably the only reason why I'll come back. But if I see her behind that counter I'm walking right out! read more

Service was friendly and fast. Great value. Although it may seem picky, I don't understand why some of these places have a "chocolate" glaze that is just light brown colored sugar. It does not look or taste like chocolate and typically a sign of poor quality ingredients. The donuts were fine, but nothing special. Love the variety of coffee they have in the mornings. I think their coffee is way better than Starbucks and i always like to support a local business when i can. The Colombian is my favorite and it is fast service to get in and out. read more

Best donuts in ALL of Santa Clarita! We used to live in Castaic and enjoyed an occasional donut in the morning. The donuts from Luv'n are always light and fresh! Now we've moved to Valencia and can't find a single donut shop that compares. From now on, we're going to drive into Castaic when we have the craving for donuts. They're that good!! read more

My husband made me come here. They're ham and cheese tastes like dirt. I was so disgusted by it i spat it out. We came back the manager was so unpleasant. I've worked retailed more half my life and you never treat a customer the way she treated me. She tried to argue about policy that isn't written anywhere and her excuse was that she wasn't Costco. I wasn't asking for Costco. I'm was asking for her to stand behind her product with courtesy. If you live close by take the extra two minute drive and go to Castaic. read more

I go here every 2 weeks to buy donuts / coffee for my work. Today i went there to buy a drink and wanted to get a fork or spoon for lunch. The lady there was so rude, said they didn't have it. When I said cancel the drink she said I can't do that, I said yes I can cause I never took the drink.. It amazes me that they are willing to provide such horrible service over $1.00 and lose a customer that is spending $50 on each visit on a regular basis.... I'll never go back.. If I'm a returning customer I expect at minimum the courtesy of good customer service.. read more

The donuts are awesome, employees appears to be not in a good mood all the time. They don't smile, early in the mornng they all looked stressed. Excepr for two of the employees that i have encountered. Otherwise the food is good but theservice is not. As a customer it feels like they are just forced to worked and waiting for thenday to get by. Monotone voice, the owner made me wait becasue she is talking on the phone. I dont kiw what to say. This place is great for the travelers and the locals. Great self serve coffee selection and blended drinks available. Doughnuts always fresh, handmade breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Donuts are fine, but that's not saying much as I have never tasted a poorly mad, bad tasting donut. The people that work there, I can only assume that they are the owners are rude. I've been there twice and have dealt with rudeness both times. Finally, there donuts are overpriced. I'll never go back. Donut is a donut, and although the donuts are pretty good it's just the same old donuts you find everywhere else. Coffee on the other hand wasn't that good, and for a donut joint there has to be good coffee to go with your sweet donut. They also have a menu with breakfast sandwiches. I've tried the bagel with egg & cheese and it was just ok. Decent place for breakfast but not as good as you would expected. read more
