We love this Dunkin' location it's one of our favorite quick mid to late morning stops. They don't have a drive thru, so we always use the mobile order feature and run in to grab our items from the pickup counter. Every single time, our order has been ready quickly and made accurately. It makes mornings feel easy and stress-free. I usually go for the $6 meal deal (which is such a great value), or I'll grab Munchkins if I'm in the mood for something sweet and shareable. Everything is always fresh and exactly how we ordered it. Even when it's a little busy, the system feels organized and efficient. We're in and out without hassle, which we really appreciate. My parents and I stopped in to get some donuts in the late afternoon yesterday 02-13-2026. Customer Service was excellent! There were many donuts to choose from and a great variety as well. I noticed they had a glazed blueberry donut. I have not seen any other donut shop in Santa Clarita that carries this flavor donut. I didn't get a chance to eat it until this morning, 02-14-2026. It was still fresh tasting, and delicious. It looked like the cake part of the donut had the blueberry in the batter as it was lightly colored and it had just the right amount of blueberry taste. The glaze was lightly sprinkled and did not taste sugary. It was delightful! I asked if this was a staple for this location and the Staff person said yes. I recently left a pretty harsh review of the Dunkin' in Lancaster, CA, and I still stand by what I said at the time. But I have to give credit where it's due. This location seems different. The staff seems a lot warmer and genuinely focused on getting orders right with care and pride. On a recent visit, I had a great experience. What really stood out was Sharon, the 1st shift lead. I wasn't having the best morning on my way to work, but her smile and kindness honestly turned things around. I wish I can give this 0 stars but unfortunately only one. When I walked in and took my order it was very simple only 2 drinks. Took about 20 minutes for them to make because they were more focused on doing drive thru orders and complaining to each other about these orders. Very disappointed I wanted to cancel my order and go somewhere else but didn't wanna bother them because they were already complaining. I placed a mobile order for a white hazelnut bark iced coffee today at 4:25 pm. When I tasted my coffee, it was definitely missing all of the flavoring syrups. It was so watery and not good. I feel that they just put the sticker on a drink that had been sitting there for a long time instead of just making my order. They did not seem busy, so I don't know why they did not make it correctly. I have come to this location a bit and the first few drinks I got were so good! I came in here really excited to try the Charley, but unfortunately they couldn't make it decaf so I asked the cashier what could I get that is decaf so she suggested a latte which I got but I did not like it. So I went up to the same cashier and voiced it and asked if I could get a decaf iced coffee since I looked up online you could make an iced coffee DECAF. So I told her I didn't like my drink and I ended up ordering the decaf iced coffee and ended PAYING FOR ANOTHER DRINK and I didn't get a refund for the latte she suggested! I love Dunkin when on the EastCoast. But for some reason the stores here on the west do not compare. Our stores here either don't have lots of items, or they're not clean and tidy or the lines are too long with slow service. My experience was ok. I couldn't tell where the line to order was versus the line for people waiting for their orders. The counter was filled with orders that look like they may have been made online and had been sitting awhile. There are self service ordering tablets but people take their sweet time, which is fine. But soon as a person doesn't know how to use it they cut right over into the line of those who'd rather put their orders in at the register with a person. I showed the young lady at the register the order I wanted.. a Cookie Butter cold brew. Somewhere along the way of her entering in the rest of my order, I get home to realize, she F'd up my drink. Instead of it being a COOKIE butter cold brew, it was just a regular cold brew. I spent 21 bucks there for me to not be happy with what I actually drove all the way across town for. ‍. I chose the $8 meal that came with hash brown's, but when I asked for them, they said I didn't order them. I said the meal came with them and the It wasn't on my receipt. They have the kiosk that takes your order, but do they not understand it takes jobs away? I like to keep people employed, but maybe they should go out of business. I went in Dunkin' Donuts this morning and they were very busy per usual on a Saturday morning. A lot of customers were giving them grief on how slow they were, but in reality they were just overworked and it was a very busy morning. We ordered on the kiosk and waited for our food and it didn't take about five minutes. Kyla and Diego were amazing. Even though it was so extremely busy, they both had smiles on their faces and we're trying their best to help upset customers. Product offerings are a nice alternative to the played out Starbucks menu. The munchkin donut holes are good when they are in stock. I like the glazed but they were sold out so got the chocolate and powdered ones. Taste fine. Really bad experience today. And, I rarely write these types of reviews. Today, I ordered via the app for curbside pickup. The order was placed at 11:13 am and per the app, they would be out shortly. At about 11:30 am, called to see if the order was ready. Was told that they were "starting" the order. By 11:50 am, no one was picking up the phone and it was going straight to voicemail. I had someone pickup my order so of course I was so embarrassed that this person had to go in at about 12 pm. This person was told the receipt fell on the floor and the order was not done. Order fulfilled at 12:10 pm. Are you kidding me? Ok, so why didn't anyone pick up the receipt if it fell on the floor? How arrogant can people be? This location is close to Inn n Out and Lowe's. They have plenty of parking space and have an outdoor tables. Came here on National coffee day ( 9/29), which means you a get a free hot or iced coffee with any purchase. So, I got a double chocolate donut (very sweet but it was good) & a hazelnut iced coffee with almond milk ( which is additional). The iced coffee was light but I'm guessing because its free. I was excited to visit this relatively new Dunkin' location in Santa Clarita. It was around Halloween and I saw ads for the festively decorated donuts. However when I went in to order at about 10 am on a Saturday they didn't have a very good selection. Not just of the holiday doughnuts, but of any regular donuts too. I got 2 holiday donut selections which were just colored frosting and sprinkles and then some fancy Oreo ones which was only because they hardly had traditional donuts ready to buy. Things like old fashioned, twists, maple bars, were light to none. My dozen assortment wasn't very assorted. The donut shop was clean and tidy. Service was friendly but selection was lacking. Dunkin doesn't have the greatest donuts (humble opinion and compared to Krispy) but I usually come for the coffee. And the coffee is great! Free add ins for flavors (yay!) nice size portions and tasty breakfast sandwiches. This location is not bad but no drive-thru. The staff was awesome and friendly! They got our orders done quickly and correctly and all with a smile so I was happy. The interior is not huge but adequate and there is outdoor seating as well. I am very glad they added one closer to Valencia since the other location was too far from me. I definitely plan to visit again and really am thankful to have them in the area! Also they have a great deal on coffee in the afternoons...not sure if it's a promo or all the time and the hours are specific but good enough incentive to come visit during those hours! read more

This locations is notorious for incredibly slow service and long lines even when there are few customers. Today, my wife left in tears after a confrontation with an employee after she had ordered donut holes and a dozen donuts online (yesterday for this morning pickup) for a pet adoption event in Valencia where she was is a volunteer and out of her own pocket for potential adopters of said pets. Her order had been taken by someone else and when she asked why that happened things escalated and she was accused of being threatening and aggressive and a customer called her a bitch 3x when the employee would not take any responsibility for what happened and said "we're just two people here" and said she was at fault for not understanding and disrespecting them!?! She was only wanting what she ordered and told she could come back later and get a refund; but she would have to bring the original card with her since she prepaid. The employees would do nothing to help and berated her in front of other customers and one employee started to cry...this is unbelievable to me. I was on the phone listening to this and she never raised her voice and was only asking why and what they could do and then she ends up being threatened. She's worked in customer service too in her earlier years and respects servers and those who work in the restaurant industry like few others do and when I called the location to voice my complaints I was told she should apologize to them and they weren't responsible for what happened! He also said they would do nothing to make up for this and again told me she should apologize to them?!? He also told me I was being rude for defending her and asking for some restitution. This is why the world is the way it is and why people feel like they are guilty and those who do harm (no matter how small or large) are above the law. As I walk into Duncan Donuts on Bouquet Canyon, I noticed a tun of trash under my feet as I was walking in. As I got to the register, I could hear a manager or leader with a big tattoo on her neck, yelling at two young employees. I was so embarrassed for them. I felt so bad, they looked like they wanted to cry. This manager was mean to them and rude to me. She was very unprofessional and very belittling to her staff. I myself is a manager at Starbucks, I would never treat anyone as poorly as this woman did. My coffee ended up being the wrong order and the donuts felt stale! If you see this manager with a tattoo on her neck, stay clear as she looks like she will hurt you!! If any employees there want to work for an exceptional company, please come join our team. I'm not fond of writing poor reviews, but when it's bad enough, you need to warn people. These donuts are overpriced and stale. I had a half dozen delivered with a latte and a refresher. The coffee, the donuts, AND the refresher were all insanely disappointing. Both the coffee and the donuts tasted old. The latte was cold. The refresher was essentially iced fructose. You could see it swirling around in the cup. I was staying with my mother and got this stuff delivered to surprise her before she woke up. I was really disappointed not only that I didn't get a decent donut, but that my surprise for my mom was a bust. All of this was in the morning, when you'd expect things to be the most fresh.
