Mini apple fritter
Tina O.

Stopped by around 11:30am on a Saturday. While they did just make some glazed and sugar donuts, there were not many other choices available, as the early birds got there first. This is a very small donut shop in a corner strip mall with plenty of parking on a Saturday. They have a glass case about 3 sections wide. I had heard about their mini Apple fritters and they had one left with my name on it. Actually, I got it for my husband. Apple fritters are his favorite and he prefers a smaller one. I enjoyed a Buttermilk bar which was delicious. It was large so enough to have later. The clerk was very friendly and the coffee fresh. They have a small sign on the counter that says they prefer cash. No problem there. We don't get donuts often, but the next time we are up for an early donut run we will see what other selection is available.

They have mini apple fritters!! Best donuts I've had in a long long time ! Great customer service. Super friendly.

Best doughnuts in town

Best doughnuts in town by far, have been looking for awhile now and spud nuts does it right

Glaze donut? Where is the glaze on it?

Ambiance and service is good, nice employees/owner, just the donuts are ok. Got a glaze donut where is the glaze on there? Last minute place for donuts would work.

Maple French Cruller tasted decent.

Dropped by this particular donut shop one day after spotting them. Was hoping they would be good as the other Spudnuts shop I had tried. Upon entering the store, I was greeted by the staff member who was sitting and reading. The shop was unkempt and disorganized. There was about two trays of donuts left in their display cases. The presentation of the donuts was not impressive. Everything looked like it was just dropped there and was not appealing at all. Because of the appearance, I only purchased one donut. I chose their Maple French Cruller. It tasted decent, but nothing worth coming back for. Bottom line, this experience was not a good first impression. Too bad because they are supposed to be "The upper crust of the donut world!"

These guys have moved down the street into a much smaller location: 26803 Seco Canyon Rd

I have been to the former location across the way on Bouquet Canyon before and loved my experience. Newer location is smaller inside. Great tasting donuts and nice people. However today was my first time at the new location on Seco Canyon and I was a little disappointed. The donuts taste awesome. They make theirs light and fluffy unlike the average donut shop which is more cakey. Most of the donuts are much larger in size than other donut shops too, so dunking in your coffee will be a challenge - haha. I lost one star for the poor selection. Not sure if it was just this morning - 7:30 on a Friday, or what but there were only the basic donut variety out. Not many variations on frosted sprinkles like you would expect, especially the day before Halloween. I was looking for some festive orange and chocolate treats. Another note was the lack of muffins. They literally had 3 muffins out. 3 chocolate chip muffins total!!! No other flavors. I asked if they had any more and they said no - not for today. Again it was 7:30am on a Friday. Hmm so yea I left a little disappointed. Great tasting donuts but light selection, at least for today.

Spudnuts is still our favorite donut shop!! Got our usual order that I get on late start Wednesdays. Regular donuts are $1.00 ea. Why would you go get less tasty donuts that cost more?? Dunkin charges $1.29 for regular donuts and $1.89 for a tiny apple fritter that only had the apple in the glaze on top, not in the fritter like Spudnuts, which is TWICE the size and costs $1.80! I tried Dunkin for the 1st time on Monday....I won't be going back. The jelly filled donut cost less but my daughter said it was gross! She loves Spudnuts raspberry filled and my son likes the Boston creme filled...which again are both bigger than Dunkin versions! #spudnutsarethebestdonuts

The donuts at Spudnuts were really good. They were also big, which is a plus. The price wasn't bad either! A definite must try!!

Great doughnuts. Best I've eaten in Santa Clarita Valley. Might be the potato flour used that changes the texture just a bit.

Every single time, our order has been ready quickly and made accurately. It makes mornings feel easy and stress-free. I usually go for the $6 meal deal (which is such a great value), or I'll grab Munchkins if I'm in the mood for something sweet and shareable. Everything is always fresh and exactly how we ordered it. Even when it's a little busy, the system feels organized and efficient. We're in and out without hassle, which we really appreciate. Overall, this location has been consistent, fast, and reliable for us. A quick coffee run that always hits the spot and another simple stop that turns into a little highlight in our day.

I noticed they had a glazed blueberry donut. I have not seen any other donut shop in Santa Clarita that carries this flavor donut. I didn't get a chance to eat it until this morning, 02-14-2026. It was still fresh tasting, and delicious. It looked like the cake part of the donut had the blueberry in the batter as it was lightly colored and it had just the right amount of blueberry taste. The glaze was lightly sprinkled and did not taste sugary. It was delightful! I asked if this was a staple for this location and the Staff person said yes. I will definitely keep coming back for this donut.

Dunkin' - Coffee is not even full. It's all foam. Even 7-11 has better coffee. Not worth my dime.

It's nothing fancy, just a few counters and old decor, like it's been around forever...which it has. Who cares what it looks like? Those counters are filled with a large assortment of the biggest and most beautiful donuts in the valley. The fritters and cinnamon rolls are the size of a plate. Do you want your cinnamon roll with icing or crumble topping? No problem, they have them. Buttermilk donuts and old-fashions? Choose chocolate, vanilla, maple, glazed or plain. All delicious. By the way...compared to other shops in town, they are a bargain, too. Probably the least expensive shop but delivering large, high-quality donuts baked on site. Service isn't overwhelmingly friendly, but it is prompt. Not worth ditching a star for, but smiley faces are better than not. Personally, I'm not going there to be friends, I'm there for the donuts and coffee, but a smile for everyone would definitely help. Strongly suggest this shop for donuts!

The new owner has ruined what used to be a great donut store…read more I'd drive 45 minutes to buy donuts there because I haven't been able to find a better donut shop in southern California. But yesterday, I made the 45 minute trip for the last time. The donuts used to be big, they had a lot of frosting on them, and they had this amazing donut that was glazed and then dipped in either chocolate or maple that were outstanding. Unfortunately, the owner retired and sold the donut shop to her nephew and he's ruined the business. Now they're just like every other donut shop. The donuts are smaller, they're very greasy, they now only have a small amount of frosting on the donuts, and he decided to no long offer the glazed donuts dipped in chocolate or maple. I also think he changed the Fritters donut recipe because they no longer taste as great as the recipe they had before. Their donuts have always been expensive, but it was worth it because the donuts were so amazing. Now they're still expensive but it's not worth it because the donuts are just like the crap donuts at every other donut shop, and so I won't be back.

Conveniently located in a large plaza with Target, it's a great place to enjoy a fresh treat before or after shopping. We find their breads and pastries delicious. We have not yet tried one that we didn't like. The cakes are ok -- they're not overly sweet but I personally find them dry. However, one will certainly do if you're in a pinch for a quick birthday cake that can be personalized. Drinks are always great. We especially enjoy the seasonal offerings. Today's drinks were the Mango Green Tea and Strawberry Banana Smoothie. We also picked up a Mochi Egg Tart 2-pack to share. I have to remove a star for repeating issues with mobile orders. My order is often not ready when I arrive, at the designated time. This happened again today. I had to ask a team member about my order, who then checked for it in their system, then told me it will be out in a couple minutes. This gets frustrating during busy times.
