Chocolate French Cruller. 4 stars
PatrickJ T.

Who loves donuts? I do!! So when I spotted Luv'n Donuts in Santa Clarita, I knew that I had to try them. This local shop was busy that Saturday morning with several patrons ahead of me. Did not have to wait too long. Service was quick and friendly! Got two of my favorite donuts. A Chocolate French Cruller and a Boston Creme donut. Not all donut shops make French crullers so I was happy to see they had some. Their version was spot on, and I was pleased with it. The Boston Creme donut was above average delicious with a good ratio of custard to dough which is always important to me because I hate it when there is not enough custard inside. Pretty much a guarantee that I will be returning whenever I'm in the neighborhood craving donuts.

Super local shop filled with amazing donuts and pastries! Giant fluffy croissants are definitely on my must-try list for next time! Took home just one little cake donut and it was super light and delicious. There are breakfast sandwiches and drinks available for purchase as well.

Cashier was very nice and polite. But I came at the end of the day. So the doughnuts were not not going to be very fresh which is understandable but the reason for my three star is because I like to go to this type of doughnut shops for my Thai ice tea. And it was the most blandest of Thai ice tea maybe too much milk? Not terrible but just not what I am used too.

The good: They have outdoor seating! I got 2 crullers and 2 turkey croissant sandwiches (for around $5-6 each). Crullers have that twisted pattern and are a little more stretchy and chewy than the regular raised yeast donut. My husband husband and I both don't prefer them but they're a fun "twist" on a donut. The croissant sandwich tasted great. The croissant itself was huge! It was the largest croissant sandwich I've ever had. I liked how all of the ingredients inside were pressed and not loosely stacked (which makes for it to fall apart easily). It looked as though the sandwich may have been put into a sandwich press. I liked how flaky and toasted the croissant was. It came with tomato, lettuce, pickle, mayo and mustard. They also sell some cake slices and a variety of bottled drinks like tea and juices. They also have some bagels. The service was quick. The bad: I wanted a milk tea smoothie or liquid drink but they were out of it. The donut varieties were mostly basic and expected. I think the pumpkin donut was the biggest "unique" donut. I didn't see sugared donuts when I came today but perhaps they ran out. The interesting: They have two doors but you must go through the door that is closer toward T-Mobile.

yummy!!!

Great donuts and reasonable prices. They were open early, so I was able to get a dozen donuts to take to my work event.

Every single time, our order has been ready quickly and made accurately. It makes mornings feel easy and stress-free. I usually go for the $6 meal deal (which is such a great value), or I'll grab Munchkins if I'm in the mood for something sweet and shareable. Everything is always fresh and exactly how we ordered it. Even when it's a little busy, the system feels organized and efficient. We're in and out without hassle, which we really appreciate. Overall, this location has been consistent, fast, and reliable for us. A quick coffee run that always hits the spot and another simple stop that turns into a little highlight in our day.

I noticed they had a glazed blueberry donut. I have not seen any other donut shop in Santa Clarita that carries this flavor donut. I didn't get a chance to eat it until this morning, 02-14-2026. It was still fresh tasting, and delicious. It looked like the cake part of the donut had the blueberry in the batter as it was lightly colored and it had just the right amount of blueberry taste. The glaze was lightly sprinkled and did not taste sugary. It was delightful! I asked if this was a staple for this location and the Staff person said yes. I will definitely keep coming back for this donut.

Dunkin' - Coffee is not even full. It's all foam. Even 7-11 has better coffee. Not worth my dime.

The new owner has ruined what used to be a great donut store…read more I'd drive 45 minutes to buy donuts there because I haven't been able to find a better donut shop in southern California. But yesterday, I made the 45 minute trip for the last time. The donuts used to be big, they had a lot of frosting on them, and they had this amazing donut that was glazed and then dipped in either chocolate or maple that were outstanding. Unfortunately, the owner retired and sold the donut shop to her nephew and he's ruined the business. Now they're just like every other donut shop. The donuts are smaller, they're very greasy, they now only have a small amount of frosting on the donuts, and he decided to no long offer the glazed donuts dipped in chocolate or maple. I also think he changed the Fritters donut recipe because they no longer taste as great as the recipe they had before. Their donuts have always been expensive, but it was worth it because the donuts were so amazing. Now they're still expensive but it's not worth it because the donuts are just like the crap donuts at every other donut shop, and so I won't be back.

It's nothing fancy, just a few counters and old decor, like it's been around forever...which it has. Who cares what it looks like? Those counters are filled with a large assortment of the biggest and most beautiful donuts in the valley. The fritters and cinnamon rolls are the size of a plate. Do you want your cinnamon roll with icing or crumble topping? No problem, they have them. Buttermilk donuts and old-fashions? Choose chocolate, vanilla, maple, glazed or plain. All delicious. By the way...compared to other shops in town, they are a bargain, too. Probably the least expensive shop but delivering large, high-quality donuts baked on site. Service isn't overwhelmingly friendly, but it is prompt. Not worth ditching a star for, but smiley faces are better than not. Personally, I'm not going there to be friends, I'm there for the donuts and coffee, but a smile for everyone would definitely help. Strongly suggest this shop for donuts!

Conveniently located in a large plaza with Target, it's a great place to enjoy a fresh treat before or after shopping. We find their breads and pastries delicious. We have not yet tried one that we didn't like. The cakes are ok -- they're not overly sweet but I personally find them dry. However, one will certainly do if you're in a pinch for a quick birthday cake that can be personalized. Drinks are always great. We especially enjoy the seasonal offerings. Today's drinks were the Mango Green Tea and Strawberry Banana Smoothie. We also picked up a Mochi Egg Tart 2-pack to share. I have to remove a star for repeating issues with mobile orders. My order is often not ready when I arrive, at the designated time. This happened again today. I had to ask a team member about my order, who then checked for it in their system, then told me it will be out in a couple minutes. This gets frustrating during busy times. Our visits are typically in the late afternoons/early evenings. Pastry selections get quite scarce a couple hours before closing. The seating outside is dirty and sticky. I saw a recent review somebody saying they don't open until 11 - maybe they reviewed the wrong place - I stopped by yesterday for some treats and they were open - hours start at the crack of dawn That being said the owners deserve time off and because it's a small business - sometimes hours might change and they might be closed. - call and check! If there is something you really want - call ahead. The nature of the business is to sell everything. Because it's an independent small place - overbaking would lead to waste - food and money wise I always figure if they don't have what I thought I wanted - it wasn't meant to be and gives me an opportunity to try something new So grateful for the tasty treats they provide

Stevenson Bakery is a classic mom-and-pop bakery with a cozy, no-frills atmosphere that feels welcoming and local. They open super early in the morning and close at 1 PM, so timing matters. When my husband first stopped by to grab blueberry scones I'd been craving, they were already sold out. The owner was very kind and suggested calling ahead to place an order on hold since the scones can sell out quickly. When we did get them, we ordered a dozen blueberry scones, and they even added donut holes to the box, a really thoughtful touch. The scones are excellent: warm, slightly sweet, with the perfect crunch on the outside and juicy, fresh blueberries inside. I'm in the San Gabriel Valley, and these are absolutely worth the drive (minus 1 star for the long drive). The muffins were a bit too sweet for my taste, so I'd skip those and stick with the scones. Warm them in the oven for a few minutes and pair with a glass of milk!
