I didn't get any of their names, but two gentlemen and one young lady served us. The employees were friendly, but not overly talkative which was fine. They all did a really nice job on our nails. The location is nicely decorated and clean. You could tell that they take cleanliness seriously as they took the proper precautions when it came to the pedicure areas and nail instruments. Most of the employees weren't wearing masks though. It costs about $45 for a basic manicure and pedicure which is very reasonable. We were in and out in about an hour. I had a mani/pedi, my sister had a pedicure/eye brow wax and my mom had a pedicure. The total bill cost about $120 minus the tip. I think we tipped each employee $10. Overall, we were very pleased with our visit and would most definitely return.

I ain't got time to come back every other week to do my nail 2. I do a lot of house chores and wash dishes and everything else in between, I need it to last long and not chip! Bottom line, only have your nail done by BiBi and try their nail polish to see if it wears off easily on you or not. If you are looking for friendly and bubbly nail techs, this is not it. They are very direct, take their time, and for the most part, do excellent work.

This was my first time getting acrylics from a professional place. Sonia squeezed me in right before closing and did an AMAZING job! She completely made my day!! The owner of this shop does a fabulous job with gels. Her work is careful, clean, and very well done--after more than two weeks my nails were still fully intact, no chipping and no peeling. And while she worked on my nails, she was also very careful with the clippers. I wasn't sore or tender as I have been at other shops. I love the look, too: nicely shaped and consistent length. I definitely want to warn others, however, to please inform your manicurists whenever your nail beds feel like they are burning or if they are filing so close to your cuticles. Because their technique is dry, my manicurist filed with a drill and used scissors way too far into my cuticles that I was bleeding on my pointer and my third finger on both my hands afterwards. It did hurt, but to be polite I did not mention until after. She did my pedicure and my toes feel much better than my fingers do after I informed her. However, I have been diligent about applying ointment to my nails as all my nails on my hands have felt very raw and uncomfortable since and I have visible cuts on select fingers to treat. Although I will try again at some point since the resulting look was ideal, I would hesitate on this service for more sensitive hands. Just want to warn others from a health perspective to be aware against potential infection!

Not that it is necessary, but the staff really made no attempt to have a conversation at all. I'm OK with it, but they could have come across a little friendlier. Randy did my acrylics and was super quick but still very precise -- you can tell he knows what he's doing. I wish I got the name of the woman who did my pedicure because she was AMAZING. The herbal pedi was honestly one of the best I've had. It included hot stones, paraffin wax, and even this candle wax they melt and rub into your skin throughout the process -- it felt sooo good and left my skin super soft. The massage chair is a whole experience on its own (it even massages your bottom ), and the overall vibe of the salon is very peaceful and relaxing. They also have a huge selection of colors to choose from, which I love. Prices were very reasonable, and they offered bottled water which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend calling ahead since they seem to work mostly by appointment. Overall, 10/10 -- I'll definitely be back!

She did it so carefully and beautifully. Making the appointment was easy and the whole experience is wonderful. All the staffs were very nice and pay attention to details. I feel welcomed and taken care of the whole time. Highly recommended.
