We took our 3 year old granddaughter to play. She had fun. I would have been better for her if there were more children there when we went. Grandpa and I climbed along with her. Generally it was pretty clean. But we did feel it could be better organized. 1: several of the hand sanitizers were empty. 2: there were no sandals for use by children in the bathrooms. 3: there should have been at least 1 child size toilet in each bathroom. 4: there should have been more balls in the ball pit areas The food area was clean. The counter girl was friendly. The selections and prices were reasonable. Adults can purchase alcohol. I am sure we will be back.

We were excited to try out this indoor playground. There were a lot of activities inside, including a bounce house, slides, an arcade, and a little play area for toddlers. There was also a food court that served food (pizza, dip, and dots, etc.), had a TV, and seemed like a nice rest area for parents. We went on a Sunday afternoon, and it was a bit crowded as there was a party party happening at the same time. They also have party rooms available to rent as well. Check-in was easy, we had to sign the waiver using the kiosks along the wall and pay entry fee. One thing to note is that they do want you to use their socks. We arrived with our own grippy socks but they wanted us to buy their own socks. Overall, both my kids had fun even though they are both at different developmental stages (5 and 1 years old).

Great place to let your toddler explore and get that energy rolling. There were kids of all ages, including crawlers. This place is a little tight overall as it has food (pizza) in one corner, arcade games in one, birthday party space in the right, in the middle all that you can slide and climb king of zone. Some spots are under utilized as a lot of parents are just sitting there so kids don't usually see the section like the one in the middle. The staff needs a bit more energy and smiles on their face otherwise all good. We signed the waiver before we got there but no one checked so that was off compared to Peeka boo factory where they make sure you sign it before selling their socks. It has way too many things going on but definitely a good space for a birthday party to keep all kids entertained. Some rules are not followed here but if they could enforce the "do not climb up the slide" that would be great as it blocks the play and kids get confused mid-way which may cause injuries. My kid (2 yr old) wanted to slide down but there were 2 other kids climbing up the slide and their parents were just watching them to do that.. it would be nice to have a staff look and stop such things.

This is one of the best kid play places I been to. The staff is friendly, the setup is nice and clean! I like that everyone has to wear their socks makes it even more clean. They even have slippers by the bathroom. Nice cafeteria area with adult drinks! The food was good too. Cute toddler area and you don't have to worry about bigger kids jumping around in there because it's secluded to the side. My daughter loved this place, and so did I!

Lunch break (fast-food fries and corndogs) - such a treat since they always eat so healthy!

The kids loved playing here. Although they do not answer the phone, you can get their updates like open timeframes via Yelp or their website, and you can reach out by sending them an email with questions you might have. The kids played nonstop for 2-3 hours. They had a lunch break and tried Luv2Play's fries and corndogs, which they destroyed because they were putting off so much energy from play (yay!!!). The reviews said the food is bad, but we tasted it, and it was just normal fries and corndogs as if you were to order at Costco or the fair, lol - please don't expect the food to some organic Whole Foods warm foods section! It was rainy and cold outside, so Luv2Play came to the rescue - kids enjoyed it the whole time, they had lunch, and had a restful nap on the ride back home.

Under 4 years old area

Pro: the place is great for 1.5-12 years old. If your kid can walk and climb they will have fun. Con: However, I don't like the fact that there are many arcades in the under 4-year-old area. Whoever did the layout didn't think about this. Why not just have all the arcades near the food area? They should have two bounce areas. Kind of unsafe for kids under 4 bouncing with older kids. Also, the play structure and various moving toys are sort of clean but could be better. Lastly, it is very annoying having to buy their sock when our socks are the same but without their logo. Overall, the place is okay. Might bring the kiddo back if it is raining.

They have added black pepper on my recent cheese pizza order. When asked, they said it is the sauce. Who put pepper on a cheese pizza knowing that it might be served to the kids. It was even spicy to my taste bud, what more to a kid. I then ordered the chicken nuggets as the kids need to eat something and upgraded it to a meal that comes with a side of fries and a cup of soda. Guess what?? All the fountain drink, both soda and the peak tea machine are out of order. I basically just paid for a plastic cup with no drink as it is $4.49 for a meal upgrade.

Hi! no outside food is allowed.

How do you keep a place like this clean? I always wonder about the ball pit? Thanks :)

Hi Amna! We remove all balls out of the pit every Sunday unless there is an accident before hand. Clean balls are swapped out from the previous week. Balls are washed in disinfectant. We deep clean entire facility 1 per week also.

What other food do they have there? Post pictures of the food menu please. :)

They put up the banners and did the tablecloths, which I was not expecting but very impressed. All our guests loved the place and had an amazing time. We had some slightly older siblings that also seemed to be enjoying everything also. We did the 2 hour party but I wish we did the private party for longer. There was a random kid that wandered into the party area and also an elderly woman and a baby that was not part of our party. They have a cart for the presents, but I would suggest offering a cart to bring in the decor & cake as we had to make a few trips. We had such a great time at the venue, perhaps we can repeat for next year!

Other reviews are spot on, though. The lines can get long, it feels overcrowded pretty quickly, and the staff doesn't seem particularly engaged (at all). None of that is ideal, but honestly, I can look past those things. My biggest concern is the age range. During our visit this morning, there were several older kids (around 10-12 years old) tearing through the play areas, running up slides clearly marked not to do so, and pushing past both adults and younger children. I watched two babies get knocked over, tears and all. While I believe parents should absolutely manage their kids' behavior, the age gap itself feels like the core issue. Having toddlers and babies in the same play area doesn't feel safe. I understand the challenge: families with younger kids and older siblings want a place everyone can enjoy, and birthday parties often include mixed ages. But the reality is that older kids are naturally more rambunctious, and there's nothing wrong with that. This space just isn't designed for them. Ultimately, it feels like an accident waiting to happen. Great concept and a hit with younger kids, but the lack of age separation makes it hard to feel fully comfortable from a safety standpoint.

The set up inside has a small area for little kids (like 6 months - 2 years). The rest is like a little kid ninja warrior set up. Of course my kid was the one who busted his lip but the staff gave me a baggie of ice. They are pretty strict about leaving on time since they have back to back parties on weekends.

Please don't come for my Millennial self ) The building is tucked behind the entrance of Hong Kong BBQ on Redwood Road, near where Southern Comfort is on Castro Valley Blvd. From the outside, it looks pretty run-down and sketchy. There's also no elevator, so you'll need to carry your little one up a flight of stairs. Keep this in mind if you're planning a party, especially if anyone in your group has ADA concerns. Entrance is $16 per child for a maximum of 2 hours, and honestly, two hours is more than enough. The space itself is small but perfect for little kids. It feels like they're exploring their own tiny town with all the pretend-play stations: an ice cream truck, spaceship, chef's kitchen, grocery store, laundromat, pet store/groomer, and pizza parlor. They do have a small reading area, but there are little to no books. The play area is padded, which is great for crawling children. I wasn't totally sure how often things are sanitized. There's a basket for toys that need extra cleaning, which made me wonder how frequently everything is actually wiped down if we're asked to set items aside ourselves. Party space is limited to the entrance/hardwood area. I was told the max is 20 adults and about 15 children, but I honestly can't imagine everyone fitting comfortably in that small space. Overall, it's a great spot for my kid to run around and get her wiggles out. She really enjoyed it and that's what matters most.

I've been following Teeny Town on Instagram for a while, but we just had an opportunity to visit on a random Thursday morning. Teeny Town's online reservation and waiver signing process is straightforward and you get an instant email confirmation. It was $12 for 2-hours of weekday play which is an absolute steal. I found there to be ample free parking at Teeny Town. Checking in was a breeze and when I noted that it was our first time, the person at the front desk gave us a brief rundown and, in a first when it comes to indoor play centers, I was told that if my daughter put something in her mouth, to just make sure to deposit it. As a mom, I appreciate that they maintain that standard of cleanliness. I like the configuration of the space with a wide, flat open area with a faux road running through the middle. My little one had a ball taking various cars and other ride-on toys town the runway and also running around freely. There are also portions of the space where kids can climb and also enjoy using their imagination - a restaurant, grocery, medical clinic, two houses (one with construction themed toys and one with laundry themed toys), a barber chair and nook with books. Another highlight was a slide and ball pit that my daughter absolutely loved. There are spaces for parents to sit and watch their kids both at the front entrance area and toward the ball pit. I like that you could probably sit in either place and get a good enough view of the entire space and where your child is. Overall, we were really happy with our visit and I wish this business lot of ongoing success and possibly even an expansion.
