This was our first time here. Right off the bat didn't cause a very good impression. With so many signs posted and the Halloween decorations it was just too much. We went to the left side as we entered to fill out the waiver form. The waiver form only lets you fill out for one adult and one child. Any additional you have to fill out more forms. We proceeded to remove our shoes, kept our socks on. Place them in the open cubbies- which they aren't responsible for any stolen items. As busy as it was wouldn't be surprised. And after overhearing two other parents from different birthdays questioning about a gift missing. That makes you rethink why in the world you came to this place in the first place. There was a table with gifts and a huge box by the entrance. Many groups of people coming in and out from the buzz door which was not attended. (Should also mention there was only two employees at the front desk) We then got in line. Again with may signs all over the place. We got in the wrong. There was two families in front of us. One family was already being helped by two employees, (the family seemed like they were frustrated). When one of the employees was done, they called the next person in line. The other family decided to wait their turn because they wanted a specific employee to help them. They let us go ahead of them. (Looking back, I understand why now.) No staff had name tags. The employee that helped us was Evie/Ivy,(taking a guess at the spelling), she asked if we it was our first time there & if we completed the waiver form. Asked for names and phone number. Since my husband didn't tell me that he didn't add me to the waiver form he filled out, I had to fill one out. Returned back to the line. We proceeded to make payment. The employee started to tells us the total for payment & what was included. She said X amount for the child and the socks. We said we have our our grip socks and showed her the socks my child was wearing. She then started to get an attitude because I question why our personal socks can't be used. She then said it has to do with the liability issue. Everyone needed to wear their specific logo socks. I asked why we have to paid for my child's socks but they are ok with adults wearing their own personal socks. She said they just ran out of adult socks. After we paid she said her manager was in and I can talk to her. I told her she will hear from me in my review. I said no, we paid & got over it because we had a long wait, the process was already taking long. We had to be buzz in to enter. No one was at the buzzing door to take temperature even though they had a sign and to wait for employee. No one was there. We were just buzz in from the front desk. While my husband went with our child into the Lego section. I sat in the counter type bar stools they have at the entrance since all the other seats in the front were already filled up. I sat to re-read the waiver form that was emailed to me. In the form & no where on the wall was it stated that one has to absolutely wear and buy only their logo socks. (I will make a my formal complains to the city and state) If that was the cause all the other play structure places around the county and in the state would have to fully comply, with this must. In the two hours we spent there not once did we see an employee walking around checking on any of the play structures nor did we see anyone perform any kind of sanitizing. The only thing we saw towards the end was the manager doing a super quick vacuum of an area and her office. That was it. There was a sign in the toddler section of when the ball pit was last sanitized & guess what it had no date. We didn't use the restrooms there. They do have slippers that everyone can share to go into the restrooms. That just isn't gonna fly with me. The food & beverages pricing are reasonable. We did not buy anything from their cafe or vending machines. We did buy an additional card after you enter into the play area to use for the arcade games. Which start at $5 and up. Did my child have fun? Yes, all kids have fun anywhere. They had a form, "Tell us how we are doing" by the computers when filling out the waiver. With no box to put it in after. I moved it next to exit and entrance door. I hope this place makes changes and trains their whole staff more efficiently & with better attitude. I went yo your business today hoping to have a good time with my family. Unfortunately by the time I got there, the wifi was gone and you couldn't accommodate new guests. Even though the situation was out of the hands off your employees, Judy was particularly rude about it. We were inside the location and she seemed untouched by the situation, not empathizing at all with the parents and the very sad children. One family left clearly upset. In the end we had to leave because we couldn't pay since the internet was gone. Employees should be more invested in their job and try to help the customers. Great place to let the kids run free and have a ton of fun. Parents can also join in the action. My daughter loves this place and gets so excited when we arrive. Check in is pretty easy and I recommend completing their online waivers prior to arriving to cut down the registration time and get the kids playing quicker. They discriminate based on medical status and require showing papers. There is no scientific basis for their requirement. It is purely discriminatory and disturbing. Also, it's a perfect place for someone to snatch and kidnap your child. When we went someone could have easily grabbed my child and went out the glass doors next to the cafe. It was hard to see my kids in the play structure (and sometimes they would run over to the other room without me seeing as the play structure is hard to see them as I said) so was constantly trying to make sure they were in there and someone didn't grab them and head out the doors. read more

Where do i even begin? I LOVE LUV 2 PLAY! We celebrated our daughter's 2nd birthday at this amazing indoor playground & I honestly have no complaints. Since day 1, Racquel had followed through with all my requests for my baby's party, ensured all went well & was super transparent on what to expect. We opted for the Private Party that was basically shut down to the public so our party was the only one having fun for a whole 2 hours!! I didn't have to prep much, as The Luv 2 Play team already had a lot of decorations & themes to choose from! We only brought in extra table covers, balloons etc just to hella extra but over all, I didn't even have to lift a finger! The day of the party, Racquel and her team took such good care of us! I mean it when I said the only lifting I had to do, was my daughter back onto the slide because i got to play with her! As a parent, we mostly handle the party room, and ensure every gets to eat and what not, but there was always someone from the Luv 2 Play team serving the pizzas, and making all our party guests comfortable. I dealt with Racquel when setting up the party and she was super helpful and organized. They took care of everything and made it super easy. So I was in charge of throwing my nephews birthday and this place is such a gem! Where has this place been? Hands down the easiest and funniest place to throw a kid's birthday. It was even fun for the adults, they served beer and good food. I think I ordered one of everything. They even had big screens so we can watch the games. Raquel (the party host) was amazing from start to finish (she even followed up days after). The process was super easy and convenient. Not to mention, this place is CLEAN. All of our previous celebrations have been parties at the household and after this experience, we have decided that having parties at places like this are the way to go! We took our 4 yr old opening day. The line was long and it took about 30 minutes to get to the front. Filling in the waiver was an ok process; Not difficult if you follow the form. Once we got in my child was exctatic! She was so happy and overwhelmed she didn't know what to do first. This place has an area for children of all ages. Its a great place to bring any child. They can get some physical activity in or play on the arcade games. We opted for the soft rubber building blocks when a break was needed. The larger play area had at least 4 slides plenty of obstacles, ball pits, zip line, swing, and the list goes on. We decided to order a pizza and were pleasantly surprised at the taste and quality. They serve soft drinks, and beer as drinks. Their food menu is something we'll have to continue to taste. Overall this place was worth the wait. We'll have to consider a membership next time we come back. read more

This a brand new facility for children younger and older to play until they drop. Everything is really cute and well thought out. I love all the areas for smaller children and older. There is an activity to satisfy any child's desire really. The owners really did a great job. Yes was there some hiccups in the process, of course. You must understand that they are new and have been barely open for a couple of days. Be patient and kind with the reviews fellow parents. Complaining about long lines on grand opening day is not it. This place was nice for children, but the customer service was horrible. They have younger kids working there which normally wouldn't be a problem, but they are rude and unprofessional. I've been there two time with my nephew and both times I've had rude encounters with the staff. The first time we went there no one informed us that we had to wear there brand of socks, just grip socks. Instead of letting us know nicely a girl who worked there was so unprofessional and rude!!! When we let her know we weren't aware and that we would purchase them she visibly was annoyed and went to talk about us to her other coworker. She was visibly pointing and laughing at us. This is not the first time this particular person was rude. If you ever encounter these workers there names are Nicole and Mikayla. Other than that the other staff members we super nice and helpful. Really sad they have these kid ruining a good business. read more

Overall the place was extremely fun for the children but I'm big on customer service and the ATTITUDES AT THE FRONT DESK WERE VERY UGLY AND NON APPROACHABLE if you are greeting children for a party and their parents, you should have a smile on your face and be extremely polite. I don't know if it's because our skin was too dark, but we haven't seen not one smile & lip turned up when having a conversation, it's kinda scary because at that point I felt like it wasn't a safe place for my children to run around and have fun, although the guy that hosted our party inside the birthday room was super nice he made our time worth it but the front desk alone was not a great experience read more

I took my 2.5 year old son here for the first time today and he had a blast! The play area is open so you can see the majority of the play areas from one spot, and there are separate sections for babies/new walkers, toddlers under 4 and then a general play area. We had our kids birthday party here, wanted to try a new place. We had the most terrible experience. They had a private event at 5PM so we were allotted the part room from 3:15 to 4:15, at 3:15 no food was ready, after I got hold of one of the staff that's when they started preparing the food. We had ordered 3 vegetarian Pizza because we have some guests who were purely vegetarian, the veg pizza did not show up until 3:45 that took one pizza. They forgot about the other 2, when I reminded the manager she started arguing that there is only 1 pizza on the order , had to show the food order from email for them to prepare the rest. The staff try to be friendly but they don't know how to host parties, every step of the party was a disaster. When the guest came there was no one to direct them where to put the gifts, no boards or signs. The manager is very rude and has no idea what is going on. Half of my guests didn't eat as we were out of time. After such an experience they made sure I pay the gratuity of around 18%. We left in a hurry and forgot to pick our leftover food, I called these guys within 30 mins and they told me I can come and get it, my friend reaches there in another 15mins and they told him that they threw the food. Looks like the call actually goes to someone in Philippines not to the venue. They could have called me before "throwing" the food and it was a lot of food thanks to the terrible service time they had. I would never recommend this place to anyone, if you want your party to be hit or miss and what to deal with rude people and hustle with them then have the party there. Also I am leaving this review after a month just to see if someone has the courtesy of reaching out about the terrible experience we had. I did see some good reviews for party so not sure if these guys are racist. I would give them 0 stars but unfortunately Yelp doesn't allow that. read more

Today was my 1 year olds birthday 5/22/23. The service hours were from 11-5. However we decided to let my son nap before arriving. We only wanted him to play for a little bit. We arrived at 4:25 p.m. Before we reached the counter service attendant was already making dirty looks and adjusting her stance as if she was bothered that we came 30 minutes before closing. I asked how much the service would be for our group of 5. She then replied have you been here before I said no. She then stated well you cannot go back there until all of you fill out waivers very rudely. I ignored her because again it is my sons 1st birthday. After filling out the waivers she let us in. As we walked into the play area she states on the intercom that they will be closing in 30 minutes. As we began to introduce my son to the toddler area we noticed that the play area was dirty. There were several stains, dirty equipment, and dirty floor mats. Lastly my sister and her family of four wanted to join us. Knowing that it was near closing we knew that they could not enter the play area but they wanted to wait for us in the lobby area. I received a call from my sister saying that at 4:35 they were at the front door and the attendant refused to let them in and even went as far as telling a customer who was leaving the building to block the door too not to let my family in. I heard my sister becoming upset so I walked over with my son in hand. As I approached the lobby area I was told that my family could not join us in the play area but they could in the lobby area. The attendant continues to go back and forth with my sister. Overall the experience was terrible, I will never return and I'm glad my son was too little to remember this experience. Dublin needs to treat African Americans with more respect we are Humans and should be treated as such! What a waste of $28.00 and a waste of time!! read more

I brought my child to Luv 2 Play this past Friday and when I say I was amazed, I was AMAZED. The costumer service was wonderful, especially by Maya (she had red/orange hair). I had so many questions since this was my first time ever bringing my child to an indoor play ground and she was just helping me through every step. I was worried about coming because of some of the 1 star reviews (especially the one about Haley, f*cking b*tch, excuse my language). After 2 attempts to reach out the owner of Luv 2 play, via Facebook and Instagram and no response, I will leave my review here. March 15, 2023, between 1 pm to 3 pm I had a huge inconvenience with the manager of Luv 2 play Dublin. My son wanted to play basketball and I went to buy the card for him to play. I saw that the card purchase machine was not working and I went to ask for help. Who came to help me was the manager. After getting the machine working again, I started to buy the card. With the manager by my side, I chose the value of 20 dollars, but at the end of the purchase, I had the option to buy for another 5 dollars (130 points), which I chose, totaling 25 dollars. I finalized the card purchase, using the credit card since the machine was not accepting payment by Apple Pay. The machine gave me the option to print the payment receipt, but I preferred not to issue it because I didn't want more paper in my pocket. The machine again had a problem and did not issue the card. The manager asked to wait as she would fix it and give me the card. I walked away from the machine to go to my son and a few minutes later an attendant came with a $20 card that the manager asked her to issue based on what she thought I had paid and not what was on the system. I asked why 20 dollars if I had paid 25 dollars. She asked me if I had the receipt and I told her no as I didn't want paper. When I go to the machine to talk to the Manager who was fixing the machine, she asks me if I can prove that I put in 25 dollars, because she saw that I rejected the option of another 5 dollars, pointing to the machine where the place would be where I would have pressed the word NO on the machine screen. I said that she should check the system and give me the card for the amount I paid. She said that it would take a long time for her to verify and that I should prove to her that I made the payment in the amount of 25 dollars, rudely saying that it was not her obligation. I asked where the owner of the Luv 2 play was and he said he wasn't there. I told her that I would take my legal actions and that I would need the cameras for my defense, ironically she points to the top and says that there would be no problems, but that she would only give me the card if I proved the value of 25 dollars through my card statement. The card I used is in my name, but it's connected to my wife's account and I can't check it on my cell phone. I had to send a message to my wife who was in a work meeting, bothering her so I could get the card statement. After a few minutes my wife sent me the screenshot and it was worth 25 dollars. The manager asks the attendant to issue a card worth $25. At no point does the manager apologize for what happened, for the inconvenience caused, for the mistake she made of accusing me of not having made the additional $5 purchase and then trying to say that's not what she meant, for making me bother the my wife at an important work meeting and the machine does not issue a receipt, which is mandatory and she said it was not her problem. Unfortunately, a person with all these actions I don't think is qualified to perform the role of manager of an important place like Luv 2 play Dublin. I hope all of this gets sorted out by the owners of Luv 2 play and that some action is taken against this manager. read more

I recently did a party at Luv2Play Dublin and it was awesome. They helped us out from the beginning to the end. They assigned two helpers and they did such a great job with the decorations. We pretty much just had to show up and have a great time. The super awesome thing that they did was they gathered all of the presents we received and organized them in a trolly which I was able to easily load into my car. Great service! read more

Safe, clean, and a large play area for any children over 2 years of age. There are play areas for kids of every age not to mention arcade and games for teens/adults. They also have a food place and beer! I love that the admission is only for the kids and their stay is unlimited. Yes they charge a few bucks for socks but they are very good quality and perfect for the place. (Definitely worth more than a few bucks!) We plan to take our 2 year old son here often and even celebrate his bday or special occasion. read more

My daughter and I went to Luv2Play today and to my surprise the old staff was back! Per usual they remembered me, they were so warm and welcoming! Since it's October they had a little activity table with markers, chalk, glitters, stickers and everything you could possibly need to decorate a pumpkin! It was $5 for us since we are members and it was SO worth it!! My daughter had so much fun. They had a contest for the most creative pumpkin; we left our name at the bottom of the pumpkin and went home. 30 minutes later I got a call that she won and to come pick up her prize the next time we came in. Awesome place, I'm new in town, needed to get the kids out of the house. I found this place on Yelp, soon as I walked in the girl at the front desk greeted us with a smile, she was so friendly and helpful, I think her name was Ev sorry if I got the name wrong, but she is a Dublin local and even gave us some pointers on the best packages to save us the most amount of money based on how often we visit. Was impressed, it looked like she was trying to multitask, doing 5 things at the same time, all while checking us in must be the manager.
