Hi Kelly ! As a regular customer of the salon I am embarrassed to write here but I have just had a terrible experience and my skin has recovered and stopped itching so I wanted to let you know. My sister Sandra and I are very fond of you and the staff and service here but 3 weeks ago , my sister and I came in and I had a staff named Kim do my pedicure, I told her I didn't have much time so I only chose the basic pedicure and my skin is sensitive so I am very allergic to chemicals and the staff who did it for me after I chose the basic pedicure she was not happy and grumpy. She did the service quickly and put 2 chemicals on my shins and soaked my feet in water immediately and wiped it off quickly then massaged quickly and painted my toenails to finish the service. I was very surprised because this is not the working style of the professional workers from your shop that I have used the service before, and I do not need to spend 32$ for foot washing service instead of nail care service because I can wash my feet at home. After I got home, the skin on my feet was itchy and I had to see a doctor and apply anti-allergy medicine because of KIM's foot washing service. yesterday my family went to get pedicure after a long time back. everything was great when we came back and were arranged for three pedicure technicians. the pedicure technician for me was named KIM. the first steps were normal until the last steps she did not do the right time for my foot massage which was 15 minutes. when she looked at the other 2 technicians who were still massaging , she realized I was looking at her in surprise so she used a hot towel to put on my feet and caressed my feet but the time passed was still not right in the service package written. what a bad experience to come back here. hello owner. i want to let you know and thank you for your quick response. but first when i was asked which service package i chose i said it was the same as my family. and i noticed her steps were the same except the foot massage was shorter so i was surprised and have this review. and you also admitted that she finished my foot massage service 1 minute faster? so i will edit it and i will not delete this review because i did not pay to receive such poor service and attitude even for 1 minute. best regards New Update - I am reviewing the transaction and I see that I was charged for 2 pedicure services of yours which is 39$ each for me and my family and there is no 32$ as you said. On Friday afternoon, my family and I came here for a pedicure and we wanted a long massage to relax so I chose the package with a long foot massage as advised. Everything was going smoothly before a young lady addressed my manicurist in her own language, then all the steps of the massage were quickly skipped over and my pedicurist began to lose focus. and then she dragged her tools over to another customer as directed by the young lady (my guess) and then she turned around and started applying top coat polish to finish. And hurriedly left even though I asked you if there was any mistake when my whole family chose the same massage service package and the remaining 2 employees did it carefully and in the correct order while you shortened it. The time to massage my feet and paint my toenails was rushed, and the service ended quickly with the bill and passed me by to continue doing it for someone else. and I found out her name is Linda and I want an improvement in the service so I don't have to waste time and money to receive such a bad service. I asked the staff at the counter how to report this incident to the manager but this young lady didn't seem to understand English - so I'm writing here hoping to improve the service better and I won't. I would like to ask if anyone has experienced the same thing as me when experiencing the basic foot service package here? When the technician gave me the service package to choose from, I wanted to choose the basic service package because I didn't have much time and after hearing that I chose the basic package, the technician showed an attitude towards me and she seemed not to care about my feelings and existence, while working she kept talking and laughing in her language, possibly mocking the service package I chose and that I was an inferior person?
