I stopped in because I broke a nail and decided to get all my nails done. It was about 45 min till closing, and they took me right away, no wait. The nail tech was very quick and did a good job even though it felt like they were rushing to close. I know that people like to leave on time but I didn't like that they were cleaning in the area where customers were. They almost swept my feet twice. I also saw them wiping down stations but didn't see any cleaning products. I'll give 9/10 starts for my nail design, but Cleanliness I'd give 5/10 Service 5/10 read more

It's been a very long time since I've given my feet some attention so I decided on this salon today because it was conveniently located. The massage was nice however the pedicure itself was just mediocre. I could tell he was not experienced. My thing is checking the sides of my toes for ingrown toenails which I have an issue with. I was always told if they do not automatically do it then don't ask them to because they don't know how. He kept stressing the gel polish as they usually do (big sigh) but I'm not paying extra for a polish when I have been robbed of a great pedicure. I wouldn't return. read more

This is my 3rd review and I'm not pleased. I accepted the next available for my pedicure which was Henry. He was done in 17 minutes flat. He missed several steps in completing my pedicure, heels are still rough, toenails not trimmed, didn't ask either, and the acrylic that was added to left big toe didn't fully cover toenail. I think I'm done with Lush Nail Bar. I need to add photos to show all their faithful clients. I was Reffered to come here from a friend, was on town to get my daughter's hair done from Atlanta , so we came in here and got great fast sufficient service. I got a full set and pedicure, Andrew did great on my hands and Amber very sweet and gentle on my feet. My daughter got tips added to white dipping powder set on her hands and pedicure. Not sure of the names of whom serviced her but they took care of her . And kept us close as they could . The place is modernly upscale nice music playing and offer beverages. I liked this place . I'm not big into getting my nails done because I bite my nails and they look gross & embarrassing. I've also gotten my nails done several times in the past and had multiple bad experiences. But I recently decided to kick the nail biting habit, and called several salons and searched for HOURS to find a salon that offers builder manicures (these are manicures that protect your natural nails & help them grow/strengthen. Lush was the only salon that offered them. I was a bit nervous because of my past bad experiences, but this was my BEST manicure & experience yet. The nail tech was very attentive and didn't make me feel bad about how damaged my nails were. He shaped them perfectly & did exactly what I was wanting (a simple matte black with almond shape). He also worked very quickly. Best experience I've ever had getting my nails done and they turned out perfect! I also brought my two young daughters (4 & 6) and the tech was so patient and great with them. Our wait time was super short as well. Overall, really great experience. The actual service was great I loved my nail shape, the application of the builder gel, even the polish was flawless. BUT the customer service was horrible they acted like they have somewhere better to be the service was rushed and the shop was empty. The WORST PART of the whole this is. . . Me and my sister caught Covid. I know it had to be from here because we both work from home and this was the only place we visited in 2weeks prior. We recall there was a male mail tech that was coughing and sneezing during our visit. Called back to let them know that we got Covid from there and the lady denied it and hung up the phone. I've been to Lush several times before and have had great experiences, but the experience that I had today has left much to be desired in terms of customer service, and I do not intend to return. I went to get a fill-in with a design on my nails. Once the service was completed the nail tech simply said "You're done" and walked off, no check-in to confirm that I was satisfied with the end result. I was not satisfied. Two of the nails appeared to be gel nails and the others just looked like my natural nails with a design, they were not uniform. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested to have the nail design changed or have the nail simply painted, I was told that I would have to pay an additional $10. I challenged the reason for having to pay an additional amount to fix something that I was already not satisfied with and was told that I should have mentioned my dissatisfaction with the nails while the nail tech was in the process of painting the nail and they already spent time on the design, so I should have to pay more. They also advised that even though the tech did not confirm satisfaction with me after he was done, that my silence during the process meant that I was satisfied. I did not see the end result until the tech was done. When you spend time and money on a service you expect to be satisfied with what you pay for. I also advised the gentleman in the front that I saw no need to pay them an additional amount for their service that I was already unsatisfied with, when I could go to another salon and pay to get it fixed if I intended to spend additional money. I spent around 10 minutes explaining why I felt it unnecessary to pay extra for a service that I was already unsatisfied with. I finally decided that I was going to another salon to get it fixed and advised the gentleman up front of that. Once we paid for the service, that I was unsatisfied with, the gentleman then asked to see my nails again and advised that he would now be willing to fix it at no additional cost. Because I'd already spent so long going back and forth, I no longer felt comfortable having the nail tech redo my nails and advised that I would be going elsewhere to get them corrected. This nail salon is in need of a good cleaning and training of the nail techs on how to do dip power nails! NOT everyone wants acrylic power nails! This guy that said his name was Barry, when I called to specifically ask for dip power said they did them. When I got there he said no one there did dip power and that I could get them done by Tina. Well she did a horrible job! I just went Monday, today is Friday and I already need my nails done. The cleanliness there is deplorable! The chairs were busted and nasty, it smells like a locker room in the wash bowl area and they do not use towels at their stations, rather you have to just put your hands on the tabletops that they are working from. They also do not do manicures, what nail salon doesn't do manicures?!?! I asked for one and Tina said she could trim my cuticles but they don't do manicures. I went back today after contacting the manager about my initial pedicure. 1. The yellow polish was see through (simply not enough coats) 2. She did not clean underneath my nails at all 3. My heels were as crusty as when I walked in (I had a pedi 2 weeks prior). The manager assured me that she would correct the problems if I returned. She knew that I couldn't stay that day because I'd spent 2 hours in the salon and needed to get to the airport. She also stated that she knew that I wasn't happy so she will make it right. I returned today and attempted to show the manager the pics of my pedicure while I was still in her salon the first time, but she didn't want to see them. She told me to pick a darker polish for my toes because my nails are dark (my nails are NOT dark at all). She also refused to do my pedi over, instead she offered lotions and oils and told me that my feet are just dark in the bottom. I asked why I paid her to put pretty polish on my toes while leaving my feet crusty as if I had not paid for a pedicure. She offered to give me a discount the next time you come in. On my third trip here is why I'm writing this review. The first two times, everything went smoothly and I was happy with their work, the three stars I'm giving ate because of that. However, what I didn't appreciate, whether it be the language barrier, or their employees trying to make more money, was being up-charged erroneously and being gaslit into saying that I ordered services that weren't even rendered. If you come here be EXTREMELY clear. (My technician's name was Mary). Very disappointed, if they didn't try to pull this stunt i probably would have paid the difference as a tip. Immediate buyers remorse. I asked for dip and she pushed me to do a gel instead. I should've left after that but I didn't. They rushed me in, rushed my nails and then rushed me out. The equipment was also extremely unsanitary. Nail file pads that were older than the ones I have at home. I'll have to file my nails evenly myself when I get home. See photos. They change the prices making them dishonest and untrustworthy. I called ahead of time explained in detail my request. I was quoted 45 dollars for pedicure and 45 dollars for a manicure total of 90. I asked about ombre nails and was told it would be 55 for my manicure. Another technician as I was seated to get them then said 65. I decided to stick with what I was quoted 45. After my gel manicure Iare naturally long. When it was time to pay the price went up 13 more dollars. I asked about military discount they took off 5. I spoke quietly respectfully. They changed the price three times after they started my nails. I blessed them and quietly left. I will report this to the FTC, Licencing Board, Consumer Protection Agency and the Better Business Bureau. read more

So I've been to this salon over a dozen times. Let's sandwich this review so that it's "nice." The pedicures will not disappoint, they take their time to remove callouses and trim the cuticles properly. I usually get regular nail polish has it last just as long as gel on my feet. Unfortunately their manicures need to significantly improve! I've had my natural nails and gel nails completed by multiple technicians. However my final manicure was the straw that broke the camels back!!! I went in for a manicure with a gel polish design. I was initially seated with "Daniel" who started to prep my nails but was transferred to "Ashley" without an explanation. I assumed it was because she was a better artist. Ashley filed my nail beds down and applied the polish. I ended up switching the design because it was too difficult for her. On day two the nail polish cracked on multiple nails. I returned for polish removal and reapplication as I had an event that day. They initially attempted to only reapply the cracked nails but I argued that the others may likely crack if the polish had lost its integrity. Begrudgingly I allowed Ashley to redo the nails. She removed the existing polish with the file (no soaking) and reapplied the fresh polish. I should have known from the heat on my nails this would not be the end of the story. My nails again cracked 3days later and were so brittle that they started to break off. My right pinky broke down to the skin and bled. I will never EVER allow these ppl to touch my hands again. All that to say just get a pedicure if you come to this place. Oh yea and at least the facility is decent. read more

My nails looked pretty good when I got them done there was a few details i wish would've been paid more attention to. Everything was fine until 4 days after my visit my nail came off. I got acrylic gel and I have never had my nail come off after only 4 days. I paid $65 for these nails that were plain black and short which is the same I pay for my longer nails at other places.
