This was my first and last time going to this nail shop. I would give them zero stars. The nail tech called me back to her station. She went to the back of the shop and had me just sitting at her station 10 minutes. She finally starts on my nails . She puts the tips on my nails then stops in the middle of doing my nails to repair a customer toes that came in after me. I forgot to mention I showed her a picture of what I wanted before she started. She didn't do the flower on my nails the way I wanted it done in the picture and had to redo it. Needless to say i didn't leave a tip. Never again. read more

Not sure why this place has such low stars. My visit was nothing but great. I had good service & the staff was very friendly. But, maybe it has to do with me going at a slower time, around 230/3pm on a Friday. I was greeted when I walked in and they sat me right away. He went to doing my pedi in a timely manner, even having a small convo with me. Very nice & remembered me from the last time I went there (last July) Then wasted no time, & started filing and cutting my nails. My nail tech was very short with me but did a great job! She offered me extra products, but I wasn't interested and it didn't feel like she was pushing me to get it either, which made me feel comfortable. We were out of there in about 45 minutes. I got a gel mani (my own nails) and pedi & my bf got a pedi. Paid $65 & tipped. Great service and very nice staff! Definitely going back again! read more

If I could give this nail salon negative stars I would. Horrible customer service expensive pedicures that are something a toddler could do a better job at. $35 for them to put your toes in water and slap I mean literally slap polish on. Extremely dirty and run down! AVOID AT ALL COST read more

Freaking amazing. I come here whenever I am in town and the ladies are always so sweet and friendly. I probably have been going here over a span of 6 years or so. I've been to a couple nails salons in Warner Robins, for ex Hollywood nails, and I always come back to this nail salon! I get the same thing every time because they never ever ever rush you out. The deluxe pedi is really really good here. They massage your legs and feet with sea salt, some minty gel, and hot stones for about 30 minutes or so then they massage your legs and feet with lotion. And for the price, you really can't beat it. Another plus is that it's a much smaller salon. It's a lot more relaxing because it isn't too loud. I'm not sure about their manicure because I've never really gotten one but the pedis are definitely an a+++++++! read more

By far the worst nail salon not only in town but in the history of nail salons. Horrible customer service. Extremely rude and very impolite. This place needs to be shut down as soon as possible. If you want to pay someone to burn you with hot stones with no remorse this is the place for you. Ask for Sara Nguyen she's a professional at giving 1st degree burns, she is their hot stone specialist. BBB needs to check this place out immediately. I started going to lovely around 2011-2012. This nail shop used to be my favorite place to go but lately the quality of work is not good. A lot of the old staff is gone but even some of the remaining old staff has been doing a shitty job lately. I've had problems with my nails lifting, lumpy shaped acrylic, rush jobs.I just went on March 4th to get my nails done for my birthday, I think her name is Sarah (I'm not sure), she did my nails and horribly messed up my thumb nail and did not fix it. She didnt even take all of the polish off my nails, just put acrylic on top of it like it wasnt even there. My pedicure was okay. The guy did a half ass job pushing my cuticles back and shaping my toe nails. He did, however, do a good job scrubbing the dead skin off of my feet but that is about the only good thing that came from this experience. Overall, I have not been satisfied the past few times I went and quality of work is not the way it used to be but I guess it'll do until I find a new nail shop to go to. read more
