I haven't had my nails done in years because I enjoy painting my own natural nails at home. I decided to get a full set with no gel to strengthen my own peeling nails. They have looked horrible with the cold. The man that did my nails never spoke to me until he was done saying "You're done" before pulling out his phone. He didn't ask the length, just started cutting. I felt like I was treated poorly because I didn't want to add on services. I never write reviews, but $50 is still $50 and I guess I was expecting at least a hello, how are you. I did tip him because I'm not a complete ass. read more

The only reason they're getting 1 start is because I enjoy their pedicures. I've only ever come to this shop twice, and the last time I went 01/03/25 I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure. Not only did the girl that did them have an attitude the whole time, but she never soaked my nails, did not cut my cuticles or any of the other things that go along the lines of a manicure. She sat down, manhandled my hands, filed my nails and painted them. Then had the NERVE to say that it would be $45 I explained that she did not so her job and the job she did do, was horrendous. I was told I could come back to get them fixed. Fast foward to Tuesday, I went back to have them fixed, was placed with the SAME girl and suddenly she remembered how to do a manicure after her coworker brought the bowl of water for my fingers to soak in, the manicure was mediocre at best. Fast forward a bit more to Wednesday (the next day) my GEL nail polish is chipped and cracking. Mind you I've now been there twice in less than a week and my nails don't reflect good work. My regular manicure didn't last one day. The nail tech rushed and did a horrible job on my nails. I showed my nails to the manager type guy who meets you at the door and he agreed and called the tech back over to fix my nails which she came with a paint brush and remover to get all the excess polish off the skin. I wish I had taken a picture then as well but I was so done at that point I just wanted out of there. I had my eyebrows done as well which the eyebrow lady always does an amazing job. Eyebrows five stars but nails absolutely none (but that's not an option). read more

The nail tech attempted to use dirty nails instruments during my pedicure. I took the tool from him only to confirm if the opposite side was also dirty. Before he could touch my big toe with it. It was!! I will never go back to this place. He only went to get clean instruments from the autoclave at my request. This may not seem like a big deal to some. I called at about 6:30 pm to ask what time they close and was told 8 pm and that they stop taking people after 7:30, I arrived around 7:22 pm and asked for a full set and basic pedicure. The nail tech started my nails and I noticed they had forgotten about my pedicure when I mentioned it again I was moved in to the pedicure chair and she continued my nails while another employee started my feet once she finished one hand I noticed that all the nails looked different and asked abt it an was told my nails were to long but I didn't buy it so I'm guessing the owner came over and stated it was because of my nail beds. This is not how I wanted my nails to look for my big day but I guess you live and you learn, not at all what I asked for in return they offered a free sprite as a constellation prize! read more

Changed from silver to white tips and there is still old polish showing so guess it just depends on who assists you. Love Lisa and Tony. They've done great with the business as a whole. I paid $70 for a pedicure that could have been done by my 7-year-old niece. The older gentleman was very nice but did a terrible job on even just trimming my nails. Then the polish was messy and not even done well at all. I am going to a different salon today to try to get my nails repaired and polished properly. This has got to be the worst nail place in Warner Robins! My normal place was closed Sunday so I thought I will go and check them out. My SNS nails have not even lasted a week without chipping! Both me and my daughter have traveled for several months an hour and a half to go to this salon because the experience was always so pleasant, however today was a nightmare!!!! not only was the work far below par but when my sweet daughter ask for improvement, the tech literally shouted with a stern voice in refusing to correct his mistake!!! She even agreed to pay extra in order for them to look decent before she left. He again raised his voice and with a very fern NO, refused to even try and rectify his very poor work not to mention causing several abrasions to her criticals causing then to bleed! Case n point, PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS "salon". Breaks my heart that this was the first time she had been alone and was treated so poorly. Very nice-looking place, the staff treated me kindly. My only complaints are 1. The guy put nail tools back without any obvious intention to sterilize them after using them on me, and 2. I asked for a pink glitter and picked out a pink glitter color from the s&s choices, but I ended up with red. I assumed the color would appear more pink but nah. read more

Terrible service! No prices posted which allowed price forging. They tried to charge me $40 for my 7 yr old a pedi and a simple polish on her nails...No gel! When I questioned them, a few started speaking in their language, which was extremely rude! This is actually the 2nd time I've been disappointed with them, but it will definitely be my last. I have traveled back to Warner Robins a couple of times in between because I needed to be pampered and didn't want to chance a bad visit with another salon. Well, I've had enough of bad salons. I live out of town and came here for a quick manicure/pedicure before a wedding. When you first walk in, the first thing you'll notice is the size of the place. This place is pretty big. There are over a dozen stations for nails. I was immediately walked through another room with more nail stations and pedicure chairs into yet another room with even more pedicure chairs. A woman named Tammy quickly supplied me with colors to choose from for my toenails and got started on my pedicure. The pedicure was quick. I didnt feel she paid much attention to my cuticles. I was then sat down with Lyn who did my manicure and SNS. I showed her a photo of what I wanted my nails to look like and she took a lot of time and made it happen. My SNS lasted longer than 2 weeks. The only reason I went back to have my nails done again is they were too long for me at that point otherwise I could have probably waited another week! 4 stars bc my toenail polish chipped before the two weeks were over and that has honestly never happened before. Pro tip: if you have SNS or gel and it chips or peels before two weeks it's time to let your nails take a break from being done. Your nails are thin, that's probably why. I've never left a bad review before but here goes... on Saturday, I brought my Nana (83 with dementia) in to get her nails and toes done as we do every month. I've been going here for 10 years with no problems, and I've brought my Nana over the last 4 years. Never had an issue. But this time, the nail tech that was working on my Nana's toes was very impatient and very rough with her. So of course my nana kept telling the nail tech that it hurt and long story short, she and the nail tech doing my toes and another one across the aisle were very obviously mocking my Nana. I'm not one to cause a scene so I waited till checkout to say anything. I asked to talk to the owner and the girl that was checking me out said she was the manager (I know she isn't) and said "since you didn't say anything while it was happening there's nothing we can do". Good quality. My husband and I go here frequently. When business is slower, you do get better service. As for cleanliness, I always keep a close watch and have never been disappointed. I would suggest making a trip during Monday or Tuesday during the day. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I'll be going back tomorrow actually. Marcy is a massage therapist who works there and does a phenomenal job, just book prior to showing up. We love Exquisite!!! Update...this salon gets too busy.
