i we to Kim's nails to get a pedicure and I was overcharged by $20 I was told that a unico with gel was $50 and eyebrow arch was $10 but I was charged $80 When I said I didn't understand their language he got offended and a female Caucasian dipped in and said I should be the bigger person and she accused me of disturbing her and threatened to call her police people on me she said she worked in law enforcement I told her to call them and I waited for them outside but they didn't show up I'll never return to Kim's nail and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy read more

My go to nail spot. They always do me right. And quickly correct any issues I have when brought to their attention. I always leave happy. Update: there is a new guy in there doing nails. He is a very nice guy but terrible at nails. I left yesterday unhappy having paid for something I don't like. I usually would have stayed and made sure they fixed it but I had already been there 2 and a half hours and had to get home to fix dinner for my family. I have a huge pet peeve with gel not covering my entire nail at other salons, but Lucy paints them perfectly! I took my mom for the first time for a pedicure and she was pleasantly surprised! i really didn't want to give them a star. Worst gel nails experience; this was my first and possibly my last. I went on Christmas Eve and 2 days later I went back because the nails were detaching and chipping @ the cuticle. I returned to have them fixed and they are still chipping. I absolutely Love Kim's Nails in Warner Robins! I go there about once a month for a manicure and a pedicure, and have been going for over a year. They are reasonably priced, fast service, and I've found each technician to be well skilled and helpful to give you the look you want (some work a little quicker than others, but all are equally skilled. ) I only had one bad experience, but it was my own fault. Got some gel nails and after about two hours at home, I tried to open a box received in the mail, and one nail tip came off. (I should have used a knife or scissors to open the box). I quickly returned there and showed the manager what had happened, and he personally repaired it with a new tip at no charge. I think they are great!
