I LOVE this salon! Everyone there is so friendly and kind every time I've gone in. I accidentally went to another location and the messed up my color (things were mislabeled) so I came here hoping they'd have a color match for what was already on my toes. They matched it almost perfectly and the whole experience was so relaxing! This is the only nail salon I will be going to in the area from now on. If I could leave -5 stars, I would. After getting my nails done at various places across the U.S. for the last 20+ years, I have never been so disrespected. I'm still in shock. I walked in with my husband around 5:30pm and requested a gel-x manicure and 2 pedicures. Keep in mind closing time is 7pm. "Sam" aka "Sang Minh Kim" who owns and operates the business under the name of "Hai Min Nguyen" informs me that his staff is tired and ready to go home and wanted to do my husband's pedicure while I get my nails done. I tell him no. If he can't accommodate us together, we will not be getting pedicures at this establishment. Time passes and it's now about 6:15. "Sam / Sang / Hai" now process to attempt to apply the gel-x nails. I stop him, as my nails still have a heavy, extremely visible layer of acrylic on them that cannot viably adhere to the gel-x. "Sam / Sang / Hai" whom I will now refer to as "SSH" proceeds to sigh and complain about how he wants to go home and see his kids, to which I reply "You still have 45 minutes until your posted closing time, and your gel-x ballerina nails are the same as I typically wear and will be a quick installation with no filing. My only request is that you properly prepare my nails for the adhesion." I assure him that I fully understand that he wants to go home and be with his family, but silently wonder why he is pushing to close what I estimate with installation time required and no design to be completed 15 minutes prior to posted closing time... "SSH" then prepares to install the gel-x again after having sufficiently removing the pre-existing acrylic, however, he neglects to trim and file my natural nails prior to installation. As we all know, your natural nails grow with the gel-x. If your natural nails are left jagged prior to installation, this will cause irritation and discomfort. When I requested that "SSH" kindly trim, file, and round my natural nails prior to installation and assured I would tip sufficiently and not run him late with his personal family issues, he decided stopped work on my nails and informed me per his own words: "You and I have a bad vibe, and we are going to have problems. YOUR STANDARDS ARE TOO HIGH!" Shocked at his words, I politely ask him how much money it's going to cost for me to leave. I then give my credit card to my husband and go to another salon that did a FABULOUS job for both my husband and me. 2023 means all negative, fake behaviors will be called out publicly AND great customer service interactions and products will be praised.... I feel slighted, betrayed.... Whenever I've come home since 2018, I come here to get my nails done to support a local business (you can see 20 check-ins)... I support many local businesses - I show my appreciation through my patronage and my dollars. Money is NEVER lacking in my purse and I've never had an issue of paying unless I feel I'm being taken advantage of. I get my nails done all over the country and I know when there's an energy, positive or negative - I know when I'm being overcharged for the services I'm receiving... This wasn't my first time getting cat eye gel nails - I've had them done in Missouri, Illinois, Texas, etc - even upcharged $10 in Macon, GA. But this is my first time being charged per finger and a $45 acrylic fill-in cost me $65! Is it because you prefer to pamper certain patrons with genuine sincerity??? I've seen it happen MANY times at this shop and let it slide because I didn't want to ever have to post a negative review like this. But the sheer fake energy this time was too much, especially considering I've ALWAYS tipped well. Love the colors, but not even having sample tips to display cat eye and chrome colors tells me that you're not accustomed to the applications and they are not worth an extra $20 up charge, especially on sporty short, not glamorously long nails.... AND there's polish all around the cuticles. Yes, I only left a $5 tip this time - mainly to round up to $70 because this will be my last time receiving services at this salon. I'll take my dollars where they are appreciated without the unnecessary up charges. *So one star for getting me in and out late in the evening (I got there at 6:40, they close at 7:30 and I walked out around 7:45) *One star for having the products that I wanted *And one star for attempting to pretend you weren't bothered with my requests to have my nails done the way I wanted them. I wish you well, but giving service in this manner to a certain demographic will surely earn you a reputation that's very unbecoming (as being established in your other reviews). *****Showed them to my man - first time ever told I need to get them redone - said color was nice but shaping, etc makes them look like cheap, clumpy press-ons. read more

The service was okay, I had a manicure and a pedicure. My toes were done perfectly, my fingers not so much. I had asked for short round tips. When he glued the plastic tips on, my skin was stuck on all sides and under the nail, and one was hanging off the side of my nail i had asked him several times to fix it and instead of taking it all off he just put another plastic tip on top. The acrylic is set very thick and some are crooked. I'm still picking the acrylic off my skin under my nails. The shape came out square on some nails and round on others. read more

I came in and waited 25 minutes for my eyebrows to be waxed. I didn't mind; however, after finally getting help, the lady did not do a good job. I was okay with it as long as I was able to get someone else to do my eyebrows. I asked the owner to have someone else do my brows and he didn't seem to care. Finally, he had someone to come over and do my eyebrows about 6 minutes later. Meanwhile, the entire time the owner had a very nasty attitude towards me for asking for someone else to do it. The lady clearly did not know how to do eyebrows at all. I didn't feel valued as a customer. I won't be returning. This was my second trip to this salon and I thought maybe the last visit was just a mishap; however, the customer service is a 1. The salon is clean and that gets a 5 read more

I'll give them 1 star because the woman who did my nails (Tori) was great and did an excellent job. However this is the 4th time I have been here and I have had numerous issues and I won't be going back. First, an appointment means nothing here. Even if you make an appointment, they will make you wait 30-45 minutes before even starting you. And no matter what I get done (nails or pedicure) it take 2+ hours! They sit you down in the pedicure chairs & make you wait 20 minutes before they even start on you. There is a man there (I believe the owner or the manager) who sometimes is doing nails but more often than not, he is just playing on his phone while I'm just sitting here waiting to get started. Second, my 7 year old came with me a couple times now. We were hoping to have a mother daughter nail date but both times we were separated. They say her like 10 seats down from me both times. Where I can't see her at all and she's having to sit all alone with no one to talk to the entire time. One of the times, they sat her 10 seats down and the seat right next to me was open. I told them she wanted to sit next to me & they said "she needs to sit in the kids chair" & btw it's 25$ just for paint and polish on a child. What a RIP OFF . They didn't even take the old glitter off my daughters nails or put clear coat on ONE hand. So one hand is all pretty and the other is dull with old glitter coming through. And I was so far away and couldn't see what was going on so I didn't notice it was happening. Third, the same man mentioned above (the owner or manager) is very rude. And doesn't have a customer service personality. I asked for a stamp card and he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about.. then another customer pulled one out & I was like "oh that's the card I'm talking about" and he handed me one like he really didn't want to. And I said "ive been here 4 times now, how come I wasn't offered one?" And he said "you never asked" like excuse me?? Isn't this your establishment?? Then the nice lady (tori) mentioned above made a small mistake while ringing me up and he was SO rude to her. Talking to her like she was stupid and didn't know what I had done (even tho she was the one who did my nails and pedicure the entire time) he snapped at her and started to get onto her in a room full is customers. This was my first time here and i was not impressed. The girl who did my nails was rushing so she knicked my fingers twice. I showed her a nail was crooked twice and she only partly fixed it. i had to file my own nails when i got home to fix them. She was rushing, probably because they were a little busy and the rest of the patrons were complaining about their wait, which is no excuse to rush when someone is paying the price they charge. read more
