I came here for the second time today and brought my mother and sister. I wanted a regular manicure and pedicure and they were just going to get regular manicures. I was surprised at how easily we were seen on a Saturday morning but I believe it was spring break so maybe that's why! Brenda did my manicure and pedicure this time and she was phenomenal. She did a wonderful job especially shaping my nails. Her attention to detail was very much appreciated. And the price of $53 for both services was an added bonus. I usually do my own nails at home, but I've generally had a good experience here and didn't want to worry with it for once. I walked out today with $45 wasted and my blood boiling. First: I came in for an SNS set and received the sloppiest job I've ever had here. Second: Shortly after I was seated, a teenage girl was seated at the table directly next to me when there were other seats available. Okay, whatever. But then her little boyfriend comes and leans over her back with his hands on her shoulders coughing and sniffling the WHOLE FREAKING TIME. While I'm sitting and daydreaming about setting both of these kids on fire, the staff who are serving us begin to talk to each other. While it's apparent it's about those two, no one ever actually asks the guy to move or go sit the hell down. I was raised to not show my ass in public, and after about the third cough/sniffle combo it was a case where if I started talking I would, so I kept to myself. They left before I did. Once my nails were finished, I asked my nail tech, "So you guys are enforcing the 'every-other-seat' rule, right?" He looked me dead in the face and said "Yes." ...Wow. So I'm not someone that posts reviews but I thought this salon was so good, it was worth my time. I have loved in almost every major metro in America. I have never had a manicure/dipped nails done this nice. The man that did my nails didn't really speak much, don't know if he didn't speak English or was just quite. The salon was super serene. The music was soft and relaxing, it was clean with the latest supplies. Although he didn't ask me how I wanted my nails styled and he made them a little pointer than I prefer, however, they are very nice. I went to spend my money and guess what! N E V E R again. I walked in, I was NOT greeted. The young lady at the front was on the phone, while two techs sat on the couch talking. I stood at the desk for about 6 or 7 minuets and no one greeted me. A white lady walked in with her daughter and a tech got up from the couch to greet her and ask what does she need. Like another reviewer stated there are a lot of nail salons in WR, GA but I saw that this place had good reviews on Facebook and other websites and decided to go here. This was my first nail salon visit in Warner Robins and I must say i'm impressed! This place was awesome. I haven't been to many nail salons but the one thing I noticed as soon as I walked in was the ambiance, atmosphere, and luxurious feeling you get as soon as you walked in. Also, it didn't have the arcyclic typical nail salon smell from all the fumes of the products they use. The desk clerk greeted me immediately and he was super nice - showed me around and offered me water, seated me in my chair when it was time to be serviced. I got a grand pedicure - the seats are awesome - super plush and they are also massage chairs. The water was warm. My technician was nice and efficient - she didn't rush and was very patient and made nice conversation. My pedicure included - clipping of nails, buffing, leg and foot scrub with organic scrub, clay and enzyme mask treatment, hot towel wrap, stone massage, and nail color. It lasted maybe about 30-40 mins and it was worth it!!! Pros - nice staff, clean space, beautiful decor, services provided - massage, nail care, facials, waxing, price (they have military discount), and lunch special prices, and other discounts. My friend and I both left with flaws in our nails. Black spots, smudges, etc... I asked to get it fixed and was essentially ignored. My friends lady just stared at the spot and didn't even do anything about it. There were weird black and white spots in the nails and we were in there for like 2 hours just trying to get everything fixed. I've went there before and it was good, and then today they just didn't even try. Left and then saw more flaws, came back and they 'fixed' it for free. Still not fixed. 45 last time I went and now it was 58? The only thing extra was the removal from last time. So, needless to say, pretty disappointed. read more

This is the best nail salon in Warner Robins and surrounding areas. Really the best one I've been to in Middle/South Georgia, except maybe one place in Tifton. I always get SNS, I have super thin nails and get nervous about some people doing them. A lot of places will go nuts and make them even thinner as if I was getting acrylic. Nick is who always does my nails. They never lift or crack unless I'm super hard on them (which does happen sometimes) and I keep them a little longer. Only thing I wouldn't suggest is ombré with the SNS. It's never turned out quite right for me, but I love this place! Also, nicest pedicure chairs, and pedicures. Super relaxing. Haven't tried a massage or anything but there are always people in and out. Make an appointment because they are always busy! read more

Went there since the reviews were extraordinary. I wanted a manicure and pedicure simply to indulge myself and since I've been overworked the whole week. It's however unfortunate that the only pleasant lady was the receptionist. It's was just feet and hands.... not really any care for the costumer. I also feel nervous these people who talk a foreign language are talking about me... perhaps how bad my feet looked or how thick my cuticles were. I left unhappy... lost and just wished I went somewhere else.... I also want to mention... the poor lady who did my nails had very poor body mechanics... I was encouraged by coworkers to call ahead & did so, but no answer. I walked in around 10a. I was instantly greeted by a receptionist. Turns out their phone line was down. I requested the pedicure & my SNS nails redone. I checked-in & was directed to the SNS wheels near the waiting area & then the center of the shop to choose a color for my pedicure. While choosing my final color, I was greeted by Hanna who did my pedicure. I followed her over to the pedi chair. Once complete, she took me over to Nick who did my nails. Literally a PAINFUL experience! Went here because of the great star average. Got a manicure and pedicure. The woman stabbed the tool under my toe, I verbally had to say "that hurts" in order for her to stop. She takes her hands off, looks at me and says "do you want your nails done?" Very rude but I ignored it (hoping that I misheard but I know I didn't.) It's been almost 4 whole days later and my toe is still in excruciating pain. I tipped because the actual paint job was fine but I would have paid extra to not be in pain. The person I was with was rushed. The man not only tried to persuade her to do something different with her nails (after she told him multiple times no) he also cut her finger. Decided to stop in while I was visiting town for work. Definitely one of the best pedicures I've ever had! Nick did an amazing job on every part. Very detail oriented, excellent job on the scrubbing of my heels, amazing massage, absolutely perfect paint, took careful pride in my cuticles, I could go on and on. I made an appointment as they ask for this past Saturday, 15th of January for 1:00pm with my regular guy. Never have I ever waited when I did a walk in. But this day, at 1:05 I was seated at his booth and waited and waited. After 20 minutes he comes and grinds polish and puts polish remover and foil on my nails as usual. Walked away again and I didn't see him again for 20 minutes. I ask a lady and she said he's right there. When I tried to reply she walked off. So another guy came over later and said your mail have to soak for a while. I explained how it has been at every appt. as a walk-in and told him I had an appointment at 1 and was just left sitting there. He knew I was upset and said I'll tell him. I showed the tech a picture of the exact color & shape I wanted. two techs kept switching back & forth between me.. and yet I still spent over an hour there. Today was my birthday so I decided to treat myself to a mani/pedi. The atmosphere was pleasant. I decided to check the place out after reading some of the good reviews however my experience was not a good one. I got the SNS set which came out nice however the guy doing my nails was super rough and ended up cutting two of my fingers with the nail file which is super unsanitary. I then got a pedicure which was okay however the polish on my toes chipped as soon as I made it home. I wouldn't recommend going here. There's no way I'm going anywhere else to get my nails done! I decided to try out Bamboo because I saw a lot of good reviews on yelp. I'm so glad I did! I got the SNS nail service and got my polish changed on my toes. I love that this place doesn't smell like a typical nail shop. I am currently wearing my natural nails and they are just as strong as acrylic! Mr. Peter was awesome and easy to talk to as he carefully and patiently soaked off my acrylic nails. Everyone was attentive and called me by name which I really liked. Of course the military discount is an added bonus, but even without that, I would continue to come back! The last two visits were a miss. On the last visit, the nail technician was rough and I had to ask her to trim my nails to the same length as I had broken two of them. She cut them straight across. The place is super clean and friendly however I'd say they do not give you a good massage, if you can even call it a massage, literally less than 2 minutes per leg. Also, my nail tech kinda hurt my toes when clipping them and getting off the dry skin. It stung really bad when they put the cleanser on and nail polish BOO. If I could give negative stars I would. The management here is horrible. Made appointments several days ahead for myself and my elderly parents (in their 80's) to get pedicures. 3 chairs. I called twice to ask questions and make sure that all would be ok since my mom has trouble getting around. I asked about their backroom where two chairs were next to each other and then an additional chair that would be right next to it so we could talk and enjoy this special time together. It was my mom's first time getting out in more than a year and was to be a special experience. I don't know if the girl who talked to me didn't care, didn't listen or just was trying to book as many people in as she could. She said no problem, we can take care of you. Yes we can put you next to each other. Our appointment was at 1 PM yesterday. We sat for 45 minutes before we were called. THEN they could only seat two of us AND it was not the backroom. THey even seated people ahead of us while we were waiting. TWO ELDERLY PEOPLE YOU ARE MAKING WAIT???? My chair was not available until 30 minutes after my parents were seated. I had to cancel mine and didn't even get my pedicure. I was not about to make my parents wait around for me. IF you know you are going to be busy or cannot keep your appointments running on time DO NOT TAKE THEM. Simply put or get some kind of a software that will allow you to better manage this. OR ask for a deposit. I would have gladly done that to insure this was a special experience. I drove from Atlanta the night before so I could drive my parents to their special day. Neither the girl at the front desk or management came over to acknowledge we had to wait a long time OR apologize. The ladies who took care of my parents were so sweet though and wished me a Happy Mother's Day and apologized to me. That was not their job to do the apologies for management. I think the girl at the front was the manager's daughter. I did see them chatting it up at the front, oblivious that customers were waiting. Or just simply not caring at all. I saw ya'lls "best Of" awards on your wall. Maybe you have a great team of nail technicians, but please do something about how you set your appointments. read more
