I'm not one to get my nails done very often, but I was very appreciative of the lady who did my nails. I only wanted a regular polish for my hands and toes. I admire her attention to detail to make sure I had crisp edges, and didn't pressure me for a full manicure/pedicure. Enjoyed the experience and would definitely return!

Great color selection to choose from

We went for a girls afternoon spa treatment and had a great time together. The people were nice and everything was clean. I would recommend this to anyone that needs a relaxing spa treatment.

No, they *aren't* enforcing social distancing. They aren't enforcing not bringing in extra guests without service, either. I usually do my own nails at home, but I've generally had a good experience here and didn't want to worry with it for once. I walked out today with $45 wasted and my blood boiling. First: I came in for an SNS set and received the sloppiest job I've ever had here. Second: Shortly after I was seated, a teenage girl was seated at the table directly next to me when there were other seats available. Okay, whatever. But then her little boyfriend comes and leans over her back with his hands on her shoulders coughing and sniffling the WHOLE FREAKING TIME. While I'm sitting and daydreaming about setting both of these kids on fire, the staff who are serving us begin to talk to each other. While it's apparent it's about those two, no one ever actually asks the guy to move or go sit the hell down. I was raised to not show my ass in public, and after about the third cough/sniffle combo it was a case where if I started talking I would, so I kept to myself. They left before I did. Once my nails were finished, I asked my nail tech, "So you guys are enforcing the 'every-other-seat' rule, right?" He looked me dead in the face and said "Yes." ...Wow. Definitely not going back, and you can believe I'm telling anybody I know that might.

So I'm not someone that posts reviews but I thought this salon was so good, it was worth my time. I have loved in almost every major metro in America. I have never had a manicure/dipped nails done this nice. The man that did my nails didn't really speak much, don't know if he didn't speak English or was just quite. The salon was super serene. The music was soft and relaxing, it was clean with the latest supplies. Although he didn't ask me how I wanted my nails styled and he made them a little pointer than I prefer, however, they are very nice. If you're looking for a nail salon in the area, give these people a try!

This is my second time going, and I had Henry do my nails! He did a perfect job, and I'm typically picky about my nails. He didn't do the 30 second hand/forearm massage at the end, but it's not a big deal. Will definitely come back.

My favorite right now. Quality and lasting SNS. lengthy and relaxing pedicures. Plus, I love the partitions. I prefer not to chat while getting salon services. There can be a little wait but that's why they mostly go by appointments. Good customer service. Friendly and accommodating.

First time here... Nice ambiance, but I'd ask for a seasoned staff member if I were to return.

Like another reviewer stated there are a lot of nail salons in WR, GA but I saw that this place had good reviews on Facebook and other websites and decided to go here. This was my first nail salon visit in Warner Robins and I must say i'm impressed! This place was awesome. I haven't been to many nail salons but the one thing I noticed as soon as I walked in was the ambiance, atmosphere, and luxurious feeling you get as soon as you walked in. Also, it didn't have the arcyclic typical nail salon smell from all the fumes of the products they use. The desk clerk greeted me immediately and he was super nice - showed me around and offered me water, seated me in my chair when it was time to be serviced. I got a grand pedicure - the seats are awesome - super plush and they are also massage chairs. The water was warm. My technician was nice and efficient - she didn't rush and was very patient and made nice conversation. My pedicure included - clipping of nails, buffing, leg and foot scrub with organic scrub, clay and enzyme mask treatment, hot towel wrap, stone massage, and nail color. It lasted maybe about 30-40 mins and it was worth it!!! Pros - nice staff, clean space, beautiful decor, services provided - massage, nail care, facials, waxing, price (they have military discount), and lunch special prices, and other discounts. Cons - Location - in small plaza near Walgreens and the car wash place. Limited parking space.

This is the best nail salon in Warner Robins and surrounding areas. Really the best one I've been to in Middle/South Georgia, except maybe one place in Tifton. I always get SNS, I have super thin nails and get nervous about some people doing them. A lot of places will go nuts and make them even thinner as if I was getting acrylic. Nick is who always does my nails. They never lift or crack unless I'm super hard on them (which does happen sometimes) and I keep them a little longer. Only thing I wouldn't suggest is ombré with the SNS. It's never turned out quite right for me, but I love this place! Also, nicest pedicure chairs, and pedicures. Super relaxing. Haven't tried a massage or anything but there are always people in and out. Make an appointment because they are always busy!

Went there since the reviews were extraordinary. I wanted a manicure and pedicure simply to indulge myself and since I've been overworked the whole week. It's however unfortunate that the only pleasant lady was the receptionist. It's was just feet and hands.... not really any care for the costumer. I also feel nervous these people who talk a foreign language are talking about me... perhaps how bad my feet looked or how thick my cuticles were. I left unhappy... lost and just wished I went somewhere else.... I also want to mention... the poor lady who did my nails had very poor body mechanics... I felt her pain... by the end of the day I can imagine how her back feels..

Just one word of warning: write down what he does, as he may not! The salon itself is also beautiful. Unfortunately the next three times I came, the stylist April got the color wrong. The first time I let it go. The second time I said something and it was still not quite right because she went with what she had put in the computer rather than what I told her. The third time I stated what was wrong before again, and this time the color was dramatically wrong! She had to redo it. My scalp was not happy by the end... Perhaps the communication between us just did not work. There's no doubt in my mind that she has the talent, but without the communication part working between the two of us, I decided to look elsewhere to get my hair done.

It's not just an amazing place where my hair always turns out fantastic, but also a holistic experience that uplifts my body and mind (along with my hair!). The staff is great and the owners now feel like family. Sometimes, I stop by just to sniff around and give myself a break. And I never pass up the free facial while getting a shampoo. They do get busy and appointments may run long, but I never mind. I plan my entire day around having as much time there as possible. It's my mini retreat from regular life. ‍

I've been a client here for several years, and recently I made an honest mistake while…read morescheduling--resulting in me missing my appointment and showing up the following day, thinking that was the correct time. I fully accept that the scheduling error was mine, and I understand the policy of charging for missed appointments regardless of the reason. What disappointed me was realizing afterward that I had paid for a full hour and yet no one took two minutes to call and check on me, confirm whether I was on the way, or even let me know I had missed the appointment. A simple call would have made a huge difference: I would have known I'd made a mistake, been aware a charge was pending, and I wouldn't have left work early the next day thinking I still had an appointment. What felt especially ironic was that in the past few months, I have had two same-day cancellations from Float Robins due to issues with the therapist. I didn't complain at all--I gave them grace and kept scheduling. So to then be told that "things occasionally come up with the therapist," while not allowing the same understanding for a loyal client, felt unfair. Things come up for clients too. Why is that acceptable for the service provider, but not the customer? I shared my experience on Facebook, suggesting that a quick courtesy call for late arrivals would be helpful. The owner commented publicly, referencing my "bad" (but honest) Google review and claiming I booked again afterward--which was not true. I had booked with a different business. I found it unprofessional for the business owner to try and publicly shame a customer, rather than accepting feedback and showing appreciation for years of loyalty and continued support despite inconsistent communication on their end. At this point, I won't be returning. I want to support businesses that value their clients as more than just a missed-appointment fee. My hairdresser would have called. My doctor's office would have called. The personal touch matters, especially in a small business--and unfortunately, it's missing here.

I honestly felt completely weightless and could feel my anxiety slipping away. Not going to lie, it took me a few minutes to get used to floating naked. There's a button to change the colors or turn it off (I had it on blue), you can either float in silence or have music playing (I had music). They supply bathrobes, towels, and earplugs for the float. The shower they had me use before and after was clean. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for the shower smelt amazing. The massage: I've never had a massage before and I'm mad at myself it took me so long to get one! She asked me if I had any areas that needed to be targeted and I informed her that I carry my stress on my neck and shoulders. She made 25+ years of stress melt away like it was never there in the first place! The room itself was dark, warm, and inviting. There was a sound machine playing therapeutic music and I swear I dozed off at one point. Halotherapy: it felt like I was sitting on a beach chair, listening to the waves, and breathing in the salt air. They had a peppermint oil diffuser on, a fan blowing, and a projector that was displaying stars and moons. The weighted blanket that was provided was just the right weight for me. I finished my float a little early so I got to experience the glow room. It has an entire wall of LED flicking candles with the most comfortable chairs, pillows, and weighted blankets I've ever experienced. They also had a sound machine playing rain sounds (which is my all time favorite relaxation sound). I never wanted to leave that room! All in all, I wish I could give this place and my experience more than 5 stars. I will absolutely be trying to make this a monthly thing and will definitely recommend this place to anyone who will listen!

The up dos were all awesome and held all day! The only person unhappy with her hair was half up and it was a pretty basic style. She was more upset that the stylist didn't listen to what she wanted. That same stylist however did an amazing job on another girl's updo. Makeup-1 star Nobody was happy with their makeup. There were two stylists, Hailey and Addison I think were the names. Nobody was a huge fan of Hailey's style, but we looooved Addisons style. The main issue here was the quality of makeup and coverage. Total crap. I've never heard of mirabella, but I wouldn't recommend it. Nobody had good coverage. We had visible blemishes, poor blending and everyone was caking or getting spotty and disgusting after a couple hours. We all agreed that drugstore makeup would have been better and we wish we had done our own makeup. We were told there would be mimosas and food. We got some OJ heavy mimosas, fruit and mini pastries. Personally not enough to hold me over for 4 hours. Overall the salon was super cute inside. The staff was laid back and easy to chat with, not very professional but it didn't bother me too much. No idea on pricing Since it was gifted. However the makeup is absurdly overpriced and the bride purchased a lipstick and liner for 48$ and the lipstick was broken when she opened it. I also wish the salon had thought through little details like making sure we had what we needed for touch ups throughout the day(foundation, lipstick, hairspray, qtips, Bobby pins etc). A cute togo box would have been a great touch. Or at least tell us good colors to go purchase if we wanted better brands of lipstick or something. I'm not sure what the options are like in middle GA, but I wouldn't recommend this place for anything other than hair. Sometimes it's best to just stick to what you're good at. No need to try to do it all. Honesty everyone complained about their makeup the entire day and it ended up taking away from the special day. Hopefully the pictures turn out well. The brides face was a shade or two too pale in real life, but seemed to look okay in photos. If not, there's always photoshop.
