Oh my goodness, I'm in heaven! Just left with an absolutely incredible experience. Quiet, relaxing, clean, polite, not overly expensive. Yes, I've found my spa when I'm here in Warner Robins. They believe in the spa concept. So if you're going to be on your phone playing a game or having a loud obnoxious conversation - please go elsewhere. It's a SPA ladies and gentlemen! Wow. This one is going to be a hard review. I had so much hope that this would be a good experience... I was partially right. First off, my initial review was going to be two stars... I'm giving three stars because this nail salon took me as a walk in and had no issues doing my nails, unlike Snow Nails who...let's just say are going to be reviewed with one star. So the third star was for doing a walk in. My request was a gel manicure. Pretty simple and I thought, would be relaxing. It was not. The whole time my nail tech was working on me I felt like I was a bother. Everything seemed rushed, sloppy and as if she didn't want me there... Sad... Because I usually tip extremely well for quality work. Instead I got a rushed nail job, rushed "hand massage" and out the door I went... Quality is bad and customer service is bad. They don't think I understood what they were saying but these people are mean. Won't be coming back I went twice to give them a chance but they messed up both times. First time they gave me these big ballon platypus looking nails second they gave me some orange red looking tips that looked uneven and they didn't care to make it right they seemed to be in a rush. read more

I went with 2 of my friends and it took a bit to seat us, but they were fairly busy. The staff was very nice and the Deluxe Spa pedicure was almost a great experience until the nail tech started scrubbing my feet to exfoliate the dead skin and scratched the top of my foot up fairly badly. I definitely felt it as I was leaving and luckily I was wearing sandals. I treated myself at home but I just hate that the nail tech didn't notice she was cutting my foot during exfoliation. Definitely let them know if you feel any pain or tenderness because I should have said something as soon as it happened. read more

The worst nails ever! I took my mom, silos tee and granddaughter here for a mani & pedi. The three of us got gel polish on hands & feet. We went on a Sunday. By Monday all three of us had a chip in the polish somewhere - hands/feet. It was horrible. I requested a pedi for my granddaughter, but they never did it. The mail tech had a stinky disposition like she didn't want to do anything for my 5-yr old granddaughter. They just painted her nails and charged me $20 for a piss poor job and the wrong color. I got a deluxe pedicure with Gel polish and SNS manicure with tips, nails are fine but my toes started peeling that day (9/2/17). They fixed the same day and within 1 week (9/9/17) I had lost 4 more gels off my toes. I went for a refund today, which was a hassle even with original receipt. For spending so much ($90+tip) I was less than pleased with the results on my $60 pedicure. The owner accused me of taking off my pedicure, then took my picture after refunding me and told me not to come back, which I won't. read more

I wanted to get a pedicure and gel overlay no tip. Gel overlay meaning gel powder on my nails not tip. The pedicure went fine however the lady did not understand when it came to doing my nails. She proceeded to put gel polish on my nail without gel powder. She did not understand a gets an attitude with me however it's her job to communicate with me to determine what I want. I have never had a problem when I ask for gel overlay not tip. I went to Kim Nails ask for gel overlay no problems nails done and of course I had to have my toes repolished, but I don't mine paying as long as I get what I want and with good service. Horrible experience! I asked for sns, the nail tech was younger girl with no clue what she was doing. I was there over 2 hours. The guy tech had to stop what he was doing to give her directions then finally after I said I was unhappy with them when she said they were done (mind you they had lumps, dips, sharp edges ect) the owner lady had to fix them. I recommend this place to everyone! The owners are so nice and friendly! The nail salon is nice, new, and clean. They even have two kid pedicure chairs with tablets attached. I love that my daughter (6yrs old) and I can go have a mommy daughter date and get our toes done together. Their prices are reasonable and I have always left completely satisfied with my nails. Most of the times I go it is not crowded, but the few times I have been with a small crowd, the wait was short and not outrageous like some other nail salons I've been to before. read more

Do t get your eyebrows arched here. Terrible and I still had to pay. I also had SNS tips ails and I can still feel the lumps where the guy didn't smooth out the nail. He also cut my nails unevenly and didn't compare the lengths of my nails on both hands against each other. After this I passed on the pedicure. Not sure, so far, came in for a Pedicure with my daughter and we were seated in Massage chairs after choosing a color, a lady came in after us and was seated in a chair for a what looked like a touch up, while our feet are getting water logged waiting for a nail tech. The young Male who greeted us, seated us, then disappeared outside with who apparently was his girlfriend. We are still waiting 15 - 20 minutes for our Pedicures. read more

I'm very disappointed in my experience. I considered not leaving a review but I'm just so bothered. I've been here a few times, I've never really gotten a warm welcome. Today I went for a gel mani and sugar pedi, not too much time had passed and I realized that the tech was already putting the sugar scrub on, I was confused, like did I miss her treating my cuticles? So I asked if she's already done the pedi, and she said yes, I said that's the shortest pedi I've ever had. Meanwhile there's another client who was there before me but my pedi is already done. She could have gotten a different service but still...after I spoke up about it AND cancelled the mani she went back and addressed my cuticles, began to be super polite, offering water. That's how you should have started the experience. Treat all people with respect, I don't have to spend my money with you. Needless to say I won't be going back. read more
