Stopped here for a quick pedicure and they delivered! First, I don't enjoy sitting in the nail shop for a long period of time. I went in for a basic pedicure, and I was in & out within 30-35 minutes. This was my first time here. She cut my toe pretty bad and my blood was everywhere! She didn't change the towel. I showed the manager. No discount or concession was offered for how badly she cut my toe or the terrible pain she inflicted. I've been getting my nails done for many years and never had this happen. Absolutely do NOT recommend. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. My nail polish was chipped less than a week after getting them done. They also completely missed a section of my nail. The pedicure and manicure massage lasted maybe a minute. I was in there less than a hour and they did both services separately. Those services independently should have been 45 minutes. It is absolutely ridiculous. I will never go here again and do not recommend to anyone. read more

I tried this salon for the first time and am very pleased! I had a set of nails on from a different salon that I was not happy with. That salon tried to fix them two different times and they still were bad. Brian soaked off my bad set (and didn't try to pry them off to rush!) and gave me a beautiful new set and also did them exactly like I wanted. All the tools were clean and sanitized before he used them on me. The prices are a little higher than other salons in town but you get what you pay for. Definitely worth the extra cost! I hadn't been to a nail salon in over a year because of a bad experience. The last asking I went to accidentally cut the skin by my toe and it ended up getting infected and turned colors. Best nail salon in Warner Robins! My husband got me a gift card to their salon for Christmas so I decided to stop by. I was warmly welcomed and a technician took the time to explain everything thing to me. I got the organic pedicure and a gel manicure which totaled about $75 not bad at all especially for this place! I sent my wife to get her nails done (something she doesn't do regularly) and she was highly disappointed. She was simply trying to get a nice manicure and pedicure. What she got was a very poor polish job. My wife said they had her do paraffin wax before polishing her nails but didn't have her wash her hands to get all the wax off which resulted in the polish sliding off her nails nice she got home. My wife has had her nails done decently at this shop before, but was given horrible service this time. If they do anything to rectify this horrible job, I'll update the review, otherwise, they just lost a customer and any recommendation. read more

I went back to get it fixed and the lady didn't even put on a new acrylic nail, she just left my nail the length that it broke to which doesn't match the rest of my nails. When we first arrived for our scheduled appointment for 2, they told us that we had to sit on opposite sides of the place so that I wasn't able to even communicate with the person I came with. They started by sanding down my flesh around my fingers which is always nice. Then I showed them a picture of what I wanted and the end product was a FAR cry from what I asked for. I asked for a green to black ombré and ended up with a messy color block look with bad lines. I asked them for a discount as they were going to have to be redone. They tried to get me to come back later but I love far away. They offered to give me $5 off. I said that's hardly enough considering I'm going to have to pay to get them redone. They refused and said the only way they'd give me more of a discount is if they took them off. (They obviously thought I was trying to scam them and just not pay). When I said absolutely let's take them off, they decided to offer me $20 off the price. They kept telling me that I was wrong tho and it's not going to always look just like the pic. Is it possible to give no stars? My friend and went to have our nails did 10/20/18. I understand they were understaffed and waited patiently. I requested to have my SNS removed and a gel manicure. The man that did my nails took a plastic nail tip and popped off the SNS From each nail leaving my real nail bed ragged and very rough. He did not smooth my nail bed at all, just painted my nails. You could see all of the imperfections in the nail. Almost like when you have dust or trash in regular paint. I felt he rushed thru it to get us out the door. Three days after my visit my gel polish scratched and cane completely off three of my nails. That was a wasted $45. I will not return read more

By far the worst nail salon I've ever been to in life!!! I went In for a manicure and pedicure and I used Gel polish .... I get This done at every nail shop I go To. The guy who started my nails tried pressuring me to get something different to spend more money. I literally Had to tell him NO ten times! After the last no he started painting my nails before he even started shaping and filing them and then used regular polish when I asked For gel .... he said he was talking and I guess Got mixed up. Had to take the polish off and start again. He stated he was done and I looked Down at my nails and I kid U guys not it seriously looked like a two year old did my nails!!! I started Laughing thinking it was a joke, it wasn't. I then Told the guy my nails looked horrible and I wasnt Paying that i would go some place else. This asshole literally started arguing with me like I wasnt A customer. I asked Who was in charge and another guy came over and looked at my nails and stated he could fix them. It was a sweet lady there that actually did my pedicure that I asked To come over and take a look. She knew my nails looked like shit and said she would fix them. She tried fixing them but they still doesn't look like what I'm used to having. I've never been so upset! And yep, they still wanted their money of course and I didnt Mind paying. With your employee being out of hand the way he was and being disrespectful to your customer, I expected More. This was my first visit and definitely my last!!! Horrible customer service, terrible employees, and poor management!!! They just opened and already need to be shut down!!!! The place is beautiful though, my husband referred me and neither one of us will ever return!!! I give this place a 1 because there are no negative ratings. Their website said they were closed, actually open. I went in, was asked what I needed, said mani/pedi & sat down. After 20 min or so I started to leave & Finally was told I could go to pedu chair 5. Sat there for over 15 min at least (didn't start timing at 1st). Started putting shoea back on & owner or mgr said "no, we will be right there". A girl came over then to run water, waited 12 more min before young man, who was distracted from that point forward & fell asleep 2 different times, began my pedi. He was so distracted by the TV he couldn't pay attention. When that was done he said pay at front. I asked about the manicure. He took me over to a table & never spoke to ME until I mentioned he seemed too young to married. Spoke to the other employees in whatever language, seemed upset about having to work. Managed to get the manicure done, turned on a small fan for me ro dry my nails. Sat there drying for around 14 min. He rold told me, without checking them I could pay at front. When I reached in to get my wallet, nails rippled because they were NOT dry. I had a hard time getting anyone to pay attention to me saying there is a problem. He came over & wiped my thumbs down & repainted those but completely ignored me saying ALL of them a messed up. He never listened another min nor did anyone else working there. Now I have paid for the worst job ever ! I'm going to warn people with this & other reviews as well as posters around the area. Just remembered I paid with a CC so I can dispute the charge & at least get my money back. read more
