Lush has always been my go to nail place for years. I get pedicures once or twice a month and always get them to cut any ingrown toe nails and have never had issues until this time. They used a a pointy tool that looked like a metal nail file instead of the clippers I normally see. The very next day my toe hurt, was red, hot to touch, and was draining pus. I called Lush to let them know that my toe now looked to be infected, and was extremely nice and did not ask for anything in return. The man that I spoke with proceeded to tell me that was normal, to be expected, and asked who did my pedicure so that he could let her know not to cut that deep again. Being that I have a health care background, I was surprised to hear him assure me this was "normal", when I know that it is in fact not normal. Be aware. read more

I really enjoyed this shop. I came as a walk-in, they got me in and out in an hour for a fill in. I got exactly the design I asked for as well, so that was a plus. I have been here a handful of times and chose this nail salon on a whim. They have always provided excellent service with reasonable prices. I typically get a gel manicure and pedicure and they both last me around 3 weeks with no peeling or chipping. I've never had to wait to be seated and everyone has always been super polite. I took my 5 year old to get pampered by getting her nails and toes painted. I just got a deluxe pedicure. I'm pretty sure the technician forgot I was getting a deluxe pedicure and just did a basic spa pedicure (but it was more just like a polish change) yet, still charged me for a deluxe. We were both done in less than 15 minutes. The technician was very rude and my feet are still just as rough as when I came in. I could have done a better pedicure at home. Pros: Gorgeous location, nice new spa chairs, huge array of services. Cons: My pedi consisted of 98% massaging my legs (which I appreciated). I am sure she spent 10 minutes total on my feet and 8 of those were the 5 layers of polish it took. I chose a neutral color, and she struggled to get coverage. The polish is so thick it is cracking an hour later and looks like gel. Also my feet are just as rough as when I came in. She used the pumice stone maybe a total of 2 minutes and there was definitely a need for more. Truthfully, I am less upset about the polish (I'm going to take it off), but sucks to pay $45 and come out with rough feet. Full disclosure- I didn't complain while there. I hate conflict, so I didn't give them the chance to fix it. Maybe they would have. read more

Terrible customer service!!! The technician had a nasty attitude, as if she was annoyed by the mere presence of me and my wife. Personally, I believed ishe had an issue with our race because we were African Americans. Her attitude and every action was very nasty. ABSOLUTELY the worse pedicure EVER!!! When I told the water was cold she grab the water hose and sprayed hot water directly on my ankle. She completed a the lust signature Pedicure in less than 10 minutes and left scrub oils and residue all over my legs. She then put oil on my toes and stood up said she done and walked off. Did not offer me my shoes or any slippers they normally give you when they are finish with your pedicure. If the intent was to make the experience so bad that I would not come back ....she was very successful!!! I WILL NOT RETURN!! read more

My nail started lifting after 3 days. Instead of fixing it the female Van Tran told me that it was my fault my nail with lifting and that she wouldn't fix it. When I told her that it was her work she got even more rude and called me crazy and all kinds of names and again said it was my fault and asked why the other ones weren't lifting which I told her that is my point exactly the one should not be lifting after three days and I didn't know why it was lifting because it was her work. She continued to accuse me of bumping my nail.... now mind you had I bumped my nail hard enough for it to lift I am sure it would have also broken or split. Terrible customer service. Staff is very rude and not professional. The only conversation is to try and up sell you on gel and sns. And if you say no they get an attitude and don't want to service you. I've been coming here for about a year and just today my friend noticed that they seem to be more rude to me than her. Went there for manicure while in Warner Robins for a wedding. They did a nice job on my nails but the technician was VERY rude.

I typically don't come on yelp and write reviews I usually read them and make a judgment based off that whether I want to go somewhere or get their service. Today- I decided to give a new nail salon a try! This one. So- I w my in by appointment to sign my name and sat. No one greeted me for at least 2 minutes. The lady closest to me looked up and said hello what do you need. I said I have an appointment to get a pedicure and powder dip she said OK. A few minutes later a gentleman asked me to come to the back and have a seat for a pedicure while he's getting my pedicure I noticed that he was not doing things that typically most salons do he didn't ask me to cut my nails down I had to ask him he didn't clean underneath my toenails again I had to ask him they typically scrub the bottom of your feet with a brick type looking thing he did my right foot and completely skipped the left I had to tell him excuse me you forgot the left foot. He then did it. (Why am I asking?!) I then moved onto a different gentleman to do my nails he didn't talk to me the entire time I tried to explain to him that one nail need to be filed a little bit more grab my finger and start a filing said nothing. I remain quiet for the rest of the time just watching his moves I then went to the register to pay and my total should have been $75. (I asked prior) The guy says $85 I said for what he said coffin shaped nails and your nails are longer. (I kid you not my nails are not long at ALL!!) if anything medium length. I work with little kids so trust me when I say they are not long. At that point I felt I needed to express the pedicure issue his response was well did he do it after you asked him I said yes sir he did but my point is I had to ask him to do the things that typically should be done during a pedicure. And on top of that you are now up charging me $10 more then what I was quoted. Needless to say I paid for my service but told him I thought the service was poor and that I would definitely not be returning. I honestly came here because the pictures of other peoples nails looked really good. $85 is crazy! I got nothing spectacular no glitter no design and still paid a ridiculous amount. Frustrating! Owner asked me what I wanted and told him I had appointment with Tina. He told me to sit at a pedicure chair. I sat without water or assistance for 23 minutes while Tina did someon's nails. I went to have my nails filled in & was very disappointed, the nail polish was kind of thick & it didn't show at the beginning but when I went outside it showed & I came back to the salon & explained to the tech the problem (David) he claimed it was my nails not the nail polish, I said to him that I didn't like the way my nails looked & he told me to sit & wait that he was going to fix it. When he finally asked to sit down he was so rude & harsh with me, pulling my hands & almost to the point of almost making me cry & talking to the other techs in their language! Yesterday I went to Lush and I have to say it was fantastic! AAAAA+ I went in to try them because I needed a new nail salon my last one was starting to get sub-par with their work. So I was on the lookout and found Lush. I went in and was greeted right away. I had no appointment but they got me in right away ( I was prepared to wait because I did not have an appointment but that would have been fine with me ). I needed an SNS with tips and a gel toenail polish change. I was handed over to the nail tech Michael. He was very attentive, professional, gentle, and on point. He is quiet and that is fine with me he is very kind. They do chat back and forth between them in their own language and I would definitely expect that. I am in their salon. Yes, they do speak English very well and understand you ( so if this offends you that they speak their own language you have a problem ). My nails and toes are beautiful and that's what I went there for. The shop is very clean and shiny. They offer tons of different services in a peaceful environment ( so please turn off your speakerphone, and loud ringers, loud obnoxious talking. No one wants to hear your personal business. So as a customer turn your phone off before you come in). I absolutely love Lush and will be a forever customer. Great people great service for what you pay for. read more

Went here to get a quick pedi and mani w/ gel polish instead of going to my regular spa. There was a little wait but not long, they were busy as it is a holiday. I was greeted by a gentleman when I walked in and he told me they would be with me soon, pick my color. I was seated in the pedicure area, which I do like that the pedicure area is separate than the nail area. Gives a little more privacy. The lady that did my nails was pregnant but that didn't stop her from giving me a great pedicure. She did a wonderful massage and my toe nails were nice and neat. The shop is absolutely beautiful!!! The staff offers hand sanitizer when you arrive, everyone wears masks, all customers are spaced apart, and stations are cleaned/sanitized as customers leave. my mom will no longer be a loyal paying customer here. we made appts at 10 am for 5 pedicures at 3 o'clock. we waited until 3:30 before we got to our pedi chairs and then we waited another 30 mins until we were serviced. no apology or anything from anyone in the salon. my mom walked out at 4:30 after no one had serviced her or even apologized for the wait. also they messed up my sister's polish and blamed her for it before they fixed it. as a practicing cosmetologist idc how pretty your salon is or how good you think you are at your job. this is not how you run a business. If I could, I would leave no stars. I have been going here since they opened in the spring and they always do an amazing job. I brag about them and show off my nails to everyone. I decided to spring for all the females in my family to get pedicures. Since it was a large party, I made an appointment for 5 pedicures and 2 fills. We arrived on time and they weren't ready, that's okay. They had us wait while they prepared the pedicure chairs. We then were seated where the rest of my party waited another hour for their pedicures to finally start. Another 30 minutes went by and they still hadn't started on me. Not once did anyone even speak to me or apologize for the wait or anything. Almost as if I were invisible. So I left. I took money back in to my family so they could pay and that's when the owner wanted to talk to me and offer me free services next week.
