They did accommodate a walk-in mani/pedi. She drilled the gel off my nails,, which is fine - my manicurist at home does the same. However, when the polish was off, she then used the drill to sand off another layer of my natural nails!! The polish chipped within 2 days and my natural nails are now flimsy and soft. I'm so upset!!!

I was surprised at how easily we were seen on a Saturday morning but I believe it was spring break so maybe that's why! Brenda did my manicure and pedicure this time and she was phenomenal. She did a wonderful job especially shaping my nails. Her attention to detail was very much appreciated. And the price of $53 for both services was an added bonus. I will definitely be coming here when I come visit my family! The entire staff was helpful and kind and made my mom and sister comfortable as well.
