I booked my lymphatic massage with Spa Twenty Two and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Entering the spa was very welcoming and clean. The intake process was easy and I was on my way to relax. Once changed, there is a lounge area with a large supply of beverages and snacks. My therapist Lisa came and then I stated my session. She was knowledgeable and very helpful. I will definitely be back to get some of their traditional services. read more

Love this place! It's a welcoming and calming place. They even offer snacks and beverages while waiting between services. First visit was a couple's massage. Amanda and Tabitha were so great we scheduled another couple's massage. I had a facial and waxing services by Hailey, she's wonderful! This is my new place! Thank you! read more

I was on the way back from a medical appointment in Atlanta and had been in dire need of a good quality, connected massage and exfoliation treatment for months. I had booked one a few weeks before this one where I currently live (Augusta, GA), and it was terrible. On my way back from Atlanta, I called several places on the way, all of which were either booked or did not answer. My last try was this place and I am so grateful I found them. Not only is my lucky number 22, but when I went in there, it was EXACTLY the vibe I've needed for so long. The decor is individually decorated, soothing, magical, and has several different themed rooms to for all types of people and all needs. They sell amazing local bath products that are made from healthy, organic materials and essential oils - not synthetic fragrance! In fact, this might be the only business like this these days without horrible plug-ins and synthetic fragrances everywhere (so bad for you). Everything was natural, fresh, and smelled wonderful. And above all, Julz made this visit especially wonderful. She is connected, emotionally intelligent, kind, gentle, and amazing at bodywork. She gave me not only the exfoliation I needed, but the best head-to-toe massage I have had in ages. I swear, it was healing. She seemed to know I needed this. She even left me with a message that still stays with me on hard days. She made a difference in my life. I recommend her!!! read more

Take your time and money to any other spa in town. A company that won't honor gift cards from the previous owner because they have to pay out of pocket for it themselves. When you buy a company you buy their debt and previous customers typically. Unless of course you can't be bothered to make any concessions- "there is just nothing we can do." Quite possibly the most incompetent reply a small business owner can say to a customer regarding the business THEY OWN. Actually, yes, there is something you can do. Next time please just say, "sorry I don't care and I'm not going to help you." No worries I won't return, recommend or support you either. read more

She was kind, professional, personable, and did a great job! Id giver her personally 5 stars! However, the front desk ladies need improvement. They seemed overwhelmed, undertrained, and one lacked professionalism. Rather than accept her/their mistake with the mishandling of incoming customers, she tried to blame me for them losing track of what was going on. She provided her two cents on what I "should've done" and gave advice on what I "needed to do" next time. Interestingly enough, 2 other customers (apparently familiar with how things SHOULD go) came in & did exactly as I had done. So clearly, there's a lack of continuity. And the WAIT (SMH). I can tolerate the wait to be seen by a tech (there's usually a wait) but waiting to check out was ridiculous. I stood there as the other girl fumbled through booking an appointment over the phone & called for help from the other girl. I then waited while both of them tried to figure out what to do. I've been a customer at this location for years and usually have a great experience overall. I hope they solicit additional training so that the quality of customer service at the front desk can be improved.
