I was supposed to have a line art heart on the ring finger of each hand but even with the picture literally pulled up next to me on the table she still forgot it. The nail process was very unsanitary and she reused multiple nasty files and drill tips. About half way through one of her repeat clients came in, so she them proceeded to rush through my manicure and even told the regular to "give me five minutes" even though we hadn't even started the gel polish yet.

Now I'm looking to find a spa closer to my home. SASS is not going to be the spa for me. I was very excited for my 90 minute massage and facial today. The massage was good. Good pressure, massage therapist pleasant and attentive. My experience was not so great with the facial. The lady who did my facial was very nice and explained all the "steps"of my facial very well. As sweet as she was, my First major issue is that her hands smelled of cigarettes (although I do believe they were clean). She had some technical difficulties with the ring light at the beginning, but she resolved it and we moved on. But y'all, I was not happy with the quality of this facial. My major issue was being left in the room with an LED mask for a treatment with no light coming from the mask! I couldn't even tell you how long I was left alone. I ended up taking off the mask and calling for her. No answer. So I left the room to look for her and when I returned she was there but said nothing about the LED mask light not working. Like are people paying for this as part of a facial treatment and getting nothing? Very awkward for me. I didn't appreciate that. I paid for my service/tip and left and I won't be returning.
