I had a great experience with Bo during my (first) previous visit for a pedicure, so I was hopeful about returning. However, my recent visit left me extremely disappointed. I went in for a pedicure and full set, showing the nail tech a clear inspiration picture. What I received was NOT what I asked for. The nails are poorly shaped and inconsistent in length, with two nails even slanted. At checkout, I was quoted $75 and I thought that was the total price for both the pedicure and full set. However, I later realized that the $75 was just for the full set alone and I was charged separately for the pedicure. This was unclear at the time. I felt misled when I saw the final price, which was much higher than expected. $135 in total! When I expressed my concern about the price and asked for explanation of it, I was offered five dollars off, with no clear reasoning. At this point I walked out to my car. As I sat there I noticed the mistakes with my nails, I went back inside to speak with the nail tech. She struggled to justify the pricing and when a second employee joined in, I was quoted different prices for a simple polish change (still willing to pay even with being unhappy with my nails). I began to feel like I was being charged unfairly, possibly because of my appearance. Meaning I could afford the price tag. In the end, I was quoted an additional $25 just to change the polish to a French manicure, which felt unreasonable. Given the service's response, inconsistent quality and what seemed like unjustified pricing, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. I've paid less for better quality elsewhere and after spending $100 (with no problem) just weeks ago on a pedicure (not including the tip), I expected much more from this business. read more

I will not be returning to this salon I showed a pic of what I wanted and the lady ding my nails told me she could do it then she started painting them and I told her I wanted marble and she put stripes on my finger nails and I said it's nothing like marble and she said she can't do that bc it's a powder in the picture and I told her that is what I wanted and she insisted that the stripes is what everyone likes and I told her I wanted why I showed her and she still didn't give it to me and I asked is she has any sparkle polishes and she just grabbed one and started painting she did not listen to anything I asked for and also cut me many many times with her nail file read more

Excellent staff here. I usually get my nails done by Tom or Henry. Both are excellent and sometimes have a wait because of this. They take their time to do the job right and will converse with you if you like. Definitely my new favorite nail spot. Don't be thrown off by the outside atmosphere. No No No! Went in for a gel polish, they insisted powder very much safer and healthier for your nails. Wish I could post pic of my destroyed nails. Nail pros say operator shaved off too much of my nail and ridiculous thick application of powder. Will take months to grow damage out. Today I had the worst experience ever!!! Waited an hour for a mani/pedi, no problem no hubby no kids I'm ok. David (older gentlemen)was my technician. Just a few complaints, coffin shaped nails on one hand square on the other. I was told the 2 rings he gave were my only gel color options not true. I was also assured by David 3 times he could do the design ,4 if u include the 2nd person he asked about the design. The 4th party told me David would be able to accomplish something like that which I agreed to. one of the best nail experiences I've had in a long time. I used to go to Lovely nails but the quality of their work has DRASTICALLY declined! so I decided to try another shop and I'm glad I did. I had to do a little bit of coaching when it cMe to my nails but overall they came out perfect. they didn't rush through the work but they still finished in a timely manner. My girlfriend and I were advised to try this nail salon out, we were looking for a new place with new experiences.. We were told to ask for Daisy and let me tell you honey did a GREAT JOB! Daisy really took her time with myself and my girlfriend she didn't rush even though we could tell she was exhausted and tired! I received the jelly soak with the Volcano Deluxe and my girlfriend received the Aroma Deluxe and we both were satisfied and pleased! Daisy was AMAZING and I suggest everyone to try out Luxury Nails and to ask for Daisy to do your pedicure! They are very friendly and the prices are lower than most in town but my nails after 4 days getting the shalac gel polish my gel began to chip, i went back they fixed no charge (i tipped of course), then 3 days later had to go back for another repair. Came in with very short natural nails, I admit. Wanted French Tips with acrylic, as well as keeping them pretty short. My, when done they were very thick and two tone: white from the acrylic and clear from the thick layer of paste on top. Two-tone. He tried to make them thinner but I finally nicely said I'd rather them taken off. The manager came over and worked very hard, finally making them palatable. Still unhappy but wanted out. Never made an effort to remove as I requested repeatedly, just grabbing my hand repeatedly and filing. I also received several lectures since it was my fault. I have been going to this place for years and I'm very understanding but past fees time I've been the wait time is ridiculous, well this time I'm venting. I waited two hours in a pedicure chair before they came and then the lady was really rough with mine and my child's feet I told them the water was way to hot and left my feet beet red to top it off she cut my toe, thought ok when I go to my same nail tech it was going to get better but no he cut my finger and made it bleed because he got to close to my cuticles. well as i finally proceeded to check out every time my price is different but we always get the same thing nothing extra he charged me 100.00 when I said something he said no that is the same price all the time. I always use my debit card so I can track it and no it is not the same. So because of wait time and hurting me twice and not being honest this has finally turned me away. I was delighted with the service. The girl said 2 dollars for gel on my toes after my pedicure. I said no problem, but I repeated 2 back to her several time, because I wanted to be sure and she repeated it back to me. I don't want them to feel taken advantage of, but, at the same time, I would like to not be taken advantage of, as well. When it came time to check out, the girl suddenly learned the word "twelve" instead of "two". I told her there was no way I was paying 12 dollars for my toes to be painted on top of a 30 pedicure for myself and my daughter and manicure w/gel for my daughter and fill and gel for myself. The gentleman that worked with her was laughing at her because I was not going to let her take advantage of me and he knew I had called the bluff on her little scheme to make 20 dollars extra off my daughter and I and blame it on a miscommunication due to a language barrier.
