It hurts me to leave this review. I was going to Golden Nails in Warner Robins for a while to see Sara. She does great nails and always have a smile on her face. I ALWAYS tip her very good! I mean like $15-$20 tip. I would stand outside on a Saturday and wait almost two hours to see her until she informed me that she took same day appts. I was sooo happy to know that. I used to not have problems getting in in the evenings like 4:45pm bc Sara assured me that I shouldn't wait outside for two hours like I use too and that I can call for an appt same day and she will take me in. Everytime she took me in I ALWAYS tip her handsomely! I know that business is usually slow during the weekdays. This particular time , I called on a Thursday as soon as they opened to see if I can get a appt for like 4:45or later. She told me that "u called too late" and that she already had four people that day. She advised me to go to her friend but I was like "nall I am good".. I knew something wasn't right bc Sarah NEVER advised that before since I have been going to her. So I didn't think nothing else of it, so I hung up the phone. I called back the same day to see maybe I can call ahead to get in for that next week and she advised me that I couldn't do that and that I would have to call the same day. I thought this was strange bc I was in her chair before when other clients have called and she put them down for a future appt. So again I was like "okay no problem". Didn't think nothing of it bc I was thinking Sara is good and always treated me right so I will just try again next week. I believe it was the Monday or Tuesday of the next week, I called soon as they opened, no answer. I called again, no answer. At this point I felt like my call was being ignored. I texted her phone and she didn't answer right off. Mind you, Sarah knows her loyal clients phone number by memory. So I called private, Johnny answered and said that Sarah will be in at 11:00 or 11:30am. I automatically knew this was a lie. I had my sister and friend call around 10ish and guess what? Johnny answered and said Sarah not busy and they can come right in to get their nails done. I was too hurt bc I was told Sara would be in at 11:00 or 11:30am. So it came to my mind that she didn't want to do my nails bc she usually spend about 2 hours on my nails bc of the designs I usually let her pick out after showing her several pictures. I texted her and told her that my friends and I will go to Studio Nails. She texted me back very quick and I quote "Hope to catch you next time babe ".... I knew then that she didn't want to do my nails. Like I stated before she does good nails, very good nails but I just couldn't believe she did a customer (me) who is not picky, tips good, always nice and smiling and referred several people to her like that. I would have rather for her to tell me that she would rather do my nails earlier in the day instead of just ignoring me like that. That was my experience. I will not be returning and I will not refer anyone else. read more

Best salon ever. The owners are very professional and friendly. The salon is nice and clean. The customer service is unmatched compared to other salons in town. They follow exactly what you want while other artists just say "yeah, yeah" and do what they want. This was my first time here and I decided to take my 5 year old niece with me. They treated her like a princess and gave her exactly what she wanted. Most places get impatient with children regardless of how they act. Not here. They didn't say a peep about her standing next to me. The pricing was a little high, I think. It's not that I mind because you really get what you pay for here. I just wanted to mention that for all the penny pinchers out there that may complain- even though getting your nails done is a luxury . Everything I was paid for was broken down without me even asking, which is awesome!!!! This is my new favorite spot. I got so many compliments as soon as I left the shop!! Bravo, bravo, bravo!!! The wait time no matter when you go is could be better. It's a hit and miss with getting quality service. The first time I went I had to have them redone by the end of the week as they were lumpy and the polish was coming off. The second time I went well and my nails held up until fill in. So I decided to give them another chance. Had them done yesterday the third time and gel polish is already coming off and they are closed today. If you have a tech that does well, it's best to just ask for them and wait until they are available. It will save you a lot of time in the end of having to go back and get them fixed. read more

Not really thrilled. Felt like I had to talk the nail tech through my whole pedicure. Very sloppy paint job but she was very nice.

This is unfortunate because my first experience was great. However, this was my second visit and the owner literally had me wait 45 mins and serviced three people that came in after me. I have never been so angry enough to post a review. So unprofessional and I will never come back. He avoided eye contact with me because he knew he was wrong. I would not recommend this nail salon. Nina and Tina are both great nail artists. However, the management is rude and does not seem to care about customer satisfaction. After scheduling appointments for over 6 months I was told they did not accept appointments. Whenever u attempted to call and see the wait time for a specific nail tech a female manager would always tell me the wait time was hours and I could walk in and wait. After trying to see a specific tech for two months I gave up and walked in on a Monday afternoon. The sane female that was rude on the phone multiple times greeted me and told me the wait time for the tech I wanted would be over two hours. I decided to branch out and ask if anyone else was available. I had a young male do my pedicure. Multiple times I asked him to stop cutting my ingrowns because he was hurting me, but he kept saying he was almost done. When he flipped and filed my nails they were uneven but I assumed he would even them out at the end. When he went to polish my nails light pink there was still green polish on from my previous pedicure. I am not sure if the male was new and in training, or having an off day. I asked the female who greeted me if I could make an appointment to have it redone by someone and she told me other people could not do each others work. I expressed if I were paying for a pedicure I expected a good product, and not for it to look like I'd done it at home myself. Regardless if a customer is paying for something they should receive a product they are happy with and if they are unhappy management should attempt to find a solution. She didn't bother to look at the polish job he had done to see how poorly the outcome was. I will no longer recommend this salon to anyone and discourage you from going to avoid wasting your money or time. read more
