I am happy to report that Drew is the best tech I have EVER had. In addition to being thorough, she was super friendly and we had great conversation throughout. I just moved here from Kansas City and don't know anyone and I think I love it here because of her, lol. Thanks Drew! The only things I would say could use improvements are as follows- -Being able to schedule an appointment would be so much easier and more convenient for a lot of us... this was my first time and I waited about 30 minutes but I imagine it could get a lot longer -Having the option of choosing to do all hard wax as I know some people can have adverse side effects with the soft wax and strips, myself being one in the past. I was surprised at how easily we were seen on a Saturday morning but I believe it was spring break so maybe that's why! Brenda did my manicure and pedicure this time and she was phenomenal. She did a wonderful job especially shaping my nails. Her attention to detail was very much appreciated. And the price of $53 for both services was an added bonus.
