Good pressure, massage therapist pleasant and attentive. My experience was not so great with the facial. The lady who did my facial was very nice and explained all the "steps"of my facial very well. As sweet as she was, my First major issue is that her hands smelled of cigarettes (although I do believe they were clean). She had some technical difficulties with the ring light at the beginning, but she resolved it and we moved on. But y'all, I was not happy with the quality of this facial. My major issue was being left in the room with an LED mask for a treatment with no light coming from the mask! I couldn't even tell you how long I was left alone. I ended up taking off the mask and calling for her. No answer. So I left the room to look for her and when I returned she was there but said nothing about the LED mask light not working. Like are people paying for this as part of a facial treatment and getting nothing? Very awkward for me. I didn't appreciate that. I paid for my service/tip and left and I won't be returning.

She did a wonderful job especially shaping my nails. Her attention to detail was very much appreciated. And the price of $53 for both services was an added bonus. I will definitely be coming here when I come visit my family! The entire staff was helpful and kind and made my mom and sister comfortable as well.

There are numerous nail shops in the area but this particular shop had the best rating so that's why we chose this location.The shop was not very busy when we arrived so they were able to seat us immediately. The ambiance was comfortable and the techs were friendly. Everything was clean. I chose to get a Gel French pedicure and and my husband had clear polish added to his nails. They took their time with the pedicures, it was relaxing. This was my husband's first time getting his toes done but it won't be the last, he enjoyed it. My French pedicure was done meticulously, and I was very happy with the outcome. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the service. I plan to come back to Genji Nails. Based on the sign on the door they close at 7pm everyday and are closed on Sundays so plan accordingly.
