I wish it was a way to give no stars. I am Buisness owner , a serial entrepreneur and have very little time to do anything. My time is valuable and my hair is precious to me. I booked Shaudee for the 24th at 10 am. I booked a color , cut and style. I sent her several pictures of the desired look cut and style . She stated that she could do it. I specifically asked for a twist out and the color had to be silver gray all over. She blew my hair out , bleached the top which was already 75 % gray , then came in about 15 mins later to apply the bleach to the darkest part which was the back / sides . The color didn't bleach light enough . I started to feel tingling and asked if that was normal . She washed it out and showed me the results which was a light blonde with hints of orange at the tips. Of course she had to tone it . Then , she showed me the color chart for the grays that she thought my hair could take due to it not lighting enough for the initial color . I didn't like any of the colors because it looked brownish gray. She then stated it looks good blonde . I said that my husband loves me in blonde and although I did want silver gray if it didn't lighten up enough for the gray I wanted then just bring me the blonde charts for me to pick out a blonde tone. I waited as the toner she put on got to a beautiful shade of blonde that I had worn before . I said I like this . I texted my hubby and told him I'm gonna not go silver, because it didn't take . I had decided on staying the color it toned to . Shaudee washed my the toner out , conditioned my hair , and put what I thought to be a leave in conditioner on my hair . I say for another 15-20 mins in the wash chair, because she was doing a Clients hair . Shaudee told me to come to the chair and I saw my hair which was not blonde any more , not silver gray either . It was a grayish /brownish . I said to her what color is this and she stated this is a color I did not show you ,but thought would look good on your hair. I specifically asked for the blonde shaded because if my hair wasn't going to be silver gray I did not want it a dingy gray with brown highlights. I had a very important tv podcast show airing the next day . I specifically asked for what I wanted . Although, I was not pleased i proceeded with letting her finish my hair to see if it would look better. She began to style it as we spoke about the cut in detail. I specifically asked for a twist out/ two strand twist. She said that is what she would do but she applied Narobi and gel to my newly bleached hair and combed it with a small comb and did a wet set . She said it will look just like a twist out . She sat me under a hooded dryer for 20 mins , my hair was flat to my head , very dry and brittle . It looked like an dry old Jerry curl . It had to style the hair but pulling it up , teasing it and trying to make it look decent before leaving. She shaped my hair around sides , and cut the longer part in back to give it a shape . I had to ask her to curl the sides after she saw that it didn't resemble what wanted there should have been an apology, discount or a total redo . She did say if o could come k at 5 :30 she'd do the twist out. I had sat there for hours getting a style done that should have only taken 2.5 hours at the most . I was there from 10:10 - 3:30 pm. I had other appointments and my schedule was pretty busy. Shaudee's was very rude after she messed up my hair . Shaudee initially tried to charge $170 which is not what was texted to me when we were discussing prices. I was already displeased about my experience, hair style , and color. I texted her a screenshot of what we agreed upon . She changed the price to the $130. The only reason I paid was ,because of not wanting to get in trouble with the law . I am very displeased with my hair , I ended up having to restyle my hair the next morning . My hair was dry , very brittle and brown and dingy gray all over . This is nothing what I asked for . She didn't even apologize, say goodbye or anything . Shaudee had the nerve to be upset about a service she did that looked like a hair student did. I'm disgusted! Shaudee should have never chosen a color for me without my consent, she should have done the style I requested her to do instead of doing what she wanted to do to save her time ,because she had other clients, she should have never put damaging gel on my hair especially after bleaching it, she should have never left until I was satisfied as a customer. I am very disappointed in the way this situation was handled. It is distasteful to have someone working for your establishment that displays actions like this. read more

I was impressed, Shantae got my daughter in immediately. I forgot to book an appointment for her with my stylist to get her hair down for homecoming. I called and shortly after Shantae sent me a link to book the appointment for my daughter's "up-do". It looked great and it was such a relief. My daughter was ready with Tom to spare. They both really listen to understand what I'm looking for and they nail it, each time. The salon itself is clean and is run quite smoothly. It's not loud and overstimulating like some salons. My little girls and I went to Cindy. She can cut and color. She's very patient and gives you what you want and answers every question.

Horrible. People not trained. They do not know how to do a simple blowout. And overcharged me for a poor job because she knew I was unhappy and would not be giving a tip. I am shocked this is what passes for a blowout in this town. I have straight black hair and all I asked is for the tips of my hair to be curled in. She blows my hair straight and then uses hairspray with a brush to curl in the tips which didn't even work! Would not recommend and will never come back here. read more

I've been here several times and gotten great service every time. The stylist did exactly what I wanted and for a reasonable price, too! Some stylists in Warner Robins seem to have no imagination - they do the one thing they were taught the one way they were taught it, and that's what you get, regardless. Not so at J Andrews. If I want to experiment with my bangs or do something different or retro, my stylist is right there with me and gives me what I want, not what "the book" says. I really enjoyed this place. Great open interior. I went a while ago but the girl who colored my hair fixed a lot of mistakes that I wanted to correct. The salon was clean and staff friendly but, the haircut and style I received was nothing like I wanted. I brought a picture in for a general idea of what I wanted. I was told no problem. However, when the cut and style was finished it was much shorter than requested which length was discussed numerous times. Also the bangs were uneven and too short. I would rather be told a hair style is not going to work and discuss options than be told "no problem" when there is definitely a problem.
