Services are terrible by the men. They do the bare minimum but up charge for every little thing. I got a pedicure no color and the service was still terrible. He didn't wanna do the massage because I turned down the more expensive option that he suggested, he barely used the scrub brush and he cut me with the nail clippers. BEWARE of the UP SALES!!!!! What they CHARGE You.... I went back because MiMi did a great job on my eye lashes. But beware of the up sales and the charges. I told Hanna that I wanted #2 pedicure. Which was 42 or 47$. I didn't want to sit long because MiMi was waiting on me for my eye lashes. She tells me you don't want 3# it's better. I said No I want 2#. She did a good job but when I checked out. I was charged 102. 57$ for the pedicure and 45 for my eye lashes. I thought that I found a place to have everything done but I haven't. I will just get my eyelashes done by MiMi and go somewhere else to get my pedicure. Then I drove 45 mins to get this done. They would t let me use coupon because it's not for hands or feet service. Guye game me the coupon only if I took down my review. My nail job was good and they have stood the test of time (going on 2 weeks now), but I don't like the way this place does business. I wanted tips glues on and painted black for Halloween. I normally don't' wear nails so I didn't want anything fancy...just something to match my Halloween costume. I asked the nail technician how much it would cost to glue tips on and paint them black. She said $25 so I decided to do it. After I sat down she tried to talk me into buying more expensive nails (gel, SNS, etc). I had to reiterate to her several times I just wanted tips and paint. She was very rough with my hand and even made my thumb bleed from being too rough with the nail file. When she started to cut the tips, she asked if I wanted rounded or square. I told her I wanted pointed nails like stiletto. She told me that was $5 extra dollars. And still, the shape is more almond, not super pointy. My sister, who does her nails all the time, said that's ridiculous. They should not charge extra for the shape. I felt they were taking advantage of me because I turned down all their offers for more expensive nails/treatment. Needless to say...I'll go somewhere else next time...based on principle. read more

So I've visited the salon.I think three times so far. And have not had any problems with the quality of work until today. My nail tech was very nice and we talked often often on and I liked her. However I just have to say that I have had neater manicures in the past. I might be nit-picking here, but I had to clean up quite a few nails when I got home. The bigger problem I had with the salon is the last 2 times I've gone here, the workers have tried to talk me into purchasing more services at a higher price. The last time I was there I felt like I was being pushed to purchase a more fancy type of pedicure. This time it was suggested that I get a fancier manicure in my eyebrows done next time. I have told the people in this business before that I don't have a lot of money. I'm on SS & can only afford to go to the salon about 3 times a year. & although you get what you pay for here at this salon in the future I kow I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Found this place in tiktok as I was looking for a salon that offers GelX. I was home for the holidays and familiar with the area but never been to this salon. Their work seemed really good especially since they offered GelX. Called the place to confirm they offer GelX and made an appt for this type of application. I get there and the salon is so messy and didn't feel clean. I should've left right then and there. I was sat right next to the entrance so people were constantly coming in and out. It was not an enjoyable experience. The place was so hot and muggy I felt like I was breathing dirty air. I waited almost an hour over my appt time just to get some guy who didn't even listen to what I asked for. He asked what I wanted, I showed my inspo pic and ask for gel x... he gave me acrylics. I should've stopped him as he was gluing the tips to my skin and nails but at this point I was over it. It's hard to stand up for yourself in a salon like this because they don't even listen to begin with and they don't care about your overall experience nor nail health. Even when you do and make them do it right, best believe they're talking bad about you to their people in their language. So rude to even do. They just want the money. One of the big reasons why I stopped going to salons. The overall work was so bad and ugly. His acrylic application was so thick and messy. He tried to convince me to put a design on my nails to cover up his shitty work. Obviously if my inspo pic doesn't have design, I don't want design... Never asked me to wash my hands after drilling thick acrylic so had acrylic particles all over my hands during polish application and even rubbing in the cuticle oil on my hands with the particles. I wanted red french tips for christmas and he had to redo one nail over and over again, leaving red polish all over the nail which you could see below the french tip line. My inspo pic had a NUDE and almost see thru base then the red tip. This guy gave me PINK acrylic, obviously not see thru, then painted red polish. EW!! Left polish all over my fingers around my nails. Through out the appt, he tried talking to me which it's hard for me to understand those with strong dialect as i'm hard of hearing, he proceeded to laugh at me and talk in his language to others (which i find very rude in general as we all know they're just talking shit about you). I never understand why the act like they can't speak understandable english. I rather you do my nails, correctly, and then i'm off my way. Paid $78 for shitty work and nothing what I asked for. The girl at the desk knew i called for gelx, watched this guy apply acrylic, looked over multiple times with a face like "i thought she was getting gelx" and not once did she say anything. I also find it rude and uncomfortable to watch you complete the transaction to see how much tip you're leaving them. I'm saying hovering over your shoulder watching you think about how much you're leaving. I wanted to tip 0 but I gave the guy like $13 tip. I knew I was never coming back and just wanted to get the hell out of there. They know what they're doing when they pressure you like that and damn was I a good target that day. I ended up going to a different salon to get them taken off. Since GelX isn't popular in this area, I ended up not having Christmas nails and i'm out $90 in total. Let's just say, I am not going back to this place nor a salon ever again. I'll stick with private techs who care about your experience and nail health or start doing them myself. It is not worth the time and money to deal with these people when they don't care about anything but flipping customers. read more

Annie and Lynn do nails really well. I normally don't have problems when one of them do my nails. Recently I haven't been satisfied with this shop overall. Every technician is different; however, you should be able to get your nails done by any technician and be satisfied, but that's not the case here. The service has gone down stream and continuing to degrade. I'm looking for another shop. Until I find one I'll search around. read more

I went in to get my nails filled and painted. I had a very busy week and the last time I was in I got gel and before I even left it started to bubble. Also tried to get the tiger eye gel nails and it was horrible the girl was nice but didn't know how to do it so the new owner tried and she said it's suppose to look like that and I showed her a picture of my nails a month ago from a nail salon and she said that's not your nails and argued with me over it.. any way so I decided I would get regular nail polish instead and the husband said really just regular and I said yes he slapped the paint on and said use the light to dry your nails.. well I moved to the drying table no help from him.. boy cot this place he is a cocky piece and I feel they should own a nail salon read more
