Usually, I never make an appointment, I just walk in and they are usually very quick to serve me with whatever I need. However, if there is a specific person you like working with, I would advise that you make an appointment. When you walk in, they will ask you what service you are looking for and tell you to go pick a color, and they have two walls filled with nail polishes and also a bin full of numerous acrylic, and SNS samples. Their manicurist and pedicurists take their time and are extremely thorough throughout the entire process. To begin everything is sanitized extremely thoroughly. For pedicures a plastic cover is put over the bowl, and the tools are put in the oven and then a new plastic sanitary covering. Pedicures include a sugar scrub and a nice massage. For manicures, the special touches are a great arm massage and hands placed in a heated glove to soften cuticles. I highly recommend this place! Tip: Remember to bring cash because you cannot tip on credit card unless you remember to tell them before!

First thing I noticed was the music blasting. There is no problem with music but blasting in the nail salon is not what I was looking for.
