Absolutely awful job. Lady that did my toes was extremely rude and the lady that painted my nails did a job that mirrored that of a 4-year-old. Im currently here getting a pedicure. I waited 30 mins to be serviced. When Ben came to start my pedicure my water was cold i asked for fresh water he got altitude. Him and the lady next to was kept laughing and playing. The customer service here is awful. Ill never be back! For these prices they should treat their customers way better! read more

If I could give them a zero I would. My experience was awful. I am a caucasian woman that speaks enough Vietnamese to understand the ladies at the salon. I was completely horrified when I heard them speaking about their customers. They are rude and very unprofessional. For any business establishment to do this is just horrific and down right rude. If any of you ever return to this establishment, know that they are more than likely speaking about you. I have been to this nail salon in June and July. My first visit the only thing I had done was a full acrylic set with gel nail polish which is priced on their website for $40. I was charged 89.00 even after I informed them of their listed price. After complaining about the price I was given a $10 off coupon for my next visit. My next visit was two weeks after for my first fill. I was charged 89 dollars for my first fill. Which is supposed to be 20 dollars. I had 5 nails that were lifted due to the poor quality of their work. They charged me and additional 3 dollars per nail that were lifted. After my 10 dollar off coupon, I was charged 89. The price was outrageous! After my first fill, within a week and a half, I had a nail pop off folding a towel. They never used a primer on my nails to help them stay on. I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years so I know how my nails are supposed to be done and know how long they are supposed to last. They are unprofessional, over priced and do horrible work. I will never go there again! This is nothing short of price gouging 101. The work performed was shady at best. Even with the so called 10.00 off coupon I still ended up paying over 50.00 then there posted prices. Even when I pointed out the price difference I was told I had to pay the price that they charged me for every broken nail. Their solution was a $10 off coupon. Business was filthy, rude. This is one of my favorite nail shops in the middle GA area. They did an excellent job on my mom's pedicure, and she had a chipped toe nail, once they were done you would have never known that it had been chipped. They really took their time with my nails and gave me exactly what I wanted. The staff was nice and friendly. They didn't rush like some nail places do. I was happy with the way my nails and toes turned out. The prices were a little above average but you get what you pay for. read more

I'm from out of town, when i come to WR, i usually use this salon but i probably will not be returning unless for a pedicure.. The pedicures i have gotten are always amazing, however my nails have had better care. I was getting ready to go to the beach, typically I get SNS but decided while getting a pedicure to save some money and get the gel nails, acrylic with gel polish.. i did not get any extra services, no manicure, cuticle cut down etc or design or specialized set just plain gel color. When getting to the register to pay, the total for my nails was $52 dollars alone. FIFTY TWO.. never in my life have i even paid that much for a set of nails.. even SNS, anywhere else. I'm not one to complain but this really did upset me especially after they started coming off and breaking after a week. The staff however is always so nice and kind. read more

I went to this nail salon for a pedicure and manicure. Now, let me begin by saying everyone there was nice and polite. Both my manicure and pedicure came out nice. The prices were reasonable. However, there were some cleanliness issues that I witnessed. After I moved from my pedicure chair to get a manicure I noticed that they quickly moved another client into the chair where I had been. They did not clean the foot tub at all between clients. At other nail salons they usually clean out the tub with soap. Fungus thrives in a wet environment. All it would take is one person with foot fungus. While getting my manicure the man doing nails next to my lady needed a cuticle clipper. The girl doing my nails quickly offered up the clipper that she had just used on me. The man took the tool and began using it on the lady next to me. Maybe I'm just a freak, but this bothered me. I think that for safety tools, tubs, etc, should be cleaned and sterilized between clients. I've known too many people who have developed fungus from nail salons. It also makes me wonder if all this was done in front of my eyes, what goes on when there are no clients watching? read more

Quality of their work is good. The only problem is they up charge everything. Even if you are placed in the "tranquil" room it is an additional $5.00, which I wasn't told until I saw the bill. They do good work but are at times pushy with the add on's (design, scrubs, etc...). I came here because there was a lot of hype About how nice this place is . They were wrong. My mom and I came her and spent 100 on just pedicures . Usually toe nail polish last forever .. At least three weeks . Well on my 5th day my toe nails started to chip. And i haven't done anything hard on my feet. I did not get what I asked for. I alerted my nail tech multiple times during the received service of what I wanted. She kept saying yes, yes. Once I realized she didn't know what I was saying, I alerted someone else about the issue, nothing was done and they stated it was too late to give me what I asked for in the first place and brushed it off. I went here for years, until I moved away. I recently went back while in town & noticed two things. The quality of work was not what it used to be (pedicure & full set, plus two kids' pedicures) and, worse, they were very rude to me for paying with a debit/credit card instead of check or cash. I understand the credit card companies and veriphone charge percentages, but really, it's 2015, people pay with plastic. I can't believe the attitude I got after spending $100 & handing them my card. I won't go back. There are plenty of other places I can go and pay how I wish without the attitude. A word of advice. It's clear business is good. I left very unhappy with my nails. I went in to get gel nails about 2 days ago and the woman WOULD NOT let me choose the color I wanted. She made me choose something else. When I got done, I saw that she put the gel nail polish all over my cuticle skin too. Always wonderful to go here. Never have to wait always taken to get pedicure or manicure immediately upon arrival. Everyone is so nice and good at their jobs. Always came out looking wonderful. I've seen a few reviews saying how the techs are rushing through and I've only experienced that once here. TIP: the best times to come are after 6:00 on week nights or first thing in the morning during the week or early Saturday. If you come between 2:00 to 5:30 during the week it's very crowded and they do get a little rushed because this is usually when people who want certain techs come. I have been a customer here for years and it has slowly gotten worse over time. My last visit will be my very last one...I spent $200 on three manicures and one men's pedicure. My technician was "Nancy" who was more interested in talking to the technician next to her than she was at paying attention to her work...she grabbed the wrong color, I picked out #80 and she came back with #81...I tried non-chalantly to change before we started and she refused. After my son was finished with his pedicure he came to our station and commented that the color was not the same as I picked out and she shot him a dirty look. I use the SNS and asked her to dip them three times...she was talking so much to her co-worker that she dipped my right hand three times and my left hand twice. One of my daughter's asked for stars to be painted over her polish and showed her technician a picture and her request was completely ignored. My other daughter asked for stars to be painted on two different nails (one on each hand), instead they put some sort of white stuff over her polish that came off when she washed her hands. read more

I almost didn't leave a review until I saw all of the negative reviews. Kind of disappointing because I love Exquisite. I love the Tranquil (extra $5) side - LOVE the blue cloudy ceilings with chandelier. Every time I lean back and look up, it relaxes me. Every person I've had has done a great job and I love the leg massage. I go on Weds evening so it's never crowded. We walk right in. Yesterday there was one other person there. The pedicures are more - I get the deluxe for $35 and that comes with the hot stone massage, scrub, etc. For the first time I chose to get a deluxe manicure (I NEVER get manicures) and maybe it was just the right timing but the neck/shoulder massage had me melting in my seat. Sighhhh, I was so tense. That few minutes was SO worth it (while my hot towels were on my arms). No rushing, not too much talking, it was quiet in there (since we were the only ppl there at that point). I walked out of there like I just had a mini-spa. Leg massage - check. Arm massage - check. Neck and shoulder massage - check. Fingers and toes - check. Lol. Total was $65. I tipped well. Yes, this is on the expensive side but as they say, you get what you pay for. I used to go to the $18 pedi places and it was good but I always left thinking, "My toes are nice. I'm satisfied." When I leave Exquisite, I think, "My toes are great and I feel recharged. I needed that." I will continue to go there. I think it's the difference between Walmart and Target. *shrug* I like both but sometimes you just like Target because it makes you feel fancy. lol. read more

i used to love this nail salon. went there everytime i needed a fill in and never had any problem but yesterday i went in for an eyelash appointment and i waited almost an hour for a 10 minute session, while they said she was with a customer but nobody was back in the room. i didn't mind waiting because i was really excited and when i show her what i want she picks up a set of false eyelashes, not the individual ones you use for eyelash extensions but the band ones you can put on yourself at home. so that was my first warning, second warning was when i opened my eyes and they were stuck together by how much glue she put on them, she kept getting aggravated with me saying i needed to stop "crying" even though the reason my eyes were watering was because she didn't know what she was doing. So i get them done, i love the way they look but i'm still in a lot of uncomfortable pain. this morning i wake up to get ready for the day not putting any makeup on because why would i need it when i just paid somebody to put on eyelashes that were supposed to stay for 10 days at the least. I'm cleaning my room and i feel something fall on my face, not thinking anything of it i go look in the mirror and the eyelash FELL OFF. so i remove them already super angry that i paid over $20 dollars for something i could do myself for 10 and i go to remove the other eye and the eyelash has a huge globe of glue where it is glued to my eyelid. NEVER GO HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR EYELASH EXTENSIONS THAT LAST LONG! i won't be going back for any services now that i have seen how they treat the customers and how bad their customer service is. read more

I have used many of these type of nail salons in this area. This is the most expensive of this type of salon that I have used. It was also without a doubt the poorest quality service I have received. I even paid for an upgraded service and they failed to do even the basic things that are usually done when getting a pedicure. The front edge of my toe nails were left undone and the very next day the nail polish on the egde of one of my big toes was already chipped. The people seemed miffed at me because I paided with a credit card and they said because I had a chip in my card they could not add a tip. I say "that's not my problem" because I believe many are like me and no longer carry cash. Oh, and by the way, the prices on their website are no longer correct. They have definitely increased. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and horrible fill in. I was mistreated and embarrassed in the salon when I requested for an incomplete fill in to be finished/fixed. The guy took my cash off of the counter from in front of me and stuck it in his register. Would not give me the money back, would not give me a receipt and refused to fix my nails. I then left and called the business to speak to the owner, I was told the owner was over seas and I was hung up on twice, ignored the third time and someone else answered the fourth time stating that they were the owner. I will NEVER go back. No apology or refunds were given. After going to social media with the incident it was brought to my attention that many others have been treated similar or over charged or charged for services that they did not ask for. There is nothing "exquisite" about this nail salon. They should be shut down. I've filed a complaint with the BBB as well as the GA Secretary of State. I have been going to Exquisite Nails since they opened about five years ago. I love the facials I get by Chin and have given many facials as gifts. Also, I take my friends and my daughter's friends there for pedicures and manicures. Rarely have I had a problem and they addressed it immediately and took care of it. I have seen them clean constantly and appreciate the cleanliness. The massages by Marcy are very good I have only had a couple. I highly recommend this place as a regular. read more

Myself and my two daughters just went and my toes looked horrible and she was in a hurry so the rough spots on my feet weren't even smoothed, my nails weren't cleaned on the edges, hardly got legs rubbed. I got pink and white nails and I asked for them to be thin and he didn't even file them down, I asked for manicure with it and he didn't do it. He was rude when I asked him after. My daughters nails weren't filed on the side so the acrylic was fatter than her nail and they wouldn't fix it. I spent $140 and they were complete jerks. Exquisite Nails has lost another customer, me. I went in on a Wednesday and decided to pamper myself and went all out. Had a deluxe pedicure, Gel manicure, including parafin wax, (in the more expensive "relax" room) topped off with eyebrow and lip wax as well. All told the end price was $102 and I tipped $30 They got $130 for a couple of hours worth of work. Well the girl who did the pedicure did a fine job and the brow and lip wax was fine as well. On to the manicure. I had French manicure with natural pink color and white tip. It looked pretty good when I left but 2 days later it started chipping. This was a Gel manicure which cost me $45 plus $12 dollar tip so I didn't expect it to chip this soon. Needless to say I went back in on Saturday and 3 of the nails were chipped so I requested they redo all the nails, knowing in advance if they cheaped out and just touched them up the others would chip. Well they wouldn't go for that and only wanted to touch up the three that were chipped. I finally got them to touch them all up and the very next day they starting chipping AGAIN! Needless to say I wasn't a happy camper. Went back in on Monday and they refused to redo the Gel manicure without charging me $10 dollars. I couldn't remember who did the manicure and they couldn't find or didn't want to look for the exact color pink to match it up so it would have looked stupid with clear/white tip on the redone chipped ones next to the original ones. I was pretty much stuck with paying the $10 dollars. The girl was real nice and it wasn't her fault so I ended up tipping her $5 An additional $15 dollars to repair a very bad manicure. All told after 3 trips to the nail place and $147 dollars later I can say I hope Exquisite Nails enjoyed the overpriced services (which I don't mind paying if they do a good job) from this customer because I'll give my hard earned money to the next nail place on the next corner. I believe in Equal opportunity:) IF they would have just redid the Gel manicure at no charge on the third visit I actually would have gone back but because they just had to get that measley extra $10 dollars out of me I felt compelled not only NEVER to return but also to write this review. This is the first bad review I have ever written on any business establishment.... Small business owners really should be about customer service and not Greed!!!
