The online store was out of stock which was why I went to the actual store. While I was trying to find the eye cream, this sales rep came up. I asked her where is the sunscreen with the spf located? She replied "Oh we never carry eye creams with sunscreen at all! With the eye area being so sensitive!" something along those lines. Firstly, you work at Kiehls and you have no idea what products your store carries/-ed? Secondly, if you/Kiehls actually "specialize" in skin care, you'd know that sunscreen around the eyes is important. So I told her I was actually just looking at it online and pulled it up on Google search. "Oh no, that's the American website!" I almost rolled my eyes at this point. I then scrolled down a teeny bit, got to the Canadian website and then showed her that Kiehls DID actually carry eye creams with SPF. THEN she asked her colleague and was informed that Kiehls recently discontinued this product. Kiehls gives an impression that they're experts, with sales reps wearing "lab coats" and all. You'd expect them to know what they're talking about. But no, this woman didn't know the actual answer and just made it up on the spot! The other more knowledgeable sales rep called the trainer from the back to see if he could assist me on alternatives. He was friendly and greeted everyone who came in. The collections are so quick to update that I can always find the newest collections of OPI there (in stores) before anywhere else. They carry new collections in all the other brands too. Pretty much if you can't find the nail polish/product you want at your local drug store, you can almost definitely find it here! Buy more, and the price comes down per bottle. It starts off at just under $10. With each extra bottle you buy, the price comes down by a $1 per bottle! It's a pretty sweet deal for a nail polish addict - me!!! The staff... I never want to talk to them because they can be so pushy. Although I have no problem saying no, they are relentless! The trick is to tell them you already know what you want. I still browse the shop sometimes out of curiosity. The rest of the stuff are pretty pricey, so I don't buy anything from them, except nail polish!

Whether if I make a small purchase, big purchase or even no purchase at all, they gave me lots of free samples to try out! Its a way to do business keeping ur customers but if the prices are the same for some of the brands you can find elsewhere ie. SAGE HAS A NASTY, HIDDEN POLICY that allows Staff to abuse customers. I have never been so degraded in my life. Your hidden policy of replacing broken diffusers are not clear and sales team lies and is not transparent. Hey, these covers are breakable and that's why I asked them to explain guarantee. Sean and his sales boy just both attacked us like two very angry and entitled people. Like a cat fight...how stupid!. No wonder this world has issues. It starts in the community- street level. If I can't be treated with kindness at Sage....then how can we expect people to behave in bigger, more important issues.
