Keith, Rob, & Laura were absolutely wonderful! This store has been a favorite forever, however this location was extra special today. The attention to detail Keith gave will informing my sister and I of products - outstanding. When he went to lunch he introduced us to Laura and she continued to give an amazing mini facial to my sister. Rob saw me watching and asked if I'd like to try a new product and get a treat of my own! Heck, yeah I would. He gave the best massage and I bought everything he used. Keith came back from lunch and continued the stellar experience. Service makes the difference and I tell you I felt like family. This place has an intensely strong smell, but they have so many fun things here. I love the bath bombs and I regularly use the cupcake face mask. Employees are really friendly, but slightly overbearing. I love that their products try to be more "natural" and that they are all handmade by folks (with an expiration date because they are not pumped full of preservatives!) read more

I've been going to Lush for a very long time, so I know my way around the store. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Every associated interacted with me and seemed happy to be there. I even got some great recommendations. Autumn had a great attitude and was enthusiastic about the products. I rarely go to this location because parking at the Domain is terrible, but I'm glad I stopped in. I was very pleased with the service as well as my purchase. read more

Everyone knows they have a conscious product line and magic bath balls , but products don't always speak for themselves. I've always loved Lush skin care products. The downtown location is superb... So needless to say I was beyond excited about the Lush in the Domain, as it's a shorter trip for me. Unfortunately, It was very disappointing... because the music was extremely loud. I couldn't even hear what the sales woman was saying to me. I asked what the deal was with the freakishly loud EDM music and she just shrugged her shoulders. But hey, maybe she couldn't hear what I was asking. I've always loved lush and had wonderful experiences with them in other parts of the world but today at the one on Palmer lane I was harassed because the female sales associate wouldn't leave me alone about my mask. I adjusted it after the first time she told me to fix it, then she stood and watched me and offered me another mask. I told her the one I was wearing was fine but she threatened me and said if she sees it slip again I'll be asked to leave. So I asked her without touching it if it was ok and she said yes but she was clearly upset and I no longer felt comfortable shopping with her scrutiny. And I couldn't smell anything through the mask as was their policy even though I initially was interested in buying several items. My take away from the experience is that she turned what would have been a fun day of shopping into an extremely hostile and uncomfortable situation. I understand that stores are trying to adjust to new policies but people like her should not be in customer service as the way she treated me was really overboard and rude. Even my daughter noticed and wanted to leave. Lush for me has always been an amazing place to talk to cool people and enjoy the experience and delicious scents but this one really turned us off, we won't be back. read more

I cannot gush enough about Lush cosmetics. I've been a regular user of the Angels on Bare Skin scrub for the last 10 years in addition to their various shampoos (honey I washed my hair is My new fave!), face masks (otafix and rosy cheeks FTW!!), body bars (a.k.a soap) and the occasional bath bomb to treat myself. The Domain location is ideal for me, personally. I live not too far away that I can go and get my stuff without braving the traffic down south to a store that has no parking and no room to move. This store is a lot bigger than the south location, and the employees here actually let you breathe. That doesn't mean their service is any less stellar. The store is located near Rock Rose and is across from another competitor (the Body Shop- also a Great place) and there's plenty of parking in the Blue Garage. Of course it gets crowded during the weekend , but it's the Domain - a LOT of folks are coming over owing to the recent expansion, and I don't blame them. I don't think I'll ever give up on Lush until something drastic happens. read more

I love everything about lush. Everything in the store smells so good and you can tell that it's made from quality ingredients. Today, I had Mic assist me with some product recommendations. He is very knowledgeable about pretty much every single product at the store. He also has a great personality and is always willing to help. I also had interactions with other staff members who were extremely friendly and even asked if I needed a sample of any of the products. I prefer coming to this location because there is always free parking in the garage. read more

My first time at this location. They weren't friendly at all. Went with my friend to check out some of the lip sticks. I asked for a sample of hair conditioner and for a small sample of a face mask. Keep in mind, LUSH used to give us a small sample of a face mask. You just had to ask. My skin is very sensitive. I'm not going through the hassle of returning a product if it makes my face itch. So, the red head lady just kept blabbing.... I didn't care. My friend and I left. Maybe, when I'm bored I'll give this store another chance. We'll see. read more

I usually shop at the west 6th street location but since I actually live in the domain I had to give this one a shot. They have great customer service and are pretty much on the ball at this location. The only down side is the parking. read more

We had the best time learning about all of the amazing products they have! We found in one corner their tooth tabs and powder, which I'd been looking for locally for awhile, and they told us all about them and even gave us samples to try so we'll be happy with what we purchase. Love the smell of this store. Gets me Lush drunk every time. Employees are cheerful and happy to give you a free hand massage with some of their awesome scented scrubs and lotions. Buyer beware, during holiday season they are getting more pushy. "So which one of these solid lotions will you be taking home today. Act fast. They're selling out quickly! This is a limited edition scent. It's super popular." Yea, the last sales girl that offered me a free soaking was a bit more pushy than I'm used to. I did not appreciate that. One other note of caution: the bath bombs are awesome...however, it might behoove you to be wary of the intensely colored blue and pink bombs and bubble bars. I recently discover that when I left my hot pink, bubble wand resting on the side of my tub it permanently dyed it pink. Yes, these colors will stain your expensive enamel tub. Not thrilled about that. But thrilled enough about the scents that I will inevitably be coming back to purchase some (neutral colored) Christmas gifts for myself. Love this location at The Domain-- been to this spot over 3 times since grand opening and have always had a great experience. Was immediately greeted when my husband and I walked in. He told me all about the holiday specials that were left over. The Team member let us shop and followed up by checking us out. Fast and easy. He seemed very sincere as he talked to me and complimented every thing I bought :-) Didn't get his name but he had long blonde hair and was very sweet. read more

I absolutely LOVE the products at Lush. I have been growing my collection of items and scents that really cater to the season, my mood, and every part of my body top to toes. I visited this location while in town for a conference and was greeted by a very friendly woman who pointed me in the direction of the bath bombs. After I had made a quick once-over the store, another gem of a girl came over and we walked around the store talking about several different products, discussing scents, sampling products, and she even showed me how to best use the massage bars by giving me a quick forearm and hand massage. I REALLY enjoyed her and she was engaged and interested in hearing what I liked/didn't like to help me find several items I could take with me. This was such a great experience and I will ABSOLUTELY be back to this location next time I'm in town. Great products, great service, great town! read more

I love Lush for Life! Mic is amazing. The whole staff here is magical! I love walking through those nice, automatic doors and enjoying the layout of this gorgeous store at this location! I work nearby so I get to just walk over. I love the soaps, shampoo bars, and mixing the Sun and Vanillary fragrances together the most these days. Their after Christmas sales and Boxing Day is amazing! I loved how the gifts were wrapped! I have even gotten wonderful items for my husband. You can't go wrong with the Big Shampoo or Jersey Bounce when you need volume. I could go on for years about many products! The Dry Shampoo is also awesome!!!! They are all very good products. I got attached to First Snow and the only downer is sometimes they discontinue items that I had gotten addicted to. But like Fergie sings, life goes on.....who cares or whatever lol--I also love to get the massage bar for my husband that is good for the muscle soreness. Anyway, if you have not gone there this is a must for you!!! I love that the products are natural and smell beyond fantastic! Went to this location for the first time today and holy cow was it CROWDED...the selection they offer is great and organized but the employee helping me took almost 15 mins to get me a sample I asked for and after saying she got it for me upon getting home to use it I noticed she gave me the wrong product! I have no idea what she gave me and she didn't even fill the sample jar...I barely had enough of the mask to cover my face...She also didn't give me any samples of the specific items I really wanted to try instead started telling me how those ones wouldn't be good for me...I'm sorry do you know me and my skin type? No. I understand their job is to give advice but I repeatedly told her I wanted to try those ones as I heard great things about them from multiple people...I think I will stick with the 6th street location that feels more personal, doesn't try to sway your product choice/give you the wrong item and gives you more than enough product to try. read more
