I don't live in the area, so coming back out of my way to be denied the product, opportunity to exchange, refund, AND treated poorly was egregious. In this age of inflation, you're better off paying full price than trying your hand at doing commerce here. Cherry on top, there are several places where you can get products cheaper than here! Only one guy back there, Holden, and it was busy. He had to manage a phone and customers. Three other employees right there. One was stocking items nearby. The other was a young lady folding clothes at the hat counter. Maybe she isn't qualified to work on hats. The third seemed like a supervisor but she was just running around the area and Holden had to manage everything else going on. I give him a thumbs up.
