BOMB. one word needed only. Went on a whim and did not disappoint in the slightest. Best pastries,…read moresushi, cake, you name it. You can't go wrong with anything here!

My family and I have been patrons of Cream Pan in Tustin for nearly two decades now, even before…read morethe TikTok strawberry croissant craze and even before it opened more locations like in Fountain Valley and Lomita. The quality has just been so utterly consistent. These baked goods truly taste rustic and homemade; I believe the freshness is guaranteed and everything is baked daily. I always buy the shuku pan to make sandwiches my daily lunches and the country bread/sourdough for my avocado toast and breakfasts. The sandwiches made in-house are also recommended especially the chicken katsu and the assorted ham/tuna/egg salad. I like the croquette and egg salad in a bun especially. All of these are savory and flavorful yet subtle. I also recommend any of the pastries including curry pan, melon pan, and of course the strawberry croissants but beyond that I also really like the strawberry banana croissant and blueberry croissant. There is also a selection of drinks made in-house café-style as well as bottled Japanese drinks. The staff are friendly and I really like the space even though it's small. You can find seating outside especially if you avoid rush hours. Of all the three locations, this one is my favorite because it's so rustic and historic and really fits in with the overall vibe and aesthetic of Old Town Tustin and the El Camino Real. Please check this bakery out; it's one of the best in all of SoCal in my opinion.

A friend introduced me to Rockwell's Café & Bakery and it has quickly become a favorite breakfast…read morespot! The inside gives old world vibes with all of the rich wood floors and tables. As you enter from the front, you can't miss their beautifully stocked bakery case which features treats ranging from muffins to cakes. There's a main dining area, a bar area, and a very nice covered patio area. Service has been excellent at every visit. Waitstaff is friendly and attentive and makes sure that glasses are kept filled and sufficient napkins are provided. I've had quite a few of their breakfast plates and have never been disappointed. On my most recent visit I decided to try their basic breakfast of 2 eggs, potatoes, sausage, and sourdough toast. Simple, delicious, and just an overall comfort meal. Oh, and if you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend their tropical iced tea. Very tasty and refreshing!

Not sure what happened to this place but for an establishment that calls itself a "bakery/…read morerestaurant " their baked goods really are terrible. My brownie cookie i purchased tasted stale and old, be that as it may their service or lack thereof made it taste even worse. Waiting in line for 10 to 12 minutes just to be told we'll be with you shortly when it was finally my turn to order is unacceptable. I have frequented this place in the past with my father for steak dinners and we both have never had any qualms about food or service quality, in fact we recommended it to our friends who complained about no good local dinner spots. Well I guess like everything else , change happens, only in this case its been for the worst. If I could leave 0 or negative 0 stars I would. Do better Rockwells. Sincerely, A very unsatisfied former loyal customer

I was originally tempted to stay for churros, but the girls wanted to explore the Packing House, and this turned out to be a great choice! After walking around and checking out all the dessert options, we came back to Parfait Paris. Everything in the display case looked beautiful, making it hard to decide. I ordered the Káiser, and it was as pretty as it was delicious. The combination of marzipan and fresh strawberries was unique, balanced, and not overly sweet. It was freshly made, beautifully presented, and definitely satisfied my sweet tooth. Everyone in our group enjoyed their desserts, and it was the perfect way to end a graduation celebration. The staff was friendly, the desserts came out quickly, and the quality was excellent. If you're visiting the Anaheim Packing House and looking for a delicious dessert or a sweet treat after dinner, Parfait Paris is absolutely worth stopping by. We'll definitely be back!

I had a disappointing customer service experience at this establishment inside the Anaheim Packing…read moreHouse. I approached an employee and politely asked for a cup of ice. The employee responded, "You want a cup of ice for a drink you didn't purchase here?" I understood that I had not purchased a drink from the establishment, and I would have respected a polite explanation if providing ice was against their policy. However, the way the employee responded came across as unwelcoming and lacked courtesy. I apologized and walked away without arguing. I subsequently approached management to explain my experience and express my concerns about how the situation was handled. I spoke with Tina, who told me that I would need to send her an email for her to do something about it. While I understand that management may have procedures for handling customer complaints, I was disappointed that my concern could not be addressed through a brief conversation at the time. I made an effort to communicate my concerns respectfully and hoped for a more welcoming and receptive response. I understand that businesses have policies and cannot accommodate every request. However, there is a difference between declining a request and making someone feel unwelcome. Courtesy, professionalism, and how concerns are handled can make a significant difference in a customer's overall experience. Unfortunately, this interaction left me with a negative impression of the establishment.

Baked Banhs have some of the best canelés in town, and sadly, they are closing on June 27th! We are…read moreso sad we didn't get to come visit until quite recently. :( We parked in the nearby parking lot on 4th street. Usually parking here isn't too bad if you're staying for less than an hour and easy to walk over to the dessert shop. Baked Banhs is located in the 4th street food market, one of the first shops you'll see if you're coming from the parking lot. Note the hours before you come (for instance, they're closed on Sundays and Mondays). And note that they seem to usually sell out of certain items by the days end. We've tried a number of different items here now including four of their canelés and their basque cheesecake. The cheesecake was solid. But we really loved their canelés. They are soft/moist on the inside with a nice crunch. And the different flavors really come through. Our favorite is the black sesame - not only is there black sesame peppered on the top but also in the center with a nice black sesame cream. It's so good and delicious. Four canelés cost $16 and thought they were well worth the price. Again, it's so sad to hear that Baked Banhs is closing soon so if you're a fan of canelés or other desserts, recommended to come sooner than later to try this out! We really hope they reopen again elsewhere or do a lot of pop-ups soon.
