The menu features a great variety of seafood dishes. I particularly enjoyed the mahi mahi dinner and their fried fish, which were both flavorful and fresh. The outdoor seating area is a relaxed vibe perfect for enjoying Florida's weather but theres lots of smoking. Service was attentive, though the wait time for our to go food was a bit longer than expected

This place was recommended to a friend of mine so we decided to drive to Jensen Beach and try it. Glad we did since it's a very nice clean little restaurant bar with great service (our waitress was very friendly and attentive). My friend had a burger with provolone of which he said was very good. I had the blackened yellowtail snapper wrap with fries, both good the fries were crispy on the outside and soft inside, the snapper was moist and flavorful. Would certainly return.

I came here during happy hour with my kids and we all enjoyed the food. My kids loved the fish bites, and I loved my wrap. The prices are great on happy hour and the wraps are decently priced for seafood. The portions were also good. We came on a Friday and it was already pretty busy but our server was very friendly and efficient. I really love the Sewall's Point area, and I can assure you that we will be back.

$2.50 Yuingling on Happy Hour got me coming back. But seriously, the food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable for fresh seafood. Seawalls point is a nice family area this place is located right on the corner. There's an outdoor bar in the back where all the locals come for HH. Overall great experience, I'm looking forward to the next visit

We've been here many times. We went for breakfast today. The restaurant was fairly crowded but we were seated immediately. We both had omelettes with mushrooms and spinach. You get your voice of three things. I got pepper Jack and my husband got Swiss cheese. He got grits and I got home fries. The omelettes were big, the prices have remained the same in the almost 3 years we've being going here. The walls have sports and fishing items on the walls. They also have many TV's inside and outside by the outside bar. I highly recommend Lures

Lures is a locals only spot near the Indian River Lagoon and Jensen Beach Causeway. It's got a real humble hometown feel, with an outside bar popping before noon during the week. Yep, it's that type of place. Inside is pretty plain, so if you're looking to soak up the sun the patio with wooden picnic tables is your best bet. Most importantly, the menu has everything you want from a riverfront restaurant. Happy hour every day and good prices. They even do breakfast, which I didn't know about! FRIED SHRIMP ($17.99) // Hand battered and butterflied Florida Gulf shrimp fried to perfection. Served with fries, coleslaw and cocktail sauce. This was my favorite meal back in Florida! The shrimp were plump, tender, and sweet. Each bite got progressively better, exceeding my memory of what it's like to indulge in fresh seafood by the water. And the accompanying cocktail sauce was EXCELLENT. My buddy had his usual cheesesteak and said it's his favorite cheesesteak he's ever had. It looked delicious, too. We had a few beers and they were priced accordingly. Service wasn't anything over the top, but they were efficient. It's a casual place, so expect a no frills experience. I can easily see how you can get lured in to a place like this on a weekly basis. You're guaranteed a good time here!

More like 4.5 stars! This is a quaint, "locals" hangout place- it opens early and stays open late with a full bar both inside and outside! It's small, and driving by it may not grab your attention but the food and service are great. They have a seafood-focused menu with shrimp or fish tacos, wraps, salads, appetizers, and main dishes. I personally love their shrimp po boy! It's not on the menu, but they will make it when asked! The shrimp are perfectly fried and not greasy at all... crisp lettuce, fresh tomato slices, and the best remoulade sauce to really make the sandwich extra delicious! My husband and our friends also love the fish and shrimp tacos... you decide whether you want your protein blackened, grilled, or fried. Their fries are delicious as well and are another perfect vehicle for their remoulade sauce I like so much. A Full bar with reasonable prices can also be found here. They have a small but good quality draft selection as well. Whether you sit at the bar or at a table, service is efficient, friendly, and all around a positive experience. I recommend giving this place a try for a drink and a Po Boy!

We went for late lunch, easily seated. We tried the shrimp flatbread--yummy! Nice size shrimp, beautifully cooked, fresh diced tomatoes, white pizza, nice and thin; we enjoyed! I had blackened mahi tacos; nice portion of fish, I chose coleslaw as my side, they make good slaw. Another had BLT and added turkey, it was big, bacon done well, plenty of it, turkey too! Hose chips were crisp, not greasy, nice size. Anthony kept on top of things.

I went here for lunch based on other yelp reviews while in the area. This place did not disappoint! While this is a no frills pub, the bartender was very nice and the food made up for it . This place was packed on the outside bar area and pretty busy on the inside for a reason :). The Bahama mama was very good but definitely on the sweeter side. The famous Philly steak sandwich with fries was fantastic and same with the key lime pie. I will definitely be back next time. I am in the area!

I love Lures. This is one of my favorite local spots. The staff here are great. I have yet to eat anything that I would rate less than 4 stars. The seafood is all fresh and some of the best in town from the fish tacos to St Augustine fried shrimp. I must admit that my wife and my favorite is the BLT with jalapeño bacon and Turkey. It's one of the best. BTW you can't go wrong with one of their great Rum Runners! read more

When I think of the perfect, quaint little beach themed dive, I now think of Lure's. It's the kind of restaurant you want to make a vacation tradition. From the sandwiches and wraps made from a fresh daily catch to the spicy, satisfying philly cheese steak, this place has everything for everyone. The fries and chips were also so fresh and amazing! The first restaurant I have gone to and eaten inside since March 2020. This restaurant has gone from having the best French fries and burgers in town to soggy fries and factory made burgers served with a side of attitude from maskless bartender. I would not recommend this place and will not return. read more

Stopped in for a quick breakfast on a Sunday. Pretty fast service at first until it got busier around 10. Eggs, bacon and home fries were delicious! Friendly place with a laid back vibe. Would stop by for a casual drink if in the area. read more

My husband and I went to Jensen Beach for job for his Window Treatment Company out of Greenville, SC. We decided, after visiting the site for his job and measurements for the beautiful window treatments he will be installing in the near future, we had worked up an appetite. So we found Lures!! Well, let me just say, from the moment t we walked through the door to eat inside we were greeted with a friendly waitress, had a seat at a high top table ordered the famous Rum punch and ordered our entree and had an absolute wonderful lunch!! We both ordered the fish tacos. My husband ordered the blackened Mahi fish tacos, I ordered the grilled Mahi fish tacos. These tacos were by far the best tasting & fresh fish tacos we have ever had!! My husband had the Kettle chips with his and I had the home-made Cole slaw. Both were quite tasty! Our server was fabulous!! When we come back to Jensen Beach we will definitely come and visit again!! Thank you all!! read more

This funky bar has THE best food for a...funky cool bar. We have tried everything on the menu at least once and have never been disappointed. NEVER. The waitstaff know their business and have never steered us wrong. Now I just get the fresh catch fish tacos over and over and over, lightly blackened with homemade kettle chips & a Rum Runner or 5. Driving by one gets the impression, "Hmmm, biker bar? Will I be welcome in my non-biker attire? Me and my happy beach chickie vibe?" Yeah, it is partly biker bar... it's also a local yokel happy place with a great laid-back vibe and their Rum Runners will put you under. the. table. in the happiest way ever. LOVE this place and just wish I could see more of the river than we can but that's the Martin County development dept for ya...NOT Lures' fault. read more

Drove by this place several times early in our visit and it was always crowded. Reviews were good so we went for lunch yesterday. Had fresh mahi sandwich and tacos and they were delicious. Staff was super friendly & welcoming and prices very reasonable. So we went back today for a repeat and it was just as good. Our new favorite spot when visiting Jensen Beach! read more

Food was good. I had the swordfish Reuben. It wasn't too greasy. Both my wife and I had The French fries. They were great. They need to have more beer on tap. It has a sports bar/tiki bar atmosphere but not many drafts. It was noisy outside because of the tiki bar. read more

I went there for breakfast I ordered the corn beef hash breakfast. With potato eggs and toast. I ordered my eggs over easy. When the breakfast finally came out. The two eggs are in the middle of the plate on top of what I thought was corn beef hash. When I cut into the eggs there was nothing underneath except for potatoes. There was maybe one fork full of corn beef hash. When I complain to the waitress she told me everybody complains about that. And then she told me one of the other waitresses told her not to recommend that menu item.I paid $12 for two .eggs and a plate of potatoes and toast I feel ripped off!!! I won't be back and I can't recommend this place. read more

Not bad for a bar. My rib steak was delicious and perfectly done. The menu is small. The food is good. It's not a very pretty place. My husband had the fried shrimp. He said it was ok. The French fries were seasoned too much. Would I go back???? Yes with a coupon. No without a coupon. It's nothing special. read more

I have been here 2 times to eat and a couple more to chill and have some drinks. Either way it has always been great. I have had the cheesesteak which is actually very good (I'm from Philly) it is not an authentic cheesesteak but what I love is they call it the Jensen beach cheesesteak instead of Philly. I have also had the fish fingers which I have to say were awesome!! So lightly breaded and zero fishy taste. Great tarter sauce to dip them in and they gave me a bottle of Datil pepper hot sauce called devil drops that was excellent. So good I took a pic of the sauce and ordered some online for the house. Place is always clean, good service and cold beer. That is the perfect recipe for success as long as they keep those standards high. read more

This weekend we had guests in from MN, MI, AZ. We always stop by Lures for Rum Runners and this time the 10 of us decided to have an early dinner. The staff made it happen! While we enjoyed our RR's they moved stuff around and got us all set up for dinner. Warren and the gang took our order served our meals and our dinners were superb! Good food, outstanding service. A bit loud inside, but not unbearable. Several of the staff members inquired about our food, beverages, etc. Even those not waiting on us. Will definitely go back. I had grilled yellowtail and it was very good except for some dark meat that wasn't trimmed off. Our server, Destiny, said that if I'd said something, they would have brought me another filet - really outstanding service. read more

My boyfriend and I were staying the weekend in Jensen Beach and were referred to this restraunt by a friend. The staff were bright, friendly and attentive. We chose to sit at the bar, which was comfortable. My boyfriend ordered the blackened mahi wrap with french fries and I ordered the fried mahi sandwich with french fries. Both plates were cooked to perfection, and the sauce they brought out for the blackened wrap was heavenly. We took turns eating off of each other's plate because it was just that good. The portions were very sizable, you definitely won't leave hungry! read more

Great Breakfast Find. This worked out well because you can get a half order of sausage gravy & biscuits, which is very good. She had the build your own veggie omelette, which was very good. Outdoor sitting with shade is very nice. Scored Bloody Mary with bacon strip, yum. The server is very friendly. She missed on the follow-up though, which is quite common these days due to poor training. Parking is tight. read more

Yes! 5 star for this amazing place! Jensen Cheese steak, Lures burger with chili, seared Ahi Tuna & fish & chips! Wow! Absolutely delicious! Warren our server is 5 star excellent service! Hands down the best food & service we had here in Jensen beach! Oh did I mention the price & portion is even an added bonus? Forget about those nice fancy place downtown Stuart, this is the place to get good food & good service! Mad that i didn't find this place sooner. Please don't go away & don't change the menu or anything about your restaurant. It's hard to find good place to eat that you can really enjoy & get your money's worth! read more

Very friendly staff and good service. The cheese steak I ordered was way too big and I could only finish half. It was fullnof jalipinos & other non Philly Cheese steak items. Thumbs down on the cheese steak. Though its enough for a party of 3. Drinks were fine lots of locals + the snowbirds of course. I shall return and use the outside bar. You can start out at The Hoffman, grab a few pops at the Kona and crawl down to Lures! read more

Came in on a Saturday around noon. Sat inside and enjoyed both the immediate attention from a server and we liked the seaside decor. I ordered a fresh catch pan seared and my husband had fish (haddock) and chips. Server knew exactly what kinds of fish each were made of and what textures (flaky, more firm, etc) and what tastes could be expected. Fish and chips was FABULOUS AND WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND it. Large portions for everything. Butternut squash was best I've ever tasted with garlic, butter and a touch of salt. Fish special had 3 small and tasty fillets (one of which I took home w some squash). DELICIOUS FOOD AND EXCELLENT SERVICE. Very good experience. read more

Honestly, the wings were terrible. But the service, the happy-go-lucky patrons and the beautiful setting earn them a five anyway. We stopped by to watch the olympics and chill and were not disappointed. Maybe eat somewhere else first. But, you can expect attentive bar staff and a genuine good time. read more

I I have not noticed any outside heaters. Fortunately, the weather has warmed up and the sun does feel good in the afternoon sitting at the outside bar and picnic tables.

On our first, we ordered grilled Tilefish and blackened Mahi Mahi. Both were outstanding. Flavorful and moist. (in my opinion , overcooked seafood is nothing more than cat food) I've never had an overcooked meal here. On this visit, I ordered whole belly clams. My wife opted for clam strips. Both were also outstanding making another perfect visit. With our meals, sides offered include Cole slaw, hush puppies, fresh vegetables and plantains. I especially love the plantains and usually get them each time. Service remains flawless. One change we notices this year is a "service charge" of 18% its added to the bill and is a gratuity shared with the wait staff. I generally oppose service charges that are often labeled 'not a gratuity" but this is not the case here. Service is so good, it is appropriate to add to this service charge when we check out. Again, hats off to the owner/management. Maintaining excellence at the level they have been able to is not all that common from my experiences. Keep up the great work!

The restaurant is smaller but is exactly as I want my Florida seafood restaurant to look like. You're able to eat on a covered deck or an uncovered deck as well, right on the water. Service is impeccable. Fast, friendly, and everyone checks on you making you feel like you are a valued customer. Food... The creativity is great. The flavors are excellent. The value is my only complaint. The drinks are expensive... $4 for iced tea is a turn off for me personally. I think the single crab cake was $18 and heavily drizzled in a mayonnaise sauce. Ugh! I was hoping for possibly 2 for that much. The calamari was a good size and delicious. The coconut shrimp was pretty good and the onion rings were good as well. I had a special with sea scallops and was surprised to only get 4 scallops for the price of a pound of sea scallops. Disappointing. The cornbread peach stuffing was ok, but not as good as I hoped. Overall I liked the place, the people and the food, but wasn't happy about the price/quantity.
