So, this was my first experience here. They were extremely nice and accomodating, but I didn't visit for that reason so had to deduct points for the following: Firstly, do NOT like my lashes. They are SPARSE and the apparently random placement of lashes is completely unflattering. I have had my lashes done for years and this is is the first time that I have felt cheated. Not happy with these results, especially since I paid for their most dense set and we discussed the look I wanted to achieve beforehand. Secondly, the atmosphere is not conducive to relaxation in any way. The music is Loud, the technicians speak loudly and constantly, the floors creak loudly when people walk and it was COLD in there. I wish I had thought to wear my headphones! I am glad for those whose experience was better my own, but I won't be returning. Way too pricey for bad service. read more

I started with the Lure Lash ladies from the very beginning and have been hooked ever since. I Love all the ladies...they Always make me feel beautiful and their customer service is Amazing! I drive over an hour to get there and it's totally worth it!! Carmela and Anna are not only owners, but friends. I've had them both do my lashes many times and they always do an excellent job, are professional, courteous and make me feel comfortable and beautiful. I am 100% satisfied every time! Ally has also done my lashes many times and is such a professional each and every time and does amazing work. Damn it I didnt realize there was a yelp deal. Oh well. Ok so I stumbled across this eyelash place last Thursday and decided to give it a try (they were offering 30% off) grand opening special. So i couldn't resist. I typically go to the city to get my lashes done but I haven't had a chance to plus I didn't feel like traveling. Hands down best lash place I've been too. I like my extensions to look natural with a little dramatic flair and that is what I got. I am so happy about this spot! They were really nice and I fell asleep two hours later my set was done and I couldn't stop looking at myself. Bravo to the new place. I absolutely Love Jaz at Lure Lash. If I could give her and Lure Lash 10 stars I would. My eyelashes stay and have never looked more fuller, longer and natural. I have never had a problem and no one falls off. I have been gong here for a few years and I am in love with my eye lashes. Jaz who does my eyelashes is amazing, she does them flawless and to were not one falls out. I could not be more happier and I would give her 10 stars not five. I'M OBSESSED!!! To say the least. I've been getting my lashes done at Lure Lash for quite some time now! Every single time they are perfection. Just recently I had a problem with my one eye... I called the salon and Carm was SO understanding and fit me in on one of her busiest days for a "fix" Not only did Carm take the time to fix them but she went above and beyond to fix them and make sure I was beyond happy. I have been getting my lashes done for years and can't say enough about Jasmine, but unfortunately she left a few months ago. I have tried a few others and have to say it has not been a good experience. I have had technicians who rush me out the door in 30 minutes, others who text the entire time because they think I am asleep. I have driven over an hour to see Jasmine because she is that great. I can only hope she comes back to Montclair, because otherwise I will never be back at Lure Lash! read more

I recently had a lash lift and tint with Esti and I was very pleased with the experience. The appointment was on time, the customer service was very pleasant.
