This is a positive feedback review on Kevin Peterson - who works for Greenheart Landscapes…read more I left several messages through Yelp App requesting a quote on a project I had in mind. Kevin called a couple hours later and I could tell the sincerity of his voice immediately, "how can I help you?" Nice guy. Polite. I proceeded to tell him what I've noticed for a while now: Our side yard and backyard have noticeable puddling during heavy rain pours, and it takes a while for the puddle to clear. I told Kevin based on what I've read we might need to regrade, or place french drain? Kevin looked up at our house via Google map and he provided his thoughts and assessment on what might be a better solution. He gave me a phone# and the name of a guy that could better help us and provide resolution to our issues. I felt that Kevin was honest, professional, and guided me with appropriate direction that was best suited for our issue, especially given the cost involved. You rarely get this kind of professional service anymore! Kevin, thank you so much for returning my call. I can't say enough positive things about you! God bless you!

Looks like another 5-star review for Alis Macias! I've tried countless landscapers, always hoping…read morethey'd provide consistent results and leave our landscaping looking amazing ... and I think I finally found the one who will leave it looking amazing. I texted asking for a quote and Alis' wife, Maria, responded within a minute I think. Set up a quote for the following day - Alis and Manny showed up right on time. I walked them through our 6-month-neglected yard which was really a mess thanks to 2 mesquite trees. Anyone who has a mesquite tree knows exactly what I'm talking about regarding mesquite mess - layers and layers of mess and things to pick up. I'm so happy with the result! Our yard has never looked this clean. So much mesquite tree mess was always left behind with other landscapers or they'd just blow the mess into corners and leave most of it. Not with Alis. They did a fantastic job and I'm now going to have him come regularly. If you've neglected your yard like we did, you'll have to pay someone to deal with all of that neglect. If someone quotes you a low bid for a neglected yard (can't tell ya how many times I've gone for that!), don't go that route. Instead, pay someone who's going to be excellent, and then hire them permanently.

Him and his team were able to get us in next day and did the work quickly and left us with such a transformation! We needed a lot of big bushes cut back by quite a bit and had a Palo Verde Tree that we were unsure if we wanted cut down or just trimmed. He provided us quotes for every option and we ended up going with just having it trimmed. He asked us for feedback as he went to make sure i was left with something i was happy with. His prices were great for the work they do + the clean up and haul away. I was really impressed and will be giving their name out to everyone i know and next time we need some work done...i know who to call. I'm confident that whatever you need, they can do it. They are extremely professional and made sure to leave the place spotless!! I'm so happy, they really do live up to the five start rating they have here.

Cant say enough how AMAZING Jose and his crew were with their communication, friendliness,…read moreattention to detail, talent, speed, and knowledge they possessed on our project. We hired them to install irrigation and sod. In order to complete the project, they had to reroute the valve box to the other side of the house, and enlarge the pvc from the current 1/2" to 3/4" so that enough water pressure could feed the sprinkler system. My wife and I are extremely happy with the end result and will HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. Look forward to working with them down the road. Thanks again guys.

I am absolutely delighted to leave a review on what I believe to be the best of the best supplier…read moreof artificial turf. I have been in the quality business for many years and have written curriculum on quality. I know quality. Nick, his crews, his team exemplify out standing quality at a value price. I want to update my review. Nick, our salesman from Arizona Turf, who is AWESOME, reached out to…read moremy husband to see if things were fixed and my husband relayed his conversation with the owner, Chris to Nick. Nick actually offered to pay, out of his pocket, to fix the problem. This morning Chris, the owner showed up at our home and fortunately our landscaper, Brian of Water Wise, who is also AWESOME was also at our home doing some work. Bottom line, our landscaper is fixing and Chris from Arizona Luxury Turf is covering the cost, which turns out to be about $50.00. Whether the leak was there prior to the Turf installation or not our landscaper could not say for certain, but Chris ultimately did the right thing and for that I'm very appreciative. The quality of work was great, even our landscaper who has experience in artificial turf agreed, AZ Luxury Lawns did a great job! They started out strong but in the end fell short. We live in Morrison Ranch where artificial turf is now "OK" under certain specifications and approval. AZ Lawns did our neighbors lawn and it looked beautiful so we reached out to Nick of AZ Lawn for a quote and design. He provided everything we needed for our HOA approval. Our HOA did request a larger space around our tree and Nick drew up the revised illustration which got approved. The installation was well done, however, they did not install around our tree based on the "revised" illustration, they installed based on the first illustration. My husband did tell Nick that if the HOA says anything we will need him to reinstall the area around the tree. The REAL problem is with our irrigation cap offs. We have 2 out in front, which get capped because we no longer need the sprinkler system. (but can be uncapped if in the future you ever need your sprinkler system again). One is capped and no issue, the second is leaking. My husband called Nick about coming out to fix the problem, so Nick referred my husband to the owner of the company, When my husband spoke with the owner, he REFUSED to have anyone come out and fix it!! The job is not complete until all aspects are done correctly. I can live with the incorrect installation around the tree but I can't live with a leaky sprinkler cap and it is because of Nick's response to NOT fix it, I would NOT recommend him or Arizona Luxury Lawns.I
