I actually created a Yelp account just to write this review. In over 20 years of living in Phoenix, I have never had a worse experience with a service company. They came to my elderly parents' house to repair two leaks in their sprinkler line. The technicians fixed both leaks in about 30 minutes. Before they left, my father specifically asked if there was any warranty on the work. They said that because the sprinkler system was very old, they couldn't offer a general warranty, but if either of the two repaired spots started leaking again, they would come back and fix it. Less than 20 minutes after they left, one of the exact repair locations started leaking again. I immediately called the office. The woman who answered insisted it wasn't the same leak--it was a "new" leak. I explained that it was leaking from the exact spot they had just repaired, so it clearly wasn't a new issue. At that point, her attitude became very rude. She started raising her voice and telling me that I wasn't listening to her. She then said they would not return because the sprinkler system was too old. My biggest issues are: If the system was truly "too old" to repair, they should never have accepted the job or charged my elderly parents $60 in the first place. In over 20 years of owning a home in Phoenix, I have never had a repair fail in less than 20 minutes.The technicians specifically told my father they would come back if either repair started leaking again. Less than 20 minutes later, the office completely reversed that promise. That kind of inconsistency makes this company very difficult to trust. I understand that older sprinkler systems can develop additional leaks over time. However, this wasn't a leak somewhere else in the yard--it was at the exact location they had just repaired. Refusing to stand behind work that failed almost immediately is unacceptable. Bottom line: I would not recommend this company to anyone needing sprinkler leak repairs. Based on my experience, they did not stand behind their work, and the customer service afterward was even more disappointing than the failed repair itself

Dept of revenue's system. They are not licensed with the city of Phoenix. The address on their contract form is bogus. I have not checked the address on their Yelp. They have no idea who they are hiring. When the officer contacted Jesus by phone he hung up and screened his calls from there on. When the officer left a message with Az. Painting Pros it went to voice mail and they never returned his call. When I asked them for Jesus's last name they could not provide it which means they hire unknown people and send them to jobs with no supervision . Jesus was left unattended for 2 days. Az. Painting Pros must not even be paying taxes since they do not require their sub contractors to fill out a W9. If they could not tell the name of an employee or sub contractor, there's a big red flag. The other theory is, they know all about Jesus (possibly a relative or friend) and they did have him fill out a W9 and are protecting him. Either way it's not good.. I've tried contacting Az. Painting pros numerous times to get compensation for the theft by one of there sub contractors, but they have decided to wash their hands of the situation. Which is a stark contrast from the day they came to my home (to give an estimate) and blew smoke up my butt about how they are so full of integrity. You are better off hiring a licensed, bonded, insured, tax paying company that plays by the rules and takes their business seriously.

Disaster Restoration LLC responded to the call and was onsite in less than an hour. They immediately had a crew of 6+ workers that worked late through a Saturday night to pump out the water, remove the drywall, and install the industrial drying equipment. From that point, there wasn't a minute wasted for the next 3 weeks to cleanup/restore my place to new ASAP. They checked the drying progress every single day for the next 2 week. Once the condo had dried, they worked directly with the insurance company very quickly to scope out the repairs, and completed all of the repairs (drywall, paint, baseboards/trim, and cabinetry) within a week. All the way from the moment of disaster to the final clean up, I was beyond impressed with the quality of service that I received from Disaster Restoration LLC. Each and every member of their team was very professional, responsive, helpful and punctual. The project manager, Dayton was very responsive to the initial request, provided pricing and answered any questions I had. I obtained several bids and decided to go forward with Patio Design. They weren't the least expensive but Dayton's follow-up convinced me. The work was scheduled and everything was installed quite quickly and without issue. All in all, the project was wrapped in three days. It looked really good and I was very pleased. After a couple of days, brown spots started appearing in the grass. It was a large area of grass (about a quarter of an acre). I called Dayton - he told me to increase the watering. Unfortunately it only got worse. I continued to stay in contact with Dayton, who continued to tell me to increase watering times. It ended up getting to a point where I received a call from the town alerting me to my water consumption. This wasn't good. Dayton agreed to come out to view the property with an irrigation specialist. When they arrived, I think they immediately knew something was wrong with the sprinklers. There simply weren't enough of them and there wasn't enough pressure. Dayton committed to making things right and given he hadn't led me astray, I was nervous, but willing to let them sort through it. Dayton and his company decided to hire an irrigation specialist to come in and redesign the setup from the ground up. The specialist and his team made a ton of changes - another three day's' worth of work. Fast forward three weeks, watering with via the new system, the yard looks exponentially better. It still has some "healing" to do, but it's coming back. And I'm watering waaaaay less now too! In the end, they absolutely made everything right. They took ownership of the problem and turned me from a concerned and slightly unhappy customer, to a happy one. So the question is - would I use Patio Design again or recommend them to anybody? The answer is an absolute yes. The rationale is that we all make mistakes. What's important is how we address them. Would I have like the yard to be done right the first time? Sure. But KNOWING you have a vendor who will not quit until you're 100% satisfied... isn't that what we're all truly trying to hire? If in doubt, call them. They'll will me you happy.

Patio Design Group did a great job redoing my front yard and my backyard. I roughly drew out a…read moredesign of what I wanted and they were able to bring my vision to life. Drey was very responsive and had good communication with me throughout the process. After I signed the paperwork, they came out a few days after and began working (other companies told me I had to wait at least a month before they could start!). The team out here was hardworking and the quality of the work was great. Although they were quick, I do wish we spent more time in the beginning hashing out the details that weren't specified on the quote. For example, we wanted rip rap for the dry creek bed but they ordered river rock. The river rock placed down honestly looked fine, so we decided to keep it. There were some other things, but Drey was able to accommodate us and adjust the quote later on to reflect what was done. This was my first time hiring someone to do landscaping and I was nervous about it at first, but I'm glad everything turned out well!
